BISH
Pearl Lucille Bish, 82, Jefferson City, died Sept. 19, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born June 3, 1918, near Gladstone in Camden County, a daughter of Fred A. and Maggie Hilderbrand Hackler. She was married to Elbert McGaw. She was married to Kenneth Bish, who preceded her in death.
She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and had worked in Jefferson City and later near Columbia.
Survivors include: one daughter, Linda Falletta, California; one sister, Freda Imler, Eldon; and one stepsister, Beatrice Bates, Hanford, Calif.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles. The Rev. Tom Farrington will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmore Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Barnett.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Friday.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
BOWLIN
Ivan Laverne Bowlin, 74, Eldon, died Sept. 20, 2000, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.
He was born Feb. 26, 1926, in Rocky Mount, a son of Don and Martha Louise Jobe Bowlin. He was married June 19, 1943, in Eldon, to Lela Cross, who survives at the home.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was a lifetime member of the DAV and the American Polled-Hereford Association. He attended the Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Judy Stinson, Cameron; two sons, James Bowlin, Parkville, and Mike Bowlin, Butler; one brother, Lenvill Bowlin, Kansas City; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. Randall Bunch will officiate. Burial, with military honors, will be in Rocky Mount Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the DAV.
WINTERS
Ralph E. Winters, 80, Eldon, died Sept. 24, 2000, in Columbia.
He was born Oct. 31, 1919, in Low Wassie, a son of Clarence and Ruth Neal Winters. He was married to Opal Winters, who survives in Eldon.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was a corrections officer. He was a member of the Winona VFW.
Other survivors include one daughter, Barbara Davis, Clinton, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
One son, Earl Wayne Winters, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. Ernie Buscher will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmore Memorial Gardens, Barnett.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.

LANEY
Winfield Noel Laney Jr., 78, Camdenton, died Sept. 18, 2000, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.
He was born Feb. 19, 1922, in Wesco, a son of Winfield L. Sr. and Daisy Dulaney Laney.
He graduated from Steelville High School and attended college in Norman, Okla.
He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
He had worked as a carpenter and moved to the Camdenton area in 1995.
He was a member of the Elks Lodge and the VFW.
Survivors include: four sons, Bruce, Camdenton, Bryan, Cuba, Dale and Pat, both of Kirkwood; three daughters, Danna Long, Florida, and Tammy Scrivner and Mary Helmich, both of St. Louis.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wesco Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton.
McKINNEY
Frances Windsor McKinney, 63, Holts Summit, died Sept. 20, 2000, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
She was born Nov. 6, 1936, in Jefferson City, a daughter of George W. and Jean Dearing Windsor. She was married Dec. 15, 1955, in Jefferson City, to Billy W. McKinney, who survives at the home.
She was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church, Holts Summit, and worked as a bookkeeper at Capital Reserve Life.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Karen Frazer, Holts Summit; two brothers, Wayne Windsor and Joseph Windsor, both of Holts Summit; and two grandsons.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Debo Funeral Home, Holts Summit. Burial will be in Summit Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday.
SMITH
Bessie E. Smith, 85, Stover, died Sept. 19, 2000, at Good Shepherd Care Center, Versailles.
She was born Sept. 11, 1915, in Cole Camp, a daughter of Ben and Della E. Swearngin Brown. She was married Oct. 25, 1935, in Clinton, to Othello Denver Smith, who died Oct. 15, 1988.
A homemaker, she worked on the family farm near Cole Camp, moving to Stover in 1984. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Lincoln.
Survivors include: four daughters, Shirley Metscher, Stover, Betty Lou Freeman, Independence, Geraldine "Geri" Mitchell, Oak Grove, and Patsy Ann Wickern, Fair Play; three brothers, Clarence Brown, Alma, Kan., and Roland Brown and Otis Brown, both of Cole Camp; five sisters, Ethel Sickler, Elvie Davis and Freida Knox, all of Sedalia, and Ruth Craig and Hazel Inman, both of Cole Camp; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home, Stover. The Rev. Danny Owsley will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Cole Camp.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday.

HUNTER
Darrol W. Hunter, 60, Stover, died Sept. 21, 2000, at his home.
He was born April 3, 1940, in Springfield, Colo., a son of Walter W. and Ruby Graham Hunter. He was married July 27, 1973, to Edna R. Pryor, who survives at the home.
He was an automobile body repairman for Jim Dornan Chevrolet, Versailles, and a member of the Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Other survivors include: three sons, Brad W. Hunter, Dusty L. Hunter and Kevin E. Hunter, all of Stover; two daughters, Regina S. Hunter and Kelly Calton, both of Stover; one brother, Dean Hunter, Cleveland, Mo.; two sisters, Darlene Maynard, Rich Hills, and Jeannie Hunter, Thailand; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles. The Rev. James Lawley will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in St. Paul Cemetery, near Stover.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today.
O'BANNON
David Lee O'Bannon, 60, Gravois Mills, died Sept. 21, 2000, at Good Shepherd Care Center, Versailles.
He was born Jan. 10, 1940, in Urich, a son of James R. and Helen Lockner O'Bannon. His mother survives in Urich. He was married Oct. 18, 1975, to Billy A. Olmstead, who survives at the home.
He was a retired iron worker for Local 10, Kansas City, and later worked at the Family Center, Versailles. He was a 1957 graduate of Urich High Scott. He was a member of Urich Christian Church, the Elks Lodge, Sedalia and Laurie, and the Moose Lodge, Sedalia.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Ginger Rae Furrnell, Nashville, Tenn., Paula Spry, Warsaw, and Karen Ann Bridwell, Gravois Mills; one brother, Alan O'Bannon, Creighton; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
One son, Kevin Dale O'Bannon, preceded him in death.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia. The Rev. Bob Sanders will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. today at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.
SENIOR
Fannie E. Senior, 100, Tipton, died Sept. 21, 2000, at Tipton Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 5, 1900, a daughter of Eli and Clara Basinger Bucher. She was married Aug. 3, 1924, in California, to William B. Senior, who died May 25, 1982.
She was a homemaker and attended Hazel Dell School. She was a member of First Baptist Church, California.
Survivors include: two daughters, Marvelene Garber, Tipton, and Malverna Buchheim, Lecompton, Kan.; one son, William D. Senior, Harrisonville; two brothers, Elbert Senior and Delbert Senior, both of Springfield; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Two infants preceded her in death.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home, California. The Rev. Greg Morrow will officiate. Burial will be in Sappington Community Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, California, or the First Baptist Church Building Fund, Tipton.
