ANNECHARICO

Dorothy E. "Dottie" Annecharico, 52, Holts Summit, died July 6, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born Nov. 17, 1947, in Miami, a daughter of Sebastian and Lois Andrey Annecharico.

She graduated from high school and from the North Miami Shores Beauty School, both in Miami. She lived in Mid-Missouri for the last 25 years and worked at Zesto's restaurant for the last 10 years.

Survivors include: her fiance, Jerry Jones, Holts Summit; two sons, Robert D. Camacho, Temple, Texas , and Thomas E. Camacho, Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Angela A. Camacho, Houston, Texas ; three stepchildren, Rickie Son, Donna Son and Dawn Baker, all of  Jefferson City; two brothers, Louis Annecharico, Houston, and Frank Annecharico, Miami; two sisters, Marion Reeves and Lois Emery, both of Lake Charles, La.; nine grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Freeman Mortuary. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Monday.

Memorials are suggested to the Dorothy E. Annecharico Memorial Fund.

BASS

Ruth A. Bass, 87, Tipton, died July 7, 2000, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Versailles.

She was born Oct. 4, 1912, in Cleveland, a daughter of Mac and Rose Nemet. She was married Aug. 26, 1946, in Sedalia, to Henry Bass, who died in 1982.

She served on the advisory board for the Tipton Library and Moniteau County Extension. She was a past Girl Scout leader and had been involved with the PTA. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Tipton, and the Eastern Star. She was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include: one daughter, Greer Knipp, Tipton; and two grandsons.

A daughter, Jennifer Lee Bass, preceded her in death.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Meisenheimer-Griswold Funeral Home, Tipton. The Rev. J.D. Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in Tipton Masonic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.

FAUGHT

Marian Joan Faught, 66,  Jefferson City, died July 8, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born June 19, 1934, in Macon, a daughter of John and Lola Howard Brammer. She was married June 19, 1954, in Macon, to Alfred Faught, who survives.

She lived in the  Jefferson City area for the past eight years and worked in food service for the  Jefferson City Public Schools until her retirement.

Other survivors include: two sons, Dennis Faught,  Jefferson City, and Allen Faught, Macon; three daughters, Debra Faught,  Jefferson City, Brenda Gibbs, Fort Worth, Texas , and Pamela Easter, Belvidere, N.C.; one sister, Gayle Miller, Macon; and five grandchildren.

One son, Ronald Faught, died in 1960.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.

JANKOWSKI

Dorothy Jean Burton Jankowski, 74,  Jefferson City, died July 7, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born Jan. 16, 1926, in Fayette, a daughter of Reginald R. and Hallie Cox Burton. She was married Feb. 24, 1951, in Boonville, to John J. Jankowski, who survives at the home.

A resident of the Central Missouri area since 1951, she graduated from the Fayette public schools and attended Central Methodist College in Fayette. She was a homemaker and the manager of the family farms.

She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church; the Jane Randolph  Jefferson City Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, where she served as vice regent and registrar; Daughters of the American Colonist, William Greenway Chapter, where she served as librarian, historian and treasurer; and United Daughters of the Confederacy, Winnie Davis Chapter,  Jefferson City.

Other survivors include one son, Reginald Burton Jankowski,  Jefferson City.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Freeman Mortuary. The Rev. Harvel Sanders will officiate. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Fayette City Cemetery, Fayette.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday at Freeman Mortuary and from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Carr Funeral Home, Fayette.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

McMICKELL

Patsy Charmay McMickell, 66, Sunrise Beach, died July 8, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born Aug. 25, 1933, in Hays, Kan., a daughter of Jeff and Thelma Dodd Young. She was married Jan. 3, 1954, in Stockton, Kan., to Robert J. McMickell, who survives at the home.

She was a 1951 graduate of Stockton High School in Stockton, Kan., and a 1953 graduate of Brown Mackie Business College, Salina, Kan.

She was a secretary and a member of Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church, Laurie, and the Osage Community Lady Elks 2705, Laurie.

Other survivors include: three sons, Robert McMickell Jr., and Randel McMickell, both of Omaha, Neb., and Richard McMickell, Hastings, Neb.; two daughters, Brenda Novich, Hastings, and Linda Anderson, Gretna, Neb.; one sister, Carolyn Bice, Milan, Mich.; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church. The Rev. James Lawley will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Laurie.

SPAUNHORST

Helen Theresa Spaunhorst, 89, formerly of  Jefferson City, died July 8, 2000, at Timberlake Care Center, Kansas City.

She was born Feb. 22, 1911, in  Jefferson City, a daughter of James F. and Mary F. Swillum Walsh. She was married Sept. 17, 1932, in  Jefferson City, to William Francis Spaunhorst Sr., who died Oct. 25, 1980.

She was a bookkeeper for Quality Cleaners for several years and later a realtor for Ker-Mac Realty in  Jefferson City. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Survivors include: one daughter, Ann W. Bruegging, Kansas City; one son, William F. Spaunhorst Jr., Abilene, Texas ; two sisters, Agnes Gray and Betty Schneiders, both of  Jefferson City; one brother, Dan Walsh,  Jefferson City; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Timothy M. Tatro will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or Rusk Rehabilitation, 1 Hospital Drive, Columbia, Mo. 65201.

TAYLOR

Imogene C. Taylor, 71, Tipton, died July 7, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born June 25, 1929, in Irvine, Ky., a daughter of George H. and Mary Emeline Benne Carmich-ael. She was married Sept. 16, 1950, in Lenoir City, Tenn., to W. Clyde Taylor, who survives at the home.

She attended schools in Knoxville, Tenn., and graduated from Knoxville High School. She became a registered nurse after studying at the East Tennessee Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Knoxville. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in adult education from Lincoln University.

She was employed as a floor nurse, house supervisor and director of nursing in several hospitals, including John Gaston City Hospital and Baptist Memorial Hospital, both in Memphis, Tenn.; McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage; Cooper County Hospital, Boonville; and Community Memorial Hospital and the Valley of the Sun Rehabilitation Hospital, both in Phoenix. She was director of nursing at Memorial Community Hospital and Still Regional Hospital, both in  Jefferson City, and at Kirksville Osteopathic Hospital. She then was a nurse educator on the faculty at Lincoln's School of Nursing.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in California, Mo., where she was active in the Altar Guild and served as organist and Sunday school teacher. She belonged to the American Nurses Association and the Lioness Auxiliary.

Other survivors include: two sons, Wally C. Taylor of Normal, Ill., and Dr. Douglas C. "Duke" Taylor, Springfield, Va.; two daughters, Charlotte E. Taylor, Central City, Colo., and Julie C. Peoples, Tipton; one brother, Virgil F. Carmichael, Knoxville; one sister, Eleanor Rogers, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Peter Kurowski will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Radio Ministry or a charity of the donor's choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Buescher Memorial Home.

WITTE

Amber Lee Witte, 19, Clearwater, Kan., died July 7, 2000, as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Yates Center, Kan.

She was born June 4, 1981, in Sedalia, a daughter of Darrell Lee and Kemmy Sue Quirk Witte. Her father and stepmother, Darrell and Nancy J. Witte, survive in Stover. Her mother, Kemmy Sue Lee, survives in Clearwater.

She was a 1999 graduate of Andale High School in Andale, Kan. She had completed her freshman year at St. Louis University in St. Louis. She was serving a summer internship with the First State Bank of Clearwater.

She was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority and was the recipient of an Air Force ROTC scholarship. She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Wichita, Kan., where she was active in the Lutheran Youth Fellowship.

Other survivors include: one brother, Kenneth Jacob Lee, Clearwater; four stepsisters, Chandra Keuhn, Waterloo, Iowa, Andrea Kincaid, California, Mo., Gwenda Schlomer, Stover, and Loren Marie Donner, Seattle; her maternal grandparents, Shirley Tannehill, Eldon, and Kenneth and Kay Quirk, Linn Creek; and her paternal grandparents, Calvin and Verna Witte and LeeRoy and Mary Boeschen, all of Stover.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Stover. The Rev. Clifford Winter and the Rev. Martin Hoyer will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home, Stover.

Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.

CALL

Richard Keith Call, 42, Ivy Bend, died July 7, 2000, at his home.

He was born May 27, 1958, in Walnut Creek, Calif., a son of William S. and Eleanor Louise Everett Call. His father survives in Castro Valley, Calif. He was married July 16, 1995, to Deborah Sue Rickerson, who survives at the home.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a pipe fitter welder.

Other survivors include: two sons, Richard Keith Call II, of the home, and Steven Keith Call, state of California; one daughter Lacey Purdue, St. Roberts; three brothers, William Kendrick, Venicia, Calif., Edward Kendrick, Wilcox, Ariz., and Carl Lee Call, Salinas, Calif.; six sisters, Jennifer Newell, state of California, Patricia Meier, Holmen, Wis., Jnelle Frank, Burnsville, Minn., Bonnie Call, Lakeville, Minn., Susie Baker, Springfield, Ill., and Peggy Carrera, Haywood, Calif.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the home of the family in Ivy Bend, near Stover.

Arrangements are under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.

DIGGINS

Joan M. Diggins, 66, Cedar Falls, Iowa, died July 8, 2000, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born Sept. 28, 1933, in Waterloo, Iowa, a daughter of Sylvester Ames and Martha Fabian. She was married July 5, 1973, in Waterloo, to Albert Russell Diggins, who died Aug. 12, 1990.

She was a member of St. Francis Hospital's nursing program, and was later a nurse at Allen Hospital.

Survivors include: five stepdaughters, Lynn Diggins, Dawn Diggins, Teresa Davis, Jodi Diggins and Christine Diggins, all of Waterloo; three brothers, Jack S. Ames, Fort Smith, Ark., Richard L. Ames, La Crescent, Minn., and Ronald J. Ames, Holts Summit; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service. Burial will be in Mound Olivet Mausoleum.

Memorials are suggested to the family.

RICHARDSON

Joyce Faye Richardson, 58, Hartsburg, died July 8, 2000, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.

She was born July 23, 1941, in Callaway County, a daughter of Frank and Helen Wilson Nichols. Her mother survives in New Bloomfield. She was married Sept. 25, 1960, in New Bloomfield, to Roy Richardson, who survives at the home.

She was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church, New Bloomfield.

Other survivors include: One son, Rick Richardson, Hartsburg; and one grandson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Robinson Funeral Home, Ashland. The Rev. Rick Hopkins will officiate. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery, Ashland.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to New Salem Cemetery.
