STONE, CHARLES W., of Bloomfield Hills and formerly of Garden City, died Monday February 2, 1998 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Charles retired as president and general manager of D.W. Zimmerman Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Madison Heights. Growing up in Detroit Charles graduated from St. Bernard High School in 1949. An ardent photographer and avid golfer, Charles and his wife Beverly traveled throughout the U.S. and Canada in their Bluebird motor home.
