Memorial services for Cathyleen M. 'Kay' Firnstahl, 86, Brooklyn Center, took place Oct. 10 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids Rev. Thomas Kunnel officiated.
Firnstahl died Oct. 6, 2002. She was born July 20, 1916 in Little Sauk and was a retired secretary.
She is survived by her sister, Dolores; brothers, Kenneth and Robert; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Firnstahl and Cecelia Howeck; sisters, Bernice and Margurite; and brother, David.
Interment was private at Epiphany cemetery. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Doris Foht
Funeral services for Doris Elaine Foht, 81, Mounds View, took place Oct. 9 at New Brighton Kingdom Hall. Tom Drews officiated.
Foht died Oct. 5, 2002 in Mounds View. She was born Jan. 20, 1921 in Dubuque, Iowa, to Henry and Matilda Schmidt and was a retired waitress/cashier.
She is survived by Beverly (Ted) Leahy, Carole Higgins (Larry Priem), Linda (Jim) Rowlen, Alan (Lydia) Foht; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Pauline Neuman; two nieces; and many friends.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Patricia Hanson
Funeral services for Patricia A. Hanson, 72, Coon Rapids, took place Oct. 12 at Gearhart Funeral Chapel. Rev. Ken Rouff officiated.
Hanson died Oct. 9, 2002 in Robbinsdale. She was born Jan. 28, 1930 to Alvin and Sadie Carlson and was employed at Medtronic.
She is survived by her children, Randy (Cheryl), Craig (Debbie), Doug (Kathy), Brad (Helaine), Robyn (Dan) Thielen; grandchildren, Sean (Dawn) Hanson, Matt (Jennifer) Hanson, Bekkie (Kevin) Kushner, Rob, Luke and Jon Thielen; great-grandchildren, Spencer and Samuel; sisters, Geraldine (Leon) Manserl, Dorothy (Ray) Thompsons; brother, Tim (Jane) Carlson; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Hanson.
Pallbearers were Bradley, Sean, Matt, Chad and Chris Hanson and Rob, Luke and Jon Thielen. Honorary pallbearers were Katie Hanson and Bekkie Kushner.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Fred Huebner
Funeral services for Fred A. Huebner, 93, Anoka, took place Oct. 16 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Dennis Heiden officiated.
Huebner died Oct. 11, 2002. He was born May 1l, 1909 in Zumbrota to Fred and Matilda (Arndt) Huebner and was the retired owner of a Dodge car dealership.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel; daughters, Karen (Wes Bronson) Barrett of Zimmerman, Janet (Dawn Gilbert) Huebner of Anoka; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, George (Marge) Huebner of Anoka; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Fred.
Pallbearers were Fred and Kevin Huebner, Scott and Brandon Barrett, Leslie Bearl, and Neil Powell.
Interment was at Forest Hill cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Elaine Jondahl
Funeral services for C. Elaine Jondahl, 62, Ramsey, took place Oct. 10 at Church of St. Patrick of Cedar Creek, Oak Grove. Rev. Michael Kennedy officiated.
Jondahl died Oct. 6, 2002. She was born June 3, 1940 in Fairfax, and was a teacher's aide.
She is survived by her sons, Jon D. (Sheryl) and Jesse (Heidi); grandchildren, Jena, Kaylee, Joss and Dakotah; brothers and sisters, Mary Litezow (Bob), Pat Maxwell, Jim Maxwell (Laverne), Tom Maxwell, Janice Mazzitello, and Gene Maxwell (Eileen); significant other, Frank O'Brien; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Helen.
Interment was at St. Patrick's Church cemetery. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Margo Olson
Funeral services for Margo Lynn Olson (Torgerson), 58, Sun City West, Ariz., formerly of Oak Grove, took place Oct. 16 at Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Francis. Rev. Jack Baumgarn officiated.
Olson died Oct. 12, 2002 in Lino Lakes. She was born Jan. 26, 1944 in Fergus Falls to Austin and Margaret Torgerson. She was an insurance agent for American Family Insurance Company for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Kermit; mother, Margaret (Forrest) Faut of Arizona; daughters, Theresa Tangen of Brooklyn Center, Wendy (Shawn) Howell of Virginia, Andrea Conner of Florida, Darla Grahm of Sebeka; sons, Sid (Patty) Olson of Isanti, Troy (Kerry) Olson of Wisconsin, Todd Olson of Coon Rapids, Robert Tangen, Jr. of St. Cloud; brothers, Kim J. Torgerson of Otsego; sister, Judy (Alden) Domning of Lino Lakes; grandchildren, Rachael (Shane) Musselman, Amanda Rae Olson, Jessica Marie Olson, Stephanie Lynn Olson, Alyssa Jane Olson, Kaitlin Ellen Olson, and Dustin, David, Tony, and Jason; great-granddaughter, Shelby Lynn Musselman; nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were Sid, Todd, and Troy Olson, Robert Tangen Jr., Shawn Howell and Jon Domning.

Dale Petersen
Funeral services for Dale L. Petersen, 62, Minneapolis, took place Oct. 16 at Servant of Christ Lutheran Church, Champlin. Rev. Eric Walbot officiated.
Petersen died Oct. 11, 2002 at Regions Hospital, St. Paul. He was born July 28, 1940 in Minneapolis to Kenneth C. Petersen and Virginia L. Nelson, and was branch manager at Merck, Sharp and Dohme Pharmaceutical.
He is survived by his children, Michelle (Daniel) Rasmussen, Douglas (Josie) and Denise Norton; grandchildren, Justin, Lindsey and Spencer Rasmussen, Ashley, Bennett and Meghan Petersen; mother, Virginia Petersen; brothers, Richard (Carol) and Robert; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice; and father, Kenneth.
Pallbearers were Douglas, Richard and Robert Petersen, Daniel Rasmussen, Jan Puppe and Jon McCollum.
Interment was at Lakewood cemetery, Minneapolis. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Earl Riisager
Funeral services for Earl V. Riisager, 57, Blaine, took place Oct. 16 at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, . Blaine Chapel. Rev. Marty McCowan officiated.
Riisager died Oct. 11, 2002 at Innsbruck Health Care Center. He was born March 31, 1945 in Tyler to Morris Riisager and Vera Pedersen and was a U.S. Air Force veteran and warehouseman.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki; son, David (Alan); daughter, Julie (Josh); mother Vera; brothers, Carl (Sharon), Ronald (Donna), Christian (Gail), Gary (Joann); and sister, Linda (Gary) Nece.
He was preceded in death by his father, Morris; and sister, Myra Schentzel.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National cemetery. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Blaine.
Janelle Trimble
Funeral services for Janelle Trimble, one year and eight days, New Brighton, took place Oct. 15 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Oak Grove. Rev. Michael Kennedy officiated.
She died Oct. 9, 2002 in an automobile accident. She was born Oct. 1, 2001 in Coon Rapids to Beth Ravnes and Brian Trimble.
She is survived by her parents, Beth and Brian; stepsisters, Chebra and Cherian Trimble; stepbrother, Delone Spartwell; grandparents, JoAn and Mike Ravnes and Delores Hirsch; aunts, Gina Johnson, Paula Copeland and Elizabeth Moten; uncles, Wayne and Thomas Trimble; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas and Jean Trimble; and aunt, Susan Johnson.
Pallbearers were Gina Johnson and Brian Trimble.
Interment was at Christ the King Catholic cemetery, Cambridge. Arrangements were by Strike Funeral Home-Isanti Chapel.
Robert Ulrich
Funeral services for Robert Ray Ulrich, 53, Ham Lake, took place Oct. 8 at Coon Rapids Christian Church. Dr. Barry Davis and Rev. Robert Myers officiated.
Ulrich died Oct. 4, 2002. He was born Sept. 21, 1949 to William and Irene Ulrich and was self-employed.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; daughters, Heather (Willie) Johnson, Tamara Ulrich, Carry Ulrich; granddaughter, Kelissa; parents, Irene and William Ulrich; and six brothers.
Pallbearers were Greg, Jerry, and Richard Ulrich, and Mike, Steven and Dan Demmer.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel, Coon Rapids.
