Loving mother of Terri Taber, Robert (Jean) Galbraith Jr., Richard (Kathy) Galbraith and Maryanne (Scott) Powers; and nine wonderful grandchildren; beloved sister of Virginia (Jim) Abney, James Demski and Helen (Denny) Haywold; sister-in-law of Colnul (Juanita) Galbraith and Ethel Galbraith. Preceded in death by her ex-husband Robert E. Galbraith (February 14, 2008). Nancy founded the Simply Natural Health Food Store in Waterford in 1980. She was a devoted and loving mother who enjoyed every moment of life. Her warm spirit touched everyone she met. She will be an eternal light in the life of her grandchildren and friends. She will be dearly missed. Family will receive friends Friday 4 to 9 p.m. at Coats Funeral Home, Waterford. GREEN, KRYSTYNA; age 60; of Rochester, MI; February 21, 2008. Beloved wife of Dennis; devoted mother to Alina and Gregory, of whom she was extremely proud; sister to Richard Skuratowicz and Regina Wolicki and preceded by Leon Skuratowicz; caring aunt to many nieces and nephews, including Andrew, Stephanie, Alex and Mary. A devoted and gifted teacher for many years of service in the Southfield Public School system, she was loved and respected by her students and colleagues alike. Her contagious enthusiasm was admired by all. She was an avid supporter of her Polish heritage, involved with the children Mala Polska Dance Ensemble. She loved being involved in her children and nieces and nephews numerous activities, including swimming, skiing, dancing, hockey, Boy Scouts and school functions. Krystyna was a world traveler. She enjoyed traveling with her family and many friends, making each trip truly memorable. Her benevolence was revealed by her many hours of volunteer work with Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Notre Dame Preparatory, St. Johns Lutheran School. After retiring she continued teaching at her children's schools. At home she enjoyed her numerous gardens and excelled at being social secretary of the Goodison Hills Subdivision. She has a special place in her heart for those in need. Even throughout her illness she helped others. She did not feel her day was complete until she made someone smile. Krystyna's faith was very important to her and she lovingly shared that grace with family and friends. Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. BLANKENSHIP, CLARA; 100; of Gentry, Arkansas;died February 20, 2008, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Born February 18, 1908 in Long Pine, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Walter Bruce Coe and Mary Lovelady Coe. She married Calvin Blankenship in Detroit in December, 1925. After moving to Troy, Michigan in 1939, she became active in civic and volunteer work. She was involved with the Mother's Club (elementary schools) Blue Star Mothers, Home Owner's Association, was the first woman in Troy to receive the "Book of Golden Deeds" awarded from the Exchange Club, was a charter and life member of the "Friends of the Troy Library", was appointed to the Library Board by the city commission, the library is now one of the largest in the area. The Children's Room was named in her honor. She was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter #495, in Clawson, Michigan. She moved to this area in 1969, where Calvin and his father grew up. She again became busy with historical and genealogical research. She was a member of the N.W. Arkansas Branch of NLAPW, the Springtown Extension Homemakers, and a charter member of N.W. Arkansas Genealogical Society. She and Calvin collected information for the nine volume "Cemeteries of Benton County". She was a member of the Highfill Willing Workers, a charter member of James Bright Chapter NSDAR and was honored by them in 1995 for years of community service, a dual member of the Gentry #359 OES, she contributed historical, genealogical and current events to the Backtracker, BCHS magazine and local newspapers. She attended Springtown United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin (Burt); two daughters, Mary Patricia Blankenship and Barbara Blankenship; one son, Clarence Blankenship and his wife Virginia Rose Blankenship; and granddaughter Susan Savage. Survivors include seven grandchildren; Virginia Poehlman and husband Fred, Karen Blankenship, Barbara Weaver, Clarence "Butch" Blankenship, Jr., Roger Blankenship and wife Jennifer, Wendy Blankenship, and Timothy Savage; seven great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. At her request, a private burial was at Centerton cemetery, Centerton, Arkansas. Arrangements were under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Memorial donations may be made to the Gentry Library, 112 E. Main St., Gentry, AR 72734 or to the library of your choice.

CHAMBERLAIN, FREDERICK D. FRITZ ; February 21, 2008; age 84; of Walled Lake. Beloved husband of Lomila for 57 years; loving father of Duff D. (fiancee Roxane Benavides) Chamberlain; dear grandpa of Lance and Joe; also survived by several nieces and nephews. DEMOTT, SHIRLEY ANN; age 43; of Clarkston; passed away in a tragic auto accident; on February 21, 2008. She is survived by her fiance John Roge, daughter, Nichole Geer of Grand Blanc, son, Christopher Geer of Clarkston, grandchildren, Ryleigh and Jaelie; parents, Keith and Clara DeMott of Milford; siblings, Patricia (Chris) Usery, Brian (Karen) DeMott, Dianna (Mark) McMillan and also leaves her many nieces, nephews, dear friends and her beloved Yorkie, Precious. BEUTLER, MARGARET; age 91; of Kingston; died Friday, September 12th at Marlette Hospice Residence. Mrs. Beutler has lived in Kingston since 1980 and was previously from West Bloomfield area. She was born February 17, 1917 in Decker, to the late Orton and Catherine Klinkman. She married Vyron Beutler March 16, 1940, he preceded her in death 2006. Margaret and her late husband sold produce at the Oakland C. Farmer s Market for many years. She is survived by sons Ronald (Sharon) Beutler and Eugene (Phyllis) Beutler of Kingston; daughter Janet (Harmon) Beaty of Hartland; brother Wilford Klinkman of Smith Creek; sister Laura Dale of Marlette; sister in law Jackie MacAlpine of Argyle; 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be helf Monday, September 15th at 1 p.m. in the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette. Burial will be in the Elkland cemetery in Cass City. Visitation will be from 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. Sunday. Mrs. Russell was born in Detroit on Nov. 30, 1931 the daughter of Alexander and Pauline (Koslowski) Sulecki. She is survived by 3 children, Michelle Decker of Grand Blanc, Harold Russell of Flint, and Mark Russell of Holly; 7 grandchildren, Amanda, Elizabeth, Aubrey, Ryan, Matthew, Jessica, and Jacob; and 1 great-grandson Nathan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Tom and James Sulecki. The family gives special thanks to the staff at Crestmont Health Care for their special care.

URBANSKI, MITCHELL PAUL; of Holly; age 62; died unexpectedly Friday, September 19, 2008 at his property in Lapeer County. Mitchell was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on April 3, 1946, the son of the late Mitchell R. and Jessye Urbanski and was a resident of Holly for the past 18 years. Mitchell graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School, Class of 1964. While there he excelled in basketball and was an All State Champion. Because of his athletic abilities, he was awarded a full scholarship to Tulane University and graduated in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mitchell married Barbara Zekich on August 4, 1973 in West Allis, Wisconsin at St Augustine's Catholic Church. Mr. Urbanski was a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, being outdoors, competitive shooting, loved animals, cars, tractors, but most of all, loved life. Mitchell was the co-owner of two automotive related businesses. Surviving are wife, Barb; sisters Phyllis and husband Mike Kelly of Salem, Wisconsin, Marsha Urbanski and husband Walter Safran of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; brother-in-law, Mike and wife Carolyn Zekich of Pasadena, California; uncle of Brian, Theresa, and Erin and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. His loving animals, Lady, Sam, Butchie #2, Dolly, Fluffy, Sadie, Molly, Kitty and Jamie. He was preceded in death by his parents and his in-laws, Anthony and Audrey Zekich.
