KAAKE, JERRY L., 69, of Norcross, Georgia, died July 23 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long cancer illness. He was born January 27, 1930 in Detroit, MI, and has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 28 years. His business career was in sales, representing the automotive and electronics industries. Jerry was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, active in the adult choir and Men's Club. He is survived by his wife, Gloria VanDerboseh Kaake, a brother, Merrill J. Kaake of Pleasant Valley, New York, a sister, Mari Borsuk of Clearwater, Florida and 45 nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home, 760 Pollard Blvd. SW, Atlanta, Georgia. A memorial Mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody on Saturday, July 31, at 10 a.m. with Monsignor Kiernan officiating, followed by a reception in the Social Hall.
