SINDEN

Dora Sinden, 79, Dixon, died Nov. 24, 1999, at Balanced Care Center, Dixon.

She was born Jan. 26, 1920, in Freeburg, a daughter of Lemuel and Mary Wendley Thompson. She was married Oct. 19, 1939, in Linn, to Roy Elmo Sinden, who died June 3, 1983.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God Church, Dixon.

Survivors include: nine sons, Wayne Sinden, Eldon, Elva Sinden, Richard Sinden, Bill Sinden and Curt Sinden, all of Dixon, John Sinden, Camdenton, Charles Sinden, Holts Summit, Arthur Sinden, Iberia, and Rocky Sinden,  Jefferson City; six daughters, Alma Roberts, Wentzville, Beulah Lynch, Kansas City, Kan., Betty Gradowski, Paris, Mary Adkins, Meta, Alice Hutchison, Vienna, and Shirley Barnes, Dixon; one brother, Ambrose Thompson, Mexico; three sisters, Frances Barton, Glencoe, Lula Reeves, St. Elizabeth, and Dolly Reeves, VanCleve; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sons, Dallas Sinden, James Sinden and one infant son; one daughter, Martha Anderson; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon. The Rev. Ray Caringer and Harold Withers will officiate. Burial will be in Meta Southside Cemetery, Meta.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.

DANUSER

Henry Pete Danuser, 90, Montreal, died Nov. 26, 1999, at his home.

He was born Feb. 18, 1909, at Old Linn Creek, a son of Fritz F. and Liddy J. Wilson Danuser. He was married to Gertrude Goldsberry who preceded him in death. He was then married June 28, 1955, in Camdenton, to Faye Leffert, who survives at home.

A farmer and foundry worker, he was a member of Linn Creek Baptist Church.

Other survivors include: four sons, Doug Danuser, Strasburg, Richard Danuser, Montreal, James Crall, Camdenton, and Jeff Van Donsel, Kansas City, Kan.; one daughter, Aileen Hunter, Houstonia; two brothers, John Danuser, Camdenton, and Tom Danuser, Montreal; one sister, Grace Cave, Mendon, Ill.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

One daughter preceded him in death.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Linn Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Rick Ginnings will officiate. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, Linn Creek.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Allee-Reed Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to Freedom Cemetery.

KOECHNER

Lela Gertrude Koechner, 94, Tipton, died Nov. 25, 1999, at Tipton Manor Nursing Home.

She was born Jan. 29, 1905, in Guthrie County, Iowa, a daughter of Robert H. and Minnie W. Cooper Winebrenner. She was married Nov. 16, 1921, in Tipton, to Joseph F. Koechner, who died Dec. 10, 1963.

She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Tipton, Altar Society, Daughters of Isabel of St. Andrew's Church, and Lady's Auxiliary of Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include: five sons, Norbert Koechner, Stillwell, Kan., Melvin Koechner, Cameron, James Koechner, St. Charles, Virgil Koechner and Cecil Koechner, both of Tipton; three daughters, Mrs. Emil Evelyn Gerke, Tipton, Annetta Koechner, Sedalia, and Mrs. Richard Della Mallen, Plattsburg; 34 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

One son, Leo Koechner, preceded her in death.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. The Rev. Henry Reichert will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Sunday at Conn Funeral Home, Tipton, with the family receiving from 7-9 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to St. Andrew's School.

BOLTEN

William John Bolten, 86,  Jefferson City, died Nov. 24, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 22, 1913, in Kansas City, a son of John J. and Gertrude Copeland Bolten. He was married Jan. 27, 1942, in Carrollton, to Ruth Iosbel Morrow, who died Dec. 23, 1997.

He was educated in Loose Creek and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a conductor for Missouri Pacific Railroad for 35 years, retiring in 1978.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Survivors include: two sons, Mark G. Bolten, Dallas, and Gregg W. Bolten, Columbia; one daughter, Martha S. LeMond-Findlay,  Jefferson City; one brother, Bethel Lee Bolten, San Diego; one sister, Betty Crawley, Raytown; and one grandson.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev. Tim Tatro will officiate. Entombment will be in the mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. today at Buescher Memorial Home, with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Conception Church or the Samaritan Center.

HART

Wilburn A. "Bill" Hart, 78, formerly of Henley, died Nov. 26, 1999, at the Missouri Veterans Home, Cape Girardeau.

He was born Oct. 3, 1921, in Mary's Home, a son of Hiram and Frieda Schulte Hart. He was married April 15, 1972, in  Jefferson City, to Bonnie Huddleston, who died Sept. 24, 1983.

A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, he graduated from high school in Eugene and attended business college in Sedalia. He served in the Army during World War II. Afterward, he was a union pipefitter with several companies in Missouri.

He managed the  Jefferson City American Legion Roscoe Enloe Post 5 for several years until retiring in the early 1980s. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie 2693; Veterans of Foreign Wars, Roy Sone Post 1003; the American Legion, Roscoe Enloe Post 5; and the Forty and Eight, Voiture 1292.

Survivors include: one son, Bruce Hart, Collierville, Tenn.; one daughter, Wilburna Wakefield, Moline, Ill.; one sister, Anna Lue Shipman, Eugene; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Freeman Chapel. Graveside services and burial with military honors will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Cape Girardeau or a charity of the donor's choice.

CLARK

Marvin W. Clark, 82, St. Louis, died Nov. 28, 1999, at DePaul Hospital, St. Louis.

He was born May 10, 1917, in Williamsburg, a son of Kimbell and Eldora Clice Clark. He was married March 4, 1937, in Montgomery County, to Arietha M. Forrest, who died July 13, 1996.

He was a construction worker.

Survivors include: three daughters, Allie Lorraine Galbreath and Ruby Asoline Sheets, both of Mexico, and Dora Anna Hayes, Holts Summit; one sister, Ruby Laws, St. Louis; 19 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Tommy A. Clark.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Arnold Funeral Home. The Rev. William Sheppard will officiate. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.

GORDON

Ronald Lee Gordon, 61, Boonville, Ark., died Nov. 15, 1999, at Sparks Hospital in Fort Smith, Ark.

He was born Feb. 15, 1938, in  Jefferson City, a son of Walter and Selma Stock Gordon. He was married Dec. 31, 1956, in Boonville, to Peggy Ann Parks, who survives at the home.

He attended Trinity Lutheran School in  Jefferson City. He served in the Army for 21 years and was employed with Sears for 12 years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Boonville.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Martha Nichols and Rhonda Vickers; three sisters, Patsy Zeugin Pollick, Carolyn Leisinger and Marilyn Canterbury; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh United Methodist Church, Holts Summit. The Rev. Bridgette Sullenger will officiate.

WILSON

Margaret Dee Wilson, 67,  Jefferson City, died Nov. 26, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born Nov. 22, 1932, in Centertown, a daughter of James G. and V. Vesta Knife Sapp. Her mother survives in St. Martins. She was married Nov. 1, 1952, in Porterville, Calif., to Mike "Pete" Wilson Jr., who died Aug. 16, 1994.

A 1949 graduate of Centertown High School, she was employed with House of Bargains in Apache Flats. She was a member of Elston Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one son, James Michael "Mikey" Wilson, Centertown; one brother, Stanley G. Sapp, Centertown; and two sisters, Jean Klatt, Rochester, Ill., and Carol Porter,  Jefferson City.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home. The Rev. Rick Conley and the Rev. C.D. Butler will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today.

Memorials are suggested to Elston Baptist Church.

WOLFMEIER

Annabell Wolfmeier, 80,  Jefferson City, formerly of Vienna, died Nov. 25, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born March 10, 1919, in Osage County, a daughter of Jesse and Dora Green Howard. She was married to Delmar W. West, who preceded her in death. She was married June 12, 1971, in Vienna, to William Paul Wolfmeier, who survives at the home.

She was employed at shoe factories in Fulton and Belle for 20 years and at Quaker Window Products in Freeburg for two years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of Liberty Church of Christ, Belle.

Other survivors include: one son, Donald West, Hampton, Va.; one daughter, Sheila Scott,  Jefferson City; one stepson, Marvin R. Wolfmeier, Vale, Ariz.; one stepdaughter, Alice Bones, Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, Jesse Howard and Fred Howard, both of Vienna; one sister, Adel Shanks, Belle; seven grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, three great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna. Brother Randy Carr will officiate. Burial will be in the cemetery at Liberty Church of Christ.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today and from 9-10 a.m. Monday.

Memorials are suggested to the Annabell Wolfmeier Memorial Fund.
