Funeral service for Anna Martha Collins, 94, Cedar, took place Jan. 21, 2005 at Church of St. Patrick of Cedar Creek.
She was born Sept. 13, 1910 in Anoka County to Chris Mevissen and Freda Frederichie.
She is survived by her children, Doris (Bill) Anderson, Lyle (DeLoris) of Elk River, Virgil (Rita) of Anoka, Richard of Princeton, Mary Jedlicka of Cedar, Francis (Sandy) of St. Francis, Robert of Cedar, David of St. Francis, Michael (Nancy) and Mark of Cedar; daughters-in-law, Roberta of Isanti, Judy of Lake George and Margie Nelson of Andover; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sisters, Paul, Ed, Louis, Herman, Art, Ella, Emma and Minnie; husband, Irving; and sons, Lawrence, Joseph, Paul and Peter.
Interment was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were by Dare's Funeral Home, Elk River.
Ronald Glasen
Private family service took place for Ronald H. Glasen, 70, Blaine.
Glasen died Jan. 19, 2005. He was born Sept. 25, 1934 in New Ulm.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Sheryl Glasen, Bradley (Peggy) and Gregory (Lori); grandchildren, Robert, Abigail, Eric and Sabrina; great-grandson, Cody; and brother, Gerald (Janet).
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Sybil; and sisters, Phylis and Marilyn.
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
MaKiah Greeninger
Funeral service for MaKiah Ann Greeninger, 3, St. Paul, took place Jan. 22 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Grant Tanner officiated.
She died Jan. 9, 2005. She was born Dec. 5, 2001 in Fridley.
She is survived by her mother, Robynne Stephens; father, Antwoin Stephens; sister, Dakotah; and grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel.
Steven Johnston
Memorial service for Steven W. Johnston, 17, Coon Rapids, took place Jan. 21 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Paul Eckdahl officiated.
Johnston died Jan. 18, 2005 at Mercy Hospital. He was born May 19, 1987 in Great Lakes, Ill. He attended Andover High School and was an active member of the Anoka-Hennepin POHI softball team.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Robinson; sister, Jennifer Johnston; father, Brian (Wanda) Johnston; stepfather, Scott Robinson; grandmother, Lucy Johnston; aunts and uncles; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Veronica and Raymond; and grandfather, Milton.
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel.
Dorathy Kahl
Funeral service for Dorathy Ann Kahl, 87, Coon Rapid, s takes places today (Friday, Jan. 28), 11 a.m., at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. David N. Blume will officiate.
Kahl died Jan. 23, 2005 at Camilia Rose Convalescent Center, Coon Rapids. She was born Aug. 28, 1917 in Minneapolis to Charles and Alice (Wise) Boyd. She was a retired cafe manager.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Clinton) Morton, Catherine Warner all of Florence, Ariz., Darlene (Charles) Morton of Anoka; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; many step-grandchildren; and step-great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, Alice Komec; son-in-law, Charles Warner; and grandson, Nicholas Beckenbach.
Pallbearers were Kyle Hurwitz, Ismet Komec, Janet LeBaron and James, Betta and Rhonda Beckenbach.
Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. Arrangements are by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Patricia Klabunde
Funeral service for Patricia Mary Klabunde, 68, Coon Rapids, took place at Church of St. Stephen, Anoka.
Patricia died on Saturday, December 18, 2004.
She is survived by her mother, Ann Reilley; brothers, Allen (Phyllis) Reilley and Leo Reilley Jr.; sisters, Verna Engren, Joyce (Don) Olson, Sharron (Tom) Hoemberg, Shirley Swaser and Sheila (Joe) Nystrom; daughters, Connie Klabunde, Brenda (Philip) Frechette; grandchildren, Autumn, Tara and Sara Klabunde, Katie and Amanda DeChaney, Dylan, Ryan and Cody Frechette; great-grandchildren, Breanna, Todd, Charity and Marissa; many nieces and nephews; and relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leo Reilley.

Richard Larson
Funeral service for Richard S. 'Dick' Larson, 63, Elk River, took place Jan. 24 at Central Lutheran Church, Elk River.
Larson died Jan. 21, 2005.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn; children, Diane Larson, Deborah Larson and Dana (Darren) Olson; sister, Elaine (Michael) LeRoy; brother Mark Larson; nieces and nephews; and relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Clarence 'Bud' and Mildred Larson.

Clara Lorenz
Funeral service for Clara Marie Lorenz (Miemietz), 91, Anoka, took place Jan. 25 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. David N. Blume officiated.
Lorenz died Jan. 20, 2005 at her home. She was born Aug. 10, 1913 in Fried, N.D., to Peter and Magdalen (Fisher) Nogosek. She was a retired dietary technician at Mercy Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosalie Konen; sons, Phil Miemietz, Dennis and Donald Lorenz; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother; and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Miemietz and Edward Lorenz; son, Robert Miemietz; and 13 brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers were Nick Konen, Jason and Joshua Miemietz and Jasen, Travis, Kevin and Jeff Lorenz.
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Leslie Meyer
Funeral service for Leslie Floyd Meyer, 74, Anoka, took place Jan. 21 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. David Blume officiated.
Meyer died Jan. 18, 2005 at Mercy Hospital. He was born Nov. 22, 1930 in Anoka to Charles and Florence Genevieve (Anderson) Meyer. He was the retired director of safety and security at Federal Cartridge, where he worked for 36 years.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; daughter, Deborah Davis; son, Kelly (Heidi) Meyer; son-in-law, Phil Davis; grandchildren, Andy and Michelle Davis, Megan and McKenzie Meyer; sisters, Beulah Kreger, Susan (Fred) Zurn; sister-in-law, Carolyn Meyer; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Florence; sister, Jane Kreger; and brother, Bruce.
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Charlotte Ness
Funeral service for Charlotte H. Ness (Francen), 67, Coon Rapids, took place Jan. 26 at Church of the Epiphany, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated.
Ness died Jan. 22, 2005 at her home. She was born July 8, 1937 in Minneapolis.
She is survived by her husband, Myles; children, Sue (Tim) Nelson, Tim (Eileen), Mike (Missy), Liz (Bill) Ktytor, Theresa (Ken) Hinnenkamp, Patty (Scott) Serbus, Kathy (Mike) Lentz, Carol (David) Goers; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristen, Eric, Fiona, Danny, Bryan, Sara, Michelle, Cherie, Brad, Amy, Jake, Stacy, Rachel, Becca, Tommy, Anna, Andrew, Peter and unborn grandson; brother, Fred (Kitty) Francen; and nephew, Evan.
She was preceded in death by her son, Danny; and parents, Fred and Elizabeth Francen.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Wallace Peasha
Funeral service for Wallace Mose Peasha, 83, Anoka, took place Jan. 26 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka.
Peasha died Jan. 25, 2005 at his home. He was born April 8, 1921 in White Bear Lake to Peter and Adelis Ida (Auger) Peasha. He was a retired welder.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen (Bill) Weiss; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Bernice and Gloria; sons, Wallace Jr. and Ronald; daughters, Mary Peasha and Arlene Nelson; and granddaughter, Rebecca Weiss.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
