Longtime wife of Art Mowrey (died 1970), Bella is survived by her 2 sons, Chet (Charlene) and Frank. Grandmother of Kirsten, Chet Jr., Jessica, Frank Jr., and Autumn. A public memorial will be held in Charlevoix at a date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
