She was a housewife.
She was the wife of Daniel W. Minor, Sr.
Loving mother of Daniel W. Minor, Jr., Sharon & Kenneth Harris, Francis & Vicki Minor, Stephen & Karen Minor, Sandra & Robert Hugg, all of Westminster, Barbara & Sheldon Shealer of Frederick, Donald & Connie Minor of Dover, PA, and Dennis Minor of Baltimore .
Dear sister of Robert Guess of Bel Air and Jeanette Coop of Reisterstown .
She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.

Dorothy T. Stegman (nee Barnes), age 90, of Westminster, Formerly of Taylorsville, died Wednesday November 16, 2005 at Carroll Hospital Center, Westminster, MD.
She was born December 18, 1914 in Carroll County, Maryland the daughter of the late Frank J. Barnes and the late Ella Bowers Barnes.
She was a resident at Westminster Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center since 1983, 22 years. She was a graduate of Western Maryland College ; was a member of the Ladies Aid Society. She was an accomplished Horse Women at the Westminster Riding Club. In her younger years she was very active in Taylorsville U.M. Church and the community. She was a Sales person for BG & E.
She was the wife of the late Walter LeRoy Stegman.
She was the mother of Patricia Stegman Norman of Kill Devil Hills, NC .

Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD

Earl Robert Lowman, 87 of Woodbine, MD, died Saturday at his home in Woodbine, MD
He was the spouse of the late Gladys M. Dance Lowman
Mr. Lowman was born July 13, 1917 in Sykesville, MD the son of the late John and late Martha Gasaway Lowman.
Mr. Lowman was retired from the State of MD as a Truck Driver. He served in the US Army during WWII and enjoyed hunting.
He is survived by twin sisters: Martha Cook of Woodbine and Estelle Snowdon of Winfield, Brother: Eldridge Lowman of Sykesville. Also survived by, 2 Aunts, 2 sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 11:00 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 West Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Doris Ridgely of White Rock UM Church officiating.
Interment will be in White Rock UMC cemetery, Sykesville MD

He was the brother of Maurice Cook of Sykesville, Pearl Thomas and Bernice Wilson both of Winfield.
Loving grandfather of Brian Cook II and Jared Cook.
Also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister and brother-in-laws.

He was the spouse of 38 years to Mary Charlotte Reichenbach Carter also of Randallstown .
Mr. Carter was born April 2, 1940 in Hebbville, MD the son of Evelyn Virginia Kuntz Carter and the late Francis Edward Carter.
Mr. Carter was most recently retired from ED-K in Mt Washington where he worked as a fabricator. He previously had worked 26 years for DCA Food Industries. He was a member in numerous clubs and active as a Life Member or the Optimist Club of Randallstown and the Sportsman’s HFS Club, Inc in Lansdowne.
He enjoyed cooking, crabbing and fishing.
He is survived by a sister; Mae Sereduick of Eldersburg.

She had worked for Hutzler’s Department Store in Ellicott City and also for Mt. Airy Sewing Company for 30 years was a housekeeper for Mr. And Mrs. Richardson .
Mrs. Frizzell was a member of Lisbon Volunteer Fire Company ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed taking Bus Trips.
She is survived by Daughter and Son-in-law Terry and Kenneth Hamby of Rouzerville, PA, Daughter: Sherry and Albert Musgrove of Mt. Airy . Grandchildren: Edward Cason the 3rd of Mt. Airy and Melissa Caslow of Taneytown. Great Grandson :Brian Hunter Blackburn of Taneytown. Brother and Sister-in-law Walter and Gail Johnson of Mesa, AZ and Brother and Sister-in-law Milton (Butch) Johnson of Long Beach, CA. Sister: Oralie Mueller of Baltimore .
