HANNIBAL - Richard Stanley Norman, 85, of Hannibal, died at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005 at Willow Care Center in Hannibal.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, at Grand View Funeral Chapel in Hannibal. The Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate. Burial will be in Grand View Burial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Norman was born Nov. 11, 1919, in Hannibal to Rixie Clay and Ona Lee Powell Norman.
He was married to Clara L. Cain on March 24, 1946. She preceded him in death Dec. 4, 1995.
Survivors include two daughters, Becky Woodward and husband, Ron, of Hull, Ill., and Barbara Demming and husband, Friou, of Mobile, Ala.; four grandchildren, Deanna Koeller, Carol Williams, Linda Jeffries and John Jeffries; and seven great-grandchildren, Hannah Koeller, Aidan Koeller, Alysa Koeller, Max Koeller, Ashley Williams, Austin Williams and Zachary Burns.
Mr. Norman was a Christian by faith and had been an area resident all his life. For many years he operated Norman and Norman Service Station on North Third Street in Hannibal.
Memorials may be made to Mark Twain Senior Citizens Center or Hannibal Nutrition Center.
Pallbearers will be Harold Norman, Ron Woodward, Kris Koeller, John Norman, John Jeffries and Floyd Shearer.
Patsy Sue Bridgeman

Aug. 26, 1942 - Feb. 4, 2005
CENTER - Patsy Sue Bridgeman, 62, of Center, passed away at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, at the Center Baptist Church. The Rev. Roger Huff and the Rev. Jan Bond will officiate. Burial will be at Center Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Feb. 3, at Bienhoff Funeral Home in Center.
Mrs. Bridgeman was born Aug. 26, 1942, in Salem, the daughter of P.J. and Bessie Maud Blake Wisdom.
She was married to Robert Bridgeman on Jan. 14, 1961, in Hannibal. He survives.
Other survivors include three daughters and their spouses, Teresa Reynolds and Tammy and Gary Campbell, all of Center, and Lisa and Matt Willing of New London; one sister, Freda Craft of Center; six grandchildren, Amy and Tim Epperson of New London, Steven, Rana and Michael Reynolds and Morgan Willing, all of Center; four great-grandchildren, Caitlyn and Jonathan Reynolds, both of Center, and Bret and Gaven Epperson, both of New London; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Glenwood Wisdom; and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bridgeman was a homemaker and a lifetime area resident. She loved family reunions and playing with her grandchildren. She also loved crafting, quilting and bingo.
Pallbearers will be Derald Craft, Randy Wisdom, Bryan Gibbons, Tom Bramblett, Rusty Richardson, Bruce Wisdom, Delmar Gene Whitaker and Kevin Craft.
Honorary pallbearers will be all of her grandchildren, and Johnny Bishop and Trenton Bishop.
Martha I. Haden
FRANKFORD - Martha I. Haden, 73, of Frankford, died Sunday, March 6, 2005, at her home.
Funeral services are pending at Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Frankford.
Frances Morgan

SHELBINA - Francis Morgan, 75, of Holliday, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2005, at her home.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Chapel in Shelbina. The Rev. Randy Bergthold will officiate. Burial will be at Shelbina Cemetery.
Mrs. Morgan was born March 24, 1929, in rural Monroe County to Lewis Craig and Willa Mae Heathman Wilt.
She married Elton L. Morgan on April 23, 1949, in Shelbina. He survives.
Also surviving are four children, Roxie Morgan, Craig Morgan and wife, Donna, and LeeNora Morgan, all of Holliday, and Tracy Morgan and wife, Connie, of Madison; six grandchildren, Brett and Clark Morgan of Holliday, and Adam, Daniel, Mark and Emily Morgan of Madison; and one brother, William L. Wilt and wife, Elizabeth, of Brookfield.
Mrs. Morgan was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Madison and the Paris Order of Eastern Star. She taught at Morman and Callis schools for several years.
Carolle D. Harrison

EOLIA - Carolle D. Harrison, 69, of Eolia, died Saturday, March 5, 2005, from injuries suffered in a traffic accident in Pike County.
Private funeral services will be scheduled later. Cremation is planned.
McCoy & Blossom Funeral Home in Eolia is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Harrison was born April 2, 1935, in St. Louis County to Albert and Betty Sullivan Nulsen.
She was married to Nelson (Red) Harrison Sr. on Nov. 21, 1953, in Louisiana. He survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Nelson Harrison Jr. of West Warwick, R.I., Terry R. (Wanda) Harrison of Laddonia, Ron (Kimberly) Harrison of Troy, Steven (Beccie) Harrison of Bowling Green and William "Rusty" Harrison of Laddonia; three daughters, Susan (Dale) Decamp of Louisiana, Heather (Jim) Vaughn of Pontotoc, Miss., and Theresa (Robert) Tadlock of Mexico, Mo.; five brothers, David, Donald, Bobby, Curtis and Brian; 11 sisters, Molly, Jane, Vivian, Pamela, Deloris, Patricia, Mary Lou, Sharon, Phyllis, Alice and Betty; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Ricky and Jennifer Harrison; and one brother, Albert Harrison.
Mrs. Harrison had been an LPN supervisor at the Moore-Pike Nursing Home for many years.
She had been a member of the Edgewood Baptist Church in Edgewood.

PERRY - Lilla Bell Wilmarth, 97, of Paris and formerly of Perry, died at 4 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2005, at Monroe Manor Nursing Home in Paris.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, at Lick Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bienhoff Funeral Home in Perry.
Mrs. Wilmarth was born Oct. 17, 1907, in Perry to Sanford Oscar and Sarah Ann White Hawn.
She married Everett Boyd Wilmarth on April 23, 1927, in Canton. He died Nov. 28, 1999.
Survivors include one son, Fred Dale Wilmarth of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two daughters, Edna Lois Williams of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Elizabeth Ann (Libby) Williams of Paris; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one infant son; four brothers, Lawrence Hawn, Les Lawn, Leonard Hawn and Lee Hawn; one sister, Anna Laura Goodson; and one grandson, Calvin Dale Williams.
Mrs. Wilmarth was a member of Perry Christian Church, Paris Eastern Star and South Fork Extension Club.
James E. Goellner
Hannibal

HANNIBAL - James E. Goellner, 59, of Hannibal, died at 2:50 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2005, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Kenneth Schamber will officiate.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of services today at the funeral home.
Mr. Goellner was born Feb. 4, 1946, in Hannibal to Vernon and Rachel Brinkman Goellner.
He was married to Martha Daily on Oct. 15, 1983, in Rockford, Ill. She survives.
Other survivors include one son, Wayne Goellner (Becki) of Milledgeville, Ill.; two daughters, Julie Hampton of Mendota, Ill., and Charlene Jones (Jim) of Dixon, Ill.; two brothers, Jerry Goellner (Joy) of Earlville, Ill., and Tony Goellner (Jill) of Des Moines, Iowa; one sister, Shirley Decker (Jim) of Hawsville, Ky.; several stepbrothers and stepsisters; and his stepmother, Lois Goellner of Hannibal.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother; Robert Goellner.
Mr. Goellner was a self-employed contractor. He was a Christian by faith. He loved to fish and hunt.
Memorials may be made to the family, in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Goellner, Lee Jones, Tom Yeager, Shay Goellner and Jim Jones.
