KIRBY, PHILIP NORMAN, 97, of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Oquoque, Michigan, died Monday, March 8, 1999 in Florida. Born in Wasal, England, Mr. Kirby was an accountant for thirty years with the Fort Wayne Mortgage Company of Detroit, MI. He was of the Episcopalian faith. Mr. Kirby moved to the Orlando area in 1988. A memorial service was conducted in Florida. Interment will be at the Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City, Florida. Survivors include his son-in-law and care giver, James Pierce of Apopka, Florida; two grandchildren and three great-grand- children.
