HARRISON
Harley H. Harrison, 90, Linn, died Dec. 14, 1999, at Green Meadows Health Care Center, Linn.
He was born July 20, 1903, in Belle, a son of William and Janie Matthews Harrison. He was married April 24, 1926, in St. Louis, to Betty Branson, who died Jan. 6, 1999.
He had been employed as an operating engineer for the Missouri Power and Light Company. He was a member of Capital City Christian Church, Jefferson City, and the I.B.E.W., Jefferson City.
Survivors include: three daughters, Jane Eberhardt, Nashville, Tenn., June Haynes, Leslie, and Jean Angerer, Brazito; 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn. The Rev. Gary Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, Belle.
Visitation will be from noon Friday until the time of service.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
KRAMER
Harry J. Kramer, 70, Jefferson City, died Dec. 14, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City.
He was born Oct. 18, 1929, in Linn, a son of Jacob H. and Lisetta Voss Kramer. He was married Dec. 12, 1990, in Linn, to Shirley A. Venstad, who survives at the home.
He was a 1947 graduate of Linn High School. He was employed at Wal-Mart, Jefferson City, for several years until his retirement in 1995. He served as Osage County treasurer from 1963-1982. Prior to that, he owned and operated Kramers Shoe Store, Chamois, and was employed at Central Electric Power Plant, Chamois.
He was a member of the Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Western Catholic Union and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Jefferson City.
Other survivors include: six sons, Larry Kramer, Fulton, Dennis Kramer, Jefferson City, Ron Kramer, Land O Lakes, Fla., Junior Kramer, Belle, Dale Kramer, Rich Fountain, and Gary Kramer, Kansas City, Kan.; three daughters, Joyce Khattli and Sandy Schnieders, both of Jefferson City, and Debbie Boehm, Rich Fountain; one stepson, Harold Antonson, Ely, Minn.; two stepdaughters, Wanda Kay Antonson, St. Paul, Minn., and Darla Samples, Stillwater, Minn.; one sister, Marilla Krieg, Rich Fountain; one brother, Herb Kramer, Linn; and 26 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Kramer, in 1978.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. George Church, Linn. The Rev. Paul Hartley will officiate. Burial will be in St. George Cemetery, Linn.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. George Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
MARTIN
Robert L. Martin, 86, Gravois Mills, died Dec. 13, 1999, at his home.
He was born April 11, 1913, in Wells, Minn., a son of Joseph A. and Katie Ann Johnson Martin. He was married July 15, 1939, to Anna Grace Kuhlman, who survives at home.
He worked as a foreman at Independence Stove and Furnace Company. He was a member of Sheet Metal Worker's International Association Local 2, Retiree's Club, Jaycees, Osage Community Elks Lodge 2705, Laurie, Glenwood Park United Methodist Church, Independence, and later Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church, Laurie. He was affiliated with Boy Scouts Troop 139 and was assistant cub master and merit badge counselor.
Other survivors include one daughter, Sharon D. Martin, Independence, two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
One son, Robert L. Martin Jr., preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Homes, Laurie. The Rev. James Lawley will officiate. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Kansas City.
Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday.

NELSON
Paul R. Nelson, 66, Holts Summit, died Dec. 13, 1999, at his home.
He was born Aug. 5, 1933, in Galva, Kan., a son of Walter and Jennie Myers Nelson. He was married July 12, 1958, in Ellis, Kan., to Linda Kingsley, who survives at home.
An Air Force veteran, he had a bachelor's degree from Fort Hayes State College, Hayes, Kan., and a master's degree in social work from the University of Kansas. He worked for the Missouri Department of Social Services.
Other survivors include: three sons, Bret Nelson, Eminence, Drew Nelson, Sussex, N.Y., and Christopher Nelson, Jefferson City; one daughter, Megan Isenhart, Holts Summit; one brother, Walter Nelson Jr., Bennington, Kan.; two sisters, Alice Decker, Halstead, Kan., and Patricia Crouse, Galva; and nine grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to Hospice Visiting Nurses of Columbia or Ellis Fischell Hospital for Cancer Research.
Arrangements are under the direction of Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Holts Summit.
DYBALL
Edward P. Dyball, 77, Lohman, died Dec. 16, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Oct. 14, 1922, in Independence, a son of Edward P. and Iva Blaser Dyball. He was married May 7, 1945, in Jefferson City, to Linda B. Brandt, who survives at the home.
He graduated Jefferson City High School in 1940 and was an inspector for the Missouri Highway Department from 1952-1983. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard from 1942-1945. He was a member of the Central United Church of Christ, the Jefferson City Bowling Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1003.
Other survivors include: one son, Bruce A. Dyball, Holts Summit; three grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Jefferson City Chapel. The Rev. Stephen Buchholz will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday.
Memorials are suggested to the Central United Church of Christ or the Evangelical Children's Home.
GREGORY
Catherine Louise Gregory, 73, Jefferson City, died Dec. 14, 1999, at the Oak View Living Center.
She was born March 23, 1926, in Palestine, Ill., a daughter of Arthur and Luella Bissel Stroker. She was married May 26, 1962, in Woodstock, Ill., to Elmer T. Gregory, who survives at the home.
She attended schools at Crystal Lake, Ill. She was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: three sons, Tom Michler and Scott Bernhardt, both of Woodstock, and Gradford Alan Gregory, Orlando, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Gregory Bernhardt and Fred Bernhardt.
Private family services will be held.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Buescher Memorial Home.
HAAKER
Willard "Willy" Charles Haaker, 76, Roach, died Dec. 16, 1999, at his home.
He was born April 18, 1923, in Altadena, Calif., a son of Otto and Marge Haaker. He was married to Vera Joanne Haaker, who survives.
A World War II veteran, he founded and owned Willy's Meats, Capostrano Beach, Calif. He was member of the Elks Lodge of America.
Other survivors include: four daughters, Susan Webb, Dallas, Texas , Kathleen Kernaghan, Asan, Guam, Betsy Reeves, Boise, Idaho, and Patty Adkins, Chesapeake, Va.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
One daughter, Janet Haaker, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at his home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
SEITZ
Truman W. Seitz, 79, Centertown, died Dec. 16, 1999, at Chillicothe Baptist Center in Chillicothe.
He was born May 18, 1920, in Centertown, a son of Albert V. and Clara Marie Heyssel Seitz. He was married Oct. 2, 1955, in Cedar City, to Dorothy S. Colvin, who survives at the home.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was a carpenter with Carpenters Union 945 for 49 years. He was a member of Centertown Baptist Church, American Legion Post 531 of Centertown and the Russellville Lions Club.
He is also survived by one sister, Ruth Tuley, Independence.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. David Scudder and the Rev. Steve Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Centertown Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7:30 p.m. Saturday.

TAMBKE
Douglas James "Doug" Tambke, 41, Lohman, died Dec. 16, 1999, at his home.
He was born Feb. 18, 1958, in Jefferson City, a son of James and Norma Vaughn Tambke. His parents survive in Lohman.
He was married Oct. 12, 1985, in Russellville, to Diana Christine Harris, who survives at their home.
He attended Cole County R-1 High School, Russellville.
He was a 1976 graduate of the Hobart School of Welding Technology, Troy, Ohio.
He retired last month from the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562 in St. Louis.
Previously, he had worked with the union's Local 317 in Columbia, and also had owned and operated his own business, Tambke's Welding in Lohman.
He was a member of the Russellville United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Meagan Tambke, Lohman, and Stephanie Cardwell and Carly Chronister, both of Jefferson City; one brother, Dallas Tambke, Russellville; his paternal grandmother, Eunice Hodel, Russellville; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Scrivener-Morrow Funeral Home, Russellville. The Rev. Roger Huff and the Rev. John Kerr will officiate.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Tambke was cremated.
Memorials are suggested to the Doug Tambke Memorial Fund, to be used for his grandchildren.
