BORGMEYER
Elora "Sissy" Borgmeyer, 62, Jefferson City, died March 1, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Jan. 10, 1938, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Henry G. and Elora M. Wagner LePage. She was married April 11, 1959, in Jefferson City, to Vincent F. Borgmeyer, who survives at the home.
A 1956 graduate of Jefferson City High School, she was a travel agent for Asel Travel Agency for five years until 1980. She was employed with Chase Limousine since 1996, serving as president and chief operating officer for the last two years.
She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, the Host Lions-Lioness Club and Jefferson City Jaycees. She was chairman for the Jefferson City Heart Fund and served on the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
Other survivors include: one son, Doug Borgmeyer, Jefferson City; two daughters, Pamela Wilson and Terri Brune, both of Jefferson City; five brothers, John LePage, Paul LePage and David LePage, all of Jefferson City, Tom LePage, Russellville, and Julian LePage, Quinhagak, Alaska; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian Driscoll will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 8 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to the Special Learning Center or Hospice of Jefferson City and Mid-Missouri.
HAYS
Clarence Herbert Hays, 93, Iberia, died March 1, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Jan. 15, 1907, in Hawkeye, a son of Walter and Zylphia Russell Hays. He was married July 29, 1932, in St. Charles, to Verna Morrow, who survives at the home.
He worked as a bus driver for St. Louis Bus Company, retiring in 1972. He returned to Iberia after his retirement. He was a member of Iberia United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include one daughter, Jeanette Bridwell, St. Charles, three grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. RoseEllen Hoff will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, near Iberia.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
RODERICK
Terry Ray Roderick, 48, Sunrise Beach, died Feb. 28, 2000, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born March 21, 1951, in El Dorado, Kan., a son of John and Mercedes Hayes Roderick.
He owned and operated Emry Exterminating in Sunrise Beach. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a member of New Home Baptist Church, Camdenton.
Survivors include: one son, Terry W. Roderick, Camdenton; one daughter, Tera Roderick, Camdenton; three brothers, John Roderick, Farmington, N.M., Charlie Roderick, Fruitland, N.M., and Tim Roderick, Camdenton; two sisters, Arby Due, Fort Smith, Ark., and Tina Bassett, Camdenton.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton. Inurnment will be at a later date in New Home Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Friday.
WHITNEY
Charles "Ray" Whitney, 81, Lebanon, died Feb. 28, 2000, at his home.
He was born March 29, 1918, in St. Joseph, a son of Charles V. and Nellie Christian Whitney. He was married Sept. 2, 1996, to Bertha Whitney, who survives at the home.
He designed and built specialty crates and boxes for a box company in North Kansas City, where he lived most of his life. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion and VFW Post 2442 in Eldon. He was a member of St. Frances Desalle Church, Lebanon.
Other survivors include: three stepsons, Sylvester Kixmiller and Carl Kixmiller, both of Linn, and Gary Kixmiller, Lebanon; three stepdaughters, Karen Starke, Linn, Alverda Oppermann, St. Louis, and Marcella Heath, Eldon; 11 step grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
One stepdaughter, Marilyn Blackburn, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. George Church, Linn. The Rev. Paul Hartley will officiate. Burial, with military honors, will be in St. George Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn.
Memorials are suggested to the hospice at St. John's Breech Hospital, Lebanon.
AUSTEEL
Eugene Owen Austeel, 69, Jefferson City, died March 2, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 28, 1930, in Hartsburg, a son of Claud and Lorene Schneider Austeel. His mother, Lorene Schneider Austeel Mosley, survives in Mo-kane. He was married April 18, 1953, in Bentonville, Ark., to Loretta May Hanks, who survives at the home.
He was a graduate of Ashland High School, Ashland. He was employed at the Jefferson City Fire Department for 21 years, retiring in 1978. He then worked at the Missouri Department of Corrections for 15 years until his retirement.
He was a member of Dix Road Church of Christ.
Other survivors include: one son, John Roy Austeel, De Soto; one daughter, Cynthia Luebbert, St. Charles; two half brothers, Darrel Mosley, Fulton, and Garrel Mosley, Linn; one half sister, Cheryl Nentwig; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Buescher Memorial Home. Brent Newton will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today.

FRY
Nancy Jane Fry, 75, Jefferson City, died March 1, 2000, at her home.
She was born July 17, 1924, in St. Louis, and was the adopted daughter of Means and Jewette LeCompte Ray. She was married Jan. 31, 1952, in Salem, Ark., to Henry E. Fry, who died Feb. 20, 1977.
She was a graduate of Jefferson City High School. A homemaker, she worked at the Department of Revenue. She was a foster parent to many children for more than 30 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: one son, Raymond Fry, Jefferson City; one daughter, Gayla Gilpin Fry, Jefferson City; one sister, Sally Moore, state of Florida; and one granddaughter.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Summit Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Alan Michel will officiate.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Buescher Memorial Home.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
KIRKWEG
Lawrence H. Kirkweg, 78, St. Elizabeth, died March 2, 2000, at his home.
Arrangements are incomplete at Rekus Funeral Home, St. Elizabeth.
BELT
Margaret Brady Belt, 79, Sedalia, died Feb. 29, 2000, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born May 4, 1920, in Zora, a daughter of Dr. Charles H. and Lola Elva Geary Brady. She was married May 25, 1947, in Sedalia, to Lacy Porter Belt, who died May 25, 1982.
She was a 1937 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She attended Central Methodist College and graduated from Central Missouri State University. She taught biology and math at a number of schools, retiring in 1976. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary, United Way, American Red Cross, Sorosis, Meals on Wheels and the Sedalia Symphony Board.
Survivors include: one son, Dr. Charles Richard Belt, Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Elizabeth Belt Eckles, Jefferson City; one brother, Dr. Charles Henry Brady, North Mankato, Minn.; one sister, Mary Brady Smith, Ozark; and two grandsons.
Services will be at 11 a.m. March 11 at Wesley United Methodist Church. The Rev. Frederick Zahn will officiate.
The body was donated to the University of Missouri Anatomical Board.
Memorials are suggested to the Bothwell Hospital Auxiliary.
Arrangements are under the direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
BLAKE
Emory E. Blake, 100, Tallahassee, Fla., died Feb. 28, 2000, at Westminster Oak Health Care Center, Tallahassee.
He was born July 2, 1899, in Morse Hill, a son of Andrew H. and Margaret Viola Graham Blake. He was married to Florine Stovesand, who died March 12, 1996.
A former Crystal City resident, he was an officer of the Crystal City State Bank. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Madison, Fla. He was a Rotary Club member for more than 79 years.
He was a member of Joachim Masonic Lodge 164 F & AM, Hillsboro, and Madison Masonic Lodge 11 F & AM. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include two sons: Thomas E. Blake, Barrington, Ill., and Dr. William J. Blake, Tallahassee; one daughter, Margaret Blake Kelly, Springfield and Jefferson City; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Vinyards Funeral Home, Festus. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Crystal City.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday.

DeNARDO
Services were today for Delores DeNardo, 73, Dixon, who died Feb. 28, 2000, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
She was born July 7, 1926, in Tiltonville, Ohio, a daughter of John and Sarah Tukesbury VanTine. She was married Sept. 25, 1943, in Tiltonville, to William Christian, who died April 8, 1967. She was married Aug. 23, 1967, to Frank DeNardo Jr., who died Dec. 1, 1976.
A homemaker, she was a member of Shepherd Baptist Church, Dixon, and Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 4238, Dixon.
Survivors include: three sons, William Christian, Camdenton, James Christian, Jacksonville, Fla., and Russell Christian, Rolla; two daughters, Sandra Elkins, Bellaire, Ohio, and Tammy Dorrsom, Tunis; one sister, Mary Lou VanTine, St. Clairsville, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were at Bauknecht Funeral Home, Bellaire, Ohio.
