SAYERS
Wilfred Charles "Will" Sayers, 87, Camdenton, died April 13, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born March 14, 1912, in Chicago, a son of Albert C. and May Taylor Sayers. He was married April 27, 1940, in Sycamore, Ill., to Mary Louise LeMere, who died March 29, 1987.
He owned and operated a tool manufacturing company before retiring. A resident of the Lake are for 47 years, he was a member of St. George Episcopal Church.
Survivors include: one son, Mark H. Sayers, Independence: one sister, Peggy Gangel, Camdenton; and one granddaughter.
One son, Craig Sayers, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. George Episcopal Church. The Rev. Tim Coppinger will officiate. Burial will be in Dale Blair Memorial Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Reed Funeral Home, Camdenton.
ANDERSON-SEGER
Lorene Diane Anderson-Seger, 36, Jefferson City, died April 6, 1999, at St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. Louis.
She was born Aug. 4, 1962, in Oakland, Neb.
She attended school in Springfield and was employed as a truck driver for Baggett Transfer Co.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Erinne Leigh Anderson, Jefferson City.
Services will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Buescher Memorial Home. The Rev. Ted Huston will officiate.
Visitation will be from 7-7:30 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to the AIDS Foundation or to the AIDS Research Association.
FORAKER
Charles W. "Jack" Foraker, 85, Kansas City, died April 15, 1999, at his home.
He was born Feb. 24, 1914, in Stockton, a son of Charles E. and Edith M. Shipman Foraker. He was married to Elizabeth Robb, who survives.
He began teaching in a rural Missouri school and also taught at Welston School District, St. Louis, and the Jefferson City School District. He then accepted the position of director of buildings and grounds in Center School District, Kansas City, where he remained until retiring in 1976.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Judy Zettlemoyer, Kansas City; and two granddaughters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Woodcrest Primitive Baptist Church, Ashland. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Mount Moriah and Freeman Funeral Home, Kansas City.

HERX
Andrew Francis Herx, 86, Westphalia, died April 15, 1999, at Westphalia Retirement Center.
He was born May 30, 1912, in Meta, a son of Adolph H. and Bernadine Kroll Herx.
He was a lifelong farmer in the Westphalia area.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia, and the Holy Name Society.
Survivors include two sisters, Marie Bellinghausen, Liberty, and Lucy Rehagen, Westphalia.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia. The Rev. Sylvester W. Bauer will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Westphalia.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, Westphalia, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic School, Westphalia.
JACKSON
Joyce Crutchfield Jackson, 57, Jefferson City, died April 14, 1999, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
She was born Oct. 31, 1941, in Kansas City, Kan., a daughter of John and Mildred Murrell Crutchfield. Her parents survive in Jefferson City.
She was a lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area and a graduate of Jefferson City High School. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, James Russell Jackson, New York City, and one sister, Jane Patterson, Scottsdale, Ariz.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Baptist Church. The Rev. George Scantlan will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Baptist Church.
Memorials are suggested to Immanuel Baptist Church.

NIEDNER
Jane H. Niedner, 75, Jefferson City, died April 14, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born April 28, 1923, in Springfield, Ill., a daughter of Thomas E. and Stella Campbell Withey. She was married Feb. 28, 1944, in Springfield, Ill., to Walter W. Niedner, who died Dec. 7, 1985.
She was a graduate of Springfield High School and attended Sangamon County Business School, both in Springfield, Ill.
She was a secretary in Governor Warren Hearnes' office and worked for the Department of Tourism. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Church Ladies Auxiliary and Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include: two daughters, Susan Lipske, St. Charles, Ill., and Libby Shivers, Jefferson City; one son, Walter "Bill" Niedner, Overland Park, Kan.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. John Hobratschk will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at Houser-Millard Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church, the Rev. Walter W. Niedner Scholarship Fund.
SWIFT
Joe Willie Swift, 59, Jefferson City, died April 15, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born June 14, 1939, in Sunflower County, Miss., a son of Earl and Rebecca Swift.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked for McCormick Security at the Missouri Division of Employment Security for 10 years, and was employed by Ryder Transportation for nine years.
He attended Jefferson City Christian Center.
Survivors include: three sons, T.J. Swift, Sarasota, Fla., and Willie Lee Swift and Charles Swift, both of Thomasville, Ga.; one daughter, Katuria Swift, Sarasota; two stepsons, Thomas Nichols and Perry Dale Redmon, both of Jefferson City; two stepdaughters, Belinda Schaefer and Tammy G. Scrivner, both of Jefferson City; one sister, Betty Beckworth, Indianola, Miss.; two brothers, John Henry Swift and Robert Earl Swift, both of Indianola; one grandson and five step grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home. The Rev. Doug Crader will officiate. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to the Jefferson City Christian Center Youth Missions Program.
WORTHAM
Genevieve E. Wortham, 73, Jefferson City, died April 13, 1999, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 21, 1926, in Detroit, a daughter of Rudolph and Grace Terry Drow.
A homemaker, she was Catholic.
She attended St. Peter's Church. She moved from Detroit to Jefferson City in 1994.
Survivors include: one son, Charles W. Simpson Sr., Livonia, Mich.; one daughter, Karen Call, state of Texas ; three sisters, Betty Cook, Southfield, Mich., Ruth Richardson, state of Michigan, and Juanita Doe, state of California; and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Grandlawn Cemetery, Detroit. Her body was cremated.
Arrangements are under the direction of Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home, Russellville.
PORTER
Nancy L. Porter, 51, California, died April 15, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born March 14, 1948, in Nashville, Tenn., a daughter of Fred D. and Aline Stout Smith. She was married Nov. 10, 1962, in McEwen, Tenn., to Ronald G. Porter, who survives at the home.
She worked at California Manufacturing for several years. She was a supervisor at Mid Mo Jacket and a supervisor at Show-Me Jacket. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church, McGirk, and was a Sunday School teacher.
She attended Elizabeth Elementary and attended Erin Central High School, Erin, Tenn.
Other survivors include: three sons, Vincent Porter, Columbia, Arnold Porter, Centertown, and Richard Porter, California; four brothers, Billy Smith, Whitehouse, Tenn., Jimmy Smith, Nashville, Tenn., and Eugene Smith and Danny Ray Smith, both of Hammon, La.; three sisters, JoAnn Romain, Alvin, Texas , Ruby Beachman, McEwen, Tenn., and Fannie Mae Smith, Chicago, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. Ken Mathes will officiate. Burial will be in California City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.
