SCOTT, ROBERT E., Age 80 of Pompano Beach, FL. passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2001 at his residence. A veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Air Force, a charter member of the Redford Masonic Lodge #152 F. & A.M., the Pompano Beach Elks Lodge #1817, and was a past member of the Marine Advisory Board in Pompano Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife, Anne; two daughters, Lynette (John) Merrell and Cathy (John B.) Miller; sister, Jane (James) Farnan; and two grandsons, Sean (Astrid) Haldane and Matthew Merrell. JONES, RALPH E. Jr., Passed Jan. 25, 1998 at age 77 at Sinani Hospital. Retired U.S. Post Office supervisor. A native of Alliance, Nebraska. He was one of the original enlisted personal at Tuskegee Air Filed and served under Capt. Benjamin O. Davis, an avid golfer, photographer, and family historian. Received his associate degree from Wayne County College. He also was supporter and listener of African American music-especially jazz. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife Louise of 50 years, son Ralph Miles Jones, Beverly Hills, CA. Daughter Julie Louise Jones, 3 sisters and 5 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 10:30 am at the Apolstolic Church of Christ Jesus, 6117 Woodrow. Detroit. Burial at Elmwood cemetery
