PARKER, GORDON, 7/29/14-3/13/99. Gordon Parker went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 13. Beloved brother in Christ, he was involved in Walks to Emmaus, Promisekeepers, Church Planting and counseling, but what he is most remembered for was his ability to love others. Gordon was retired from Mt. Clemens Pottery, where he was art director in charge of design production. He also was an actor, artist, painter, sculptor, poet as well as a great orator. He is survived by two sisters, Jean Tillotson and Sarah Howells and by four sons; Scott Parker, Gregson Parker, and Bhavo Parker and Bill Yeagley. He will be sorely missed by so many more. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Clemens, on Saturday, March 20, at 2 pm. Memorial contributions to Compassion International or Church of the Covenant Building fund would be welcomed.

SCHEBOR, FRED W., 77 of Midland, died Saturday evening, March 13, 1999 at his home. He was born April 23, 1921 in Detroit, son of the late August F. and Anna (Mroch) Schebor. On September 2, 1947 he married Mabel Brunetto. He is a member of St. John s Lutheran Church and the Plymouth V.F.W. Post #6695. Fred is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Mabel; his four children, Lynn A. Schebor of Pigeon, Patricia J. (Jerome B.) Schaefer of Sterling Hts., Fred A. Schebor of Farmington Hills, Karen G. (William J.) Schulz Jr. of Midland; also survived by six grandchildren, Karin L. (Jason) Dillabough, Jeffrey J. Vaicunas, Jr., Kimberly A. Schaefer, Kristen J. Schaefer, William J. (BJ) Schulz III, and Andrew V. Schulz. Funeral Services will take place 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, MI. Rev. Louis I. Koke will officiate, with burial in Cadillac Memorial cemetery.
