FRACALA, CHESTER S., Of Jackson. Former resident of Dearborn for many years. passed away peacefully on Monday, August 30, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Helen. Two children; Carl (Teresa) Fracala of Jackson, and Christine (William) Crawford of Connecticut. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Hones. Also survived by ten grandchildren; one sister, Irene Pawlak of Troy, MI.; many nephews and nieces. Mr. Fracala was a local businessman for many years being the owner of the former Bea's Drive-in, the Downtown Big Boy, and Frosty Boy. He was Army Veteran of World War II, and a member of Queen of the Miraculous Medal Parish. A Memorial Mass will be held at Queen's Catholic Church, Jackson, Friday, 12 Noon. HERRICK, DIANA CLAIRE (Erickson) Of Dearborn, died on August 27, 1999. Born on March 24, 1935, she is survived by mother, Nellie Erickson; husband, Joseph M. Herrick; daughter, Leslie Herrick-Hay; son, Jeffery Herrick. A loving wife and mother, Diana was Salutatorian of the 1953 class of Detroit Cass Technical High School and had a successful career in photography.
