HENSCHELL, MARY ELIZABETH "BETTY" (nee NORRIS) Age 81. May 26, 2000. Beloved wife for 50 years of the late Cecil E. Henschell. Dearest mother of Cecilia J. (Sanford) Lakin of W. Bloomfield. Precious grandmother of Whitney and Noah. Also survived by son Todd of Burbank, CA. She was born in Loogootee, IN. on April 5, 1919, and grew up in Wayne, MI. From 1986, she and her husband resided in Venice, FL, where she remained after his death in 1996. In 1999, following a diagnoses of Cancer, she moved to the West Bloomfield home of her daughter and son-in-law, where she resided until her death. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary s Roman Catholic Church, 34530 W. Michigan Ave., Wayne. The family will greet callers at the church from 11:00 AM until Mass at 12-Noon. Burial follows the Service in St. Mary s cemetery, Wayne.
