KLEKOTKA, DONALD STANLEY Age 47 of Boyne Falls. Died on Sunday, March 15, 1998 at his home. Funeral mass will be Thursday 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Boyne Falls. Don was born on August 19, 1950 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Stanley and Lorraine Pachulski Klekotka. After high school he worked for the US Postal System in Detroit. He then enlisted in the US Army and served in the Viet Nam Conflict. After his service he worked for various factories factories in Detroit. In 1980 he moved to Boyne Falls. Don was a member of American Pheasant & Waterfowl Association. He served on several Boards for Boyne Valley Twp. and raised exotic pheasants. He loved the outdoors. On July 1, 1989 he married Mary Rebec and she survives. Other survivors include 2 sons Archie Chad Griffin Klekotka and Mathew Paul Klekotka both at home; parents Stan & Lorraine Klekotka of Boyne Falls. Memorials may be directed to the family where a fund will be set up for the children. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2-8 p.m. and a rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. at the Stackus Funeral Home, in Boyne City.
