PLUHAR, GEORGE RICHARD SR. Died September 4, 2000. Age 64. Of Traverse City. Born June 30, 1936 in Dearborn, he was the son of George J. and Mafalda A. (Silvani) Pluhar. He was a compassionate volunteer and contributed much to Sacred Heart Center in Detroit. Survivors include his children; Linda M. Marshall of Northville, Loretta M. Wilkie of Westland, George R. Pluhar Jr. of Honor, and Glenn T. Pluhar of Ortonville; three grandchildren; Nicole, Ashley, and Lynn; his mother, Mafalda A. Jarzyna of Melvindale; a sister, Camille Pluhar of Frankfort; and a brother, Gene Pluhar of Grosse Pointe. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Leslie Ann Pluhar and his father.
