Mrs. Bills graduated from Flower Hospital in Toledo, OH as a surgical registered nurse. She worked at Henry Ford Hospital as a nurse supervisor and surgical nurse for three years. She also worked at Grace Hospital, Pontiac General Hospital, Ardmore Hospital, and at St. Joseph's Hospital.
