KENDALL, LILLIAN HOWSON Age 93. July 31, 1998. Preceded in death by much loved husband Harry W. and beloved brother Warren "Hap" Howson. survived by grand niece Sandra Pizzo (Sam), grand nephew Carl Walkmaster (Jo-Ann), dear friend Mildred Brown, and many great-grand nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kendall graduated from Western High School in Detroit in 1923. She went to work for United Community Services where she served as a Bookkeeper for 37 years before retiring in 1960. She was an avid reader and sports fan, holding season tickets for the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Lions, dating back to the 1930 s. Mrs. Kendall loved to play the piano, entertaining family and friends. She and her beloved Harry spent many summers at their cottage on Lake St. Clair in Belle River, Canada. She prided herself on being independent, driving her own car until the age of 86, and living alone until the time of her death. Arrangements wre handled by the Ralph W. Ridge Funeral Home, Trenton.

KRIEGLER, NANCY F., Aug. 9, 1998. Died peacefully at home surrounded by her beloved husband Frank, her children Frank (Tania), Steve, Cathy (Tom) Condie, and Anne. She also leaves three grandchildren, sisters Gina Smith & Rose Grisa, other family & friends who all loved her as much as she did them. She taught over 15 years at Madonna University. She was active in Sigma Theta Tau International, on the executive board of the Michigan Cancer Pair Initiative, (a multi-disciplinary group that educates health care professionals & the public on strategies to better manage pain). Jeff was planning to Attend Macomb Community College to study advanced Computer Programming to learn CNC Mills and Lathes for a Machine shop he plan to open next year. He was the Owner of Quality Lawn care and was a firm believer in hard work and being his own boss. Most days Jeff worked from sun up to sun down and satisfied over 250 customers weekly. A memorial service will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at A.H. Peters Funeral Home 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods.
