Mr. Fronrath was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan where he was a member of the Detroit Police Department before coming to Boynton Beach in 1954. McCARTHY, LEONARD T., Of West Branch, formerly of Detroit, age 85, died April 19, 1999. Mr. McCarthy had lived in West Branch since 1972. He was a Lt. for the Detroit Police Department, retiring in 1963. He also worked for the State of Michigan as a secretary for the Athletic Board of Control for boxing and wrestling and was a member of the retired Detroit Police and Fire Fighters Association.
