WRIGHT, GEORGE D., 45, died August 17, 1998 in an automobile accident near his home in Fennville, Michigan. Mr. Wright was born June 24, 1953 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to Robert H. and Pamelia B. Wright. He grew up in Little Falls, New York and attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He married Nanci A. Weatherup of St. Clair Shores, Michigan in 1976. In 1981, the Wrights settled in Rochester, Michigan where Mr. Wright opened and managed several successful retail shops before becoming a full-time antique jewelry and silver dealer. In 1995, Mr. Wright moved on his own to Fennville, Michigan and became involved in numerous community activities in that area. He had a passion for entertaining and gardening and attracted many close friends with his jubilant manner. Survivors include Nanci A. Wright; his partner, James F. Jerger; his brother, James B. (Sharon) Wright; two sisters, Mary W. Santello and Elizabeth W. (Charles) Wilkinson; and a nephew, Jon King.
