Prior to operating his own barber shop, Andy worked with Raff Embossing for 25 years. EDWARD GABRIEL MISEY

On Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at Riderwood Village Retirement Center in Silver Spring, MD. Age 90. Retired senior attorney for the Department of State. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on October 1, 1918. He had B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a law degree from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. degree from Columbia University. His wife, Rachel Long Misey, died in 2004. Survivors include a daughter, Johanna Misey Boyer, of Silver Spring, and two brothers, Robert Misey, of Evanston IL, and the Rev. Leonard Misey, of Brunswick, Missouri. Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Resurrection at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring MD 20904, Saturday, July 25, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Milwaukee.
