LOCKHART
Ruby Aline Lockhart, 87, Fulton, died March 16, 2000, at Presbyterian Manor, Fulton.
She was born June 23, 1912, in Beverly Station, a daughter of Charles N. and Jennie Mae Clinkenbeard Walmer. She was married July 15, 1930, in Leavenworth, Kan., to Wayne Lockhart, who died Nov. 18, 1981.
She worked as an activity therapist at Fulton State Hospital until her retirement. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Jefferson Chapter 496, and was a past worthy matron. She was an officer in the Salvation Army for 25 years and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Survivors include: three sons, Roy Eugene Lockhart, St. Paul, Minn., and Charles Walter Lockhart and Walter Delano Lockhart, both of Fulton; three daughters, Ina Aline Strelow, Washington , Retha Gail Cooper, Allentown, Pa., and JenEtta Kay Pauley, Fulton; two brothers, Maurice E. Walmer, Rock Hill, S.C., and Bermud K. Walmer, Tacoma, Wash.; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and foster children.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Salvation Army Commissioner Harold Schultz and the Rev. Stephen Dull will officiate. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. Visitation also will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to the Ebenezer Baptist Church Building Fund or the Night Circle WMU Mission.
MURRAY
Jan Murray, 42, Iberia, died March 16, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Oct. 10, 1957, in Granite City, Ill., a daughter of Myrl and Bonnie Dake Pendleton. Her parents survive in Iberia. She was married Feb. 28, 1976, in Iberia, to James Murray, who survives at the home.
A homemaker, she was a 1975 graduate of Iberia High School and a member of Dixon Church of Christ.
Other survivors include: one son, Joshua Murray, of the home; one daughter, Jennifer Duncan, Brumley; two brothers, Alan Pendleton and Randy Pendleton, both of Iberia; one sister, Sherry Thompson, Iberia; and one grandson.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Dixon Church of Christ. Jacky Smart and Rick Pitchford will officiate. Burial will be in Alder Springs Cemetery, Iberia.
Memorials are suggested to the Jan Murray Memorial Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia.
CONNELL
Billy E. Connell, 59, Centertown, died March 17, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Dec. 21, 1940, in Marion, a son of John E. and Eunice Bertha Bailey Connell. He was married July 30, 1960, near Centertown, to Dorothy Fern Hampton Connell, who survives at the home.
A graduate of Jamestown High School, he worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, near Centertown.
Other survivors include: one son, Darryl E. Connell, Jefferson City; two daughters, Sherri L. Shannon, Centertown, and Linda K. Whittle, Holts Summit; two brothers, Herschel Connell and Carles Connell, both of Jefferson City; one sister, Edna Turner, Jefferson City; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. Ivan Dameron will officiate. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, north of Centertown.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Sunday.

MORRISON
Elsa LaVern Morrison, 64, Fulton, died March 17, 2000, at her home.
She was born Sept. 17, 1935, in Jefferson County, a daughter of Eldon and Doris Wessell Robison. She was married to Edward Morrison, who died Dec. 24, 1990.
She was a member of Living Faith Church, Jefferson City.
Survivors include: three sons, Andy Valentine, Barnhart, Mark Valentine, Peevly, and Bryan Valentine, Steedman; two daughters, Karen Hedges and Michelle Fulkerson, both of Fulton; five sisters, Shirley Brown, Marie Quigley, Carol Miller, Sondra Moon and Sue DeMint; three brothers, Eldon Robison, J.C. Robison and Don Robison; 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, George Michael Valentine and Allen Valentine, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Randy Starkey will officiate. Burial will be in Mokane Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Sunday.
ROACH
Randall Ward "Randy" Roach, 37, Meta, died March 16, 2000, at his home.
He was born Oct. 23, 1962, in Pomona, Calif., a son of Gale and Patsy Roach, who survive in Meta. He was married in 1988 in Jefferson City to Judith Farley, who survives in Elston.
He worked in construction as a carpenter and welder.
Other survivors include: one son, Matthew Honse, Jefferson City; one daughter, Lacey Roach, Elston; one stepson, Adam Leslie, Russellville; one brother, Scott Roach, Upland, Calif.; and one sister, Toni Taylor, Scottsdale, Ariz.
No services are planned.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday and from 4-7 p.m. Monday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna. Cremation will follow visitation.
FISHER
Edgar M. Fisher, 72, Jefferson City, died March 16, 2000, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
He was born Oct. 14, 1927, in Latham, a son of Joseph and Betty Tomlinson Fisher. He was married in September 1950 in High Point to Mary Lou Scott, who died Oct. 24, 1981.
A graduate of Latham High School, he was a foreman and, later, general manager of Weber Shoe Co., Tipton. In 1970, he owned and operated Fisher Footwear, Eldon.
For 25 years, he owned and operated Fisher Sales Preowned Autos, Sales, Service and Auto Body in Jefferson City. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one son, Dennis Fisher, High Point; one daughter, Ruth Ann Baysinger, Jefferson City; two brothers, Vernon Fisher, Watertown, Wis., and Earl Fisher, Boonville; three sisters, Edna Wise, Clearwater, Fla., Margaret Porter, Russellville, and Alice Mae Smith, Clarksburg; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cornerstone Baptist Church. The Rev. Guy Thomas and the Rev. Ron Foley will officiate. Burial will be in High Point Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, and from 9-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.

KISHMAR
George (Krcmar) Kishmar, 89, Chamois, died March 17, 2000, at Green Meadows Health Center, Linn.
He was born July 18, 1910, in Chamois, a son of John and Marie Dolana Krcmar. He was married April 29, 1933, to Edna Bernice Plaster, who died July 5, 1981.
He worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Missouri River for 37 years, including assignments as a laborer, motor boat operator and Channel Inspector.
He was a past president of the Chamois Lions Club and a lifetime member of the Osage County Historical Society. He compiled four books: "The History of Chamois," "Osage County and its Three Rivers," "My Experiences and Years on the Missouri River" and "Facts and Events of the Missouri River."
Survivors include: one son, George Stanley Kishmar, Chamois; two daughters, Mary Lou Callais, Waynesville, and Ruth Hartsock, Atlanta; one brother, Mike Krcmar, Warsaw; one sister, Josephine Ponce, Modena, N.Y.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Meyer-Hilke-Millard Funeral Home, Chamois. The Rev. Don King will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday.
Memorials are suggested to the Chamois Lions Club or the Osage County Historical Society.
SCHRADER
Lloyd E. Schrader, 58, California, died March 17, 2000, in Versailles.
He was born June 28, 1941, in Green County, Iowa, a son of Ray A. and Dorothy Ruth Davis Schrader. His father and stepmother, Ray and Edna Rose Schrader, survive in California. He was married Oct. 21, 1963, to Betty Kiesling.
A 1959 graduate of California High School, he was employed with Orvis-Gokey, Tipton. He also had worked for many years as a tuck pointer with Ridenhour Construction in Jefferson City and Hoback Roofing, California.
He was a member of the United Church of Christ, California.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Lisa Kendrick, California; two stepsons, Danny Keeran and Steve Keeran, both of California; one brother, Les Schrader, Colcord, Okla.; three sisters, Lois Hutchison, Birmingham, Ala., and LaVonne Merriott and Linda Parker, both of Clarksburg; two granddaughters and one step-granddaughter.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. Gary Schulte will officiate. Burial will be in Hickman Cemetery, Clarksburg.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.

ALLEN
Wilbert F. "Al" Allen, 70, Rocky Mount, died March 18, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born March 26, 1929, in Kime, a son of Fred and Grace Osborn Allen. He was married in 1948 in Arkansas to Dorma White , who survives at the home.
He moved to the Rocky Mount area in 1980, after retiring from a supervisor's post at the McQuay Norris Manufacturing Co. in St. Louis, where he worked for 30 years.
He was a member of the AmVets in Rocky Mount and the Eagles Club in Jefferson City.
Other survivors include: one son, Dennis Allen, Wildwood; one daughter, Cheryl Walker, Arnold; and five granddaughters.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. Bob Buster will officiate. Burial will be in Eldon City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.
Memorials are suggested to the Oncology Unit at St. Marys Health Center or the American Cancer Society.
ROBERTS
Cleta Fern Roberts, 76, Jefferson City, formerly of Crocker, died March 17, 2000.
She was born Jan. 24, 1924, in Burlington, Kan., a daughter of William E. and Aetna May McPheeters Hitchens. She was married Oct. 3, 1953, to Noel L. Roberts, who preceded her in death.
She was a member of Concord Christian Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, both in Crocker.
She also had attended Capital West Christian Church, Jefferson City.
Survivors include: two sons, Bill Roberts, Waynesville, and Thomas Roberts, Crocker; three daughters, Sandra Smith and Jeani Bax, both of Crocker, and Debbie Spencer, Jefferson City; two brothers, Bill Hitchens, Antioch, Calif., and Lloyd Hitchens, Topeka, Kan.; two sisters, Phyllis Kindred, Antioch, and Alberta Slack, Wichita, Kan.; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Concord Christian Church. The Rev. Lee Todd and the Rev. Ken Harland will officiate. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Long Funeral Home, Crocker.
