SUCHYTA, JANE, Age 79. Jane was born on October 27, 1922 to John and Angela Cieplak (nee Pos) in Detroit, MI and passed away March 23, 2002 in Ann Arbor, MI. She was a resident of Dearborn, a longtime member of St. Barbara s Parish and the Christian Mothers of Sodality. Jane married Ralph Suchyta on July 4, 1942 and celebrated 50 years of marriage. She was preceded in death by husband Ralph and sons Mickey and Marty. She is survived by eight sons and three daughters: Ralph Jr. (Janis), Susan (Gerry) Koby, Elaine (Jerry) Antczak, Larry (Pat), Mitch (Sue Ellen), John (Suzanne), Mia (Mark) Galdes, Tim (Michelle), Bob (Marie), Len and Frank (Sherry). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren: Jeff (Debbie) Suchyta, Missy Suchyta and Darius Emanuel, Jayne Koby, Jim Koby, Chris Antczak, Lara Antczak, Emily (John) Neumann, Heather Suchyta, Valerie (Jack) Walter, Matthew Suchyta, Anne Suchyta, Katie Suchyta, Michael Suchyta, Kevin Suchyta, Greg Suchyta, Angela Galdes, Joshua Galdes, Emily Galdes, Zachary Galdes, Harry Suchyta and Joey Suchyta. JARVIS, MICHAEL E., Of Traverse City, formerly of Detroit. Died April 1, 1998 in Traverse City. He was born November 5, 1911 in Lawrence, Mass., the son of Alexander and Michalina (Micewicz) Jurewicz. survived by his wife Marie (Oehler) whom he married Sept. 4, 1937 in Detroit; a son Richard (Judy) Jarvis of Traverse City, a daughter Mary Ellen (Benedict) Temerowski of Chesterfield; his sisters Jennie Jarvis and Adelle Keats both of Ventura CA, Leokedia Woods of Harper Woods; and seven grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and a sister Helen Barbee. He was a retired Building Inspector for the City of Detroit. Memorial services will be held in Detroit at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimers Association. Arrangements by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, Traverse City.

JOHNSON, ROSEMARY, 78, longtime Southgate resident passed away on April 2. after an extended illness. She was born on June 18, 1919 in Detroit and married Leon W. Johnson on May 30, 1940. He preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters Diane Johnson Prosser PhD of South Bend, Indiana and Lois Romero Flynn of Elkhart, Indiana; a son Mr. Jim Johnson Famous Dallas Pizza Restauranteur of Plano, Texas; a brother Arthur Schultz of Westland, Michigan, a sister Dorothy Keays of Lincoln Park, Michigan, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son David W. Johnson and a brother Robert Schultz. The body will be cremated. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or American Lung Association.
