TEGGE, SOPHIA (BRANOFF) of East Lansing, MI. Age 70, passed away on March 27 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Frank Tegge; her son, Dennis Branoff and daughter-in-law, Alexis Branoff; her son, Christopher Branoff and daughter-in-law, Kimberley Branoff; her stepson, Kurt Tegge; her five grandchildren, Tiffany, Andrew, Jonathan, Tara, Nicholas; her brother, Angelo and sister-in-law Florence Lambo; and numerous other special family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kosta Branoff in 1977. Sophia was born to the late Marco and Tamiana Lambo in Jackson, Michigan on March 30, 1927. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her spirit lives on in those whose lives she impacted. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1701 E. Saginaw, Lansing, with the Rev. Dr. Gus George Christo officiating. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Sunset Hills cemetery, Flint. UNGERER, ERICH, of East Lansing, age 94, passed away on Friday, March 27, 1998. Mr. Ungerer was born on September 22, 1903 in Schlichten, Germany to Paul Eugene and Elsa (Deuschle) Ungerer. Surviving are his wife Anna Maria Ungerer; children Doris (Richard) Schober, Sylvia (Ted) Hendrix, and Suzanne (Gerry) Jolicoeur; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and one sister in Germany. There will be no funeral services or visitation. Arrangements by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
