Gertrude’s grandchildren would like to say whenever they visited Gram, there was always a twinkle in her eye and something to eat.

Wonderful memories will be with us all.

Michael was a man blessed with a wealth of knowledge and a beautiful smile, shared these God given blessings with those he loved dearly, his daughter, his partner, nieces and nephews.

He shared a very deep and personal part of himself with us all and always encouraged each of us to strive for the sky.

With encouragement, unbounded love, kind heart, soft shoulder and a warm embrace he illuminated his love.

We will never let go of this legacy he leaves with us. His laughter will echo in our minds.

We take tremendous comfort knowing he is in the arms of his mother and in God’s kingdom of which we will be rejoined someday.

In this kingdom he is sharing that same laughter and creating memories.

He took great pride in his role of father, uncle, brother, nephew, partner and son.

He loved all those who crossed his path and we will forever miss you, Dad, Mike, Uncle Mike, Uncle Noodle.

"May the road rise to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back,

May the sun shine warm upon your face.

The rains fall soft upon your fields and, until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."
