NUTTER, DONALD MUNRO, Born September 10, 1918 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Died February 3, 2001 in Sun City, Arizona. survived by beloved wife Caroline Heileman Nutter, Petoskey, MI and Sun City, AZ. Children: Donna Jean Munro, St. Paul, MN, Michael Holzschu (Dorothy), Farmington Hills, MI, Carol Hall (Ken), Council Bluffs, IA, Ronald Holzschu (Linda), Hudson, OH and 7 grandchildren. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy, with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. A graduate of the University of Minnesota in Chemical Engineering, Don was a pioneer of the plastics industry. Retired form Cadillac Products, Inc., of Troy, MI. he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Plastic Engineers. A lifetime member of the Elks Club, Don will be remembered by his many friends as an avid golfer. A Memorial Service is planned for June, 2001, in Petoskey, Michigan. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Hospice of your choice or First Presbyterian Church, 501 E. Mitchell Street, Petoskey, MI 49770.

ROSSMAN, JAMES H., Died February 8, 2001. He was born at Metamora, Michigan on May 27, 1916. He lived and worked in Michigan as Superintendent of Public Schools in Battle Creek, Pennfield, and Springfield, then St. Clair Shores Lakeview, Plymouth and retired as Business Manager for West Bloomfield Schools in 1979. He started teaching at 19 and retired at 62, a career of service to children for 44 years. In his retirement he lived in Ft. Myers, FL, Lake City, MI and Traverse City, MI. He lived the last three years in Austin, Texas at the Continental Retirement Apartments. He is survived by his beloved wife and partner of 63 years, Pauline, two sons David and Gary, a granddaughter Debby Retzer, three grandsons Mike, Ron, and Drew, a great-granddaughter Jennifer and great-grandsons Darek and J.D. Retzer. Private family services were held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Austin, 4107 Spicewood Springs Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78759.
