PEMBERTON

James D. Pemberton, 70, Iberia, died Dec. 12, 2000, at his home.

He was born June 24, 1930, in Iberia, a son of Wade and Edna Wall Pemberton. He was married Jan. 14, 1950, in Iberia, to Roberta "Bobbie" Heltzell, who survives at the home.

A lifelong resident of Iberia, he was a 1945 graduate of Iberia High School. He was a manager for Uregas for 20 years and was owner/manager of Pemberton Excavating in Iberia. He was co-owner of Pemberton Furniture, Pemberton Laundrymat in Iberia, and Pemberton Uregas in Iberia and Eldon. He was a member of Iberia United Methodist Church.

Other survivors include: three sons, James R. Pemberton, Eldon, and Joe Pemberton and John Pemberton, both of Iberia; two brothers, Victor Pemberton, Tuscumbia, and Don Pemberton, Cape Girardeau; four sisters, Wilma Birge, Seymour, Ind., Gretchen Jones, St. Louis, Jean Keeth, Iberia, and Janet Wilson, St. Louis; and eight grandchildren.

One daughter, Teresa Pemberton Dake, preceded him in death.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Iberia United Methodist Church. The Rev. RoseEllen Huff and Wayne Vaughan will officiate. Burial will be in Iberia Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation or the Iberia United Methodist Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia.

RICHARDSON

Hoover M. Richardson, 92, Harrisonville, died Dec. 12, 2000, in Harrisonville.

He was born Jan. 13, 1908, in Tuscumbia, a son of Philander P. and Clara Alice Birdsong Richardson. He married Oct. 3, 1947, to Erma L. Knoch, who died Sept. 30, 1990.

He was a construction laborer and farmer. He was an Army veteran.

Survivors include: three daughters, Alice Hildebrand, Harrisonville, Margaret Imler, Joplin, and Sue Lucas, Green River, Wyo.; nine grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

One son, Charles Bowden, preceded him in death.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. Pastor Keith Swartz will officiate. Burial will be in the Eldon City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday.

DULLE

Clemens W. Dulle Jr., 60, Lake Ozark, died Dec. 13, 2000, at his home.

Arrangements are with Houser-Millard Funeral Home.

HICKS

Services for Inice Blanche Hicks, 74, Camdenton, who died Dec. 9, 2000, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton.

The Rev. Dean Rooffener will officiate. Burial will be in Bib Niangua Cemetery, Roach.

INMAN

Ruth Elizabeth Inman, 80, California, died Dec. 13, 2000, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born April 9, 1920, in California, a daughter of William F. and Catherine Caroline Maloney Inman.

She was confirmed at United Church of Christ, California.

She graduated from the Missouri School for the Deaf, Fulton.

Survivors include one brother, Frederick "Budgie" Inman, California, and two sisters, Gertrude Inman and Joyce Porter, both of California.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home, California. The Rev. Roy Sparks will officiate. Burial will be in California City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association-Missouri Affiliate, 2600 i-70 Dr. NW, P.O. Box 30638, Columbia, Mo. 65205-3638 or the American Diabetes Association-Missouri Affiliate, 1316 Parkade Blvd. P.O. Box 1013, Columbia, Mo. 65205.

CORBIERE

Jacqueline Cotton Corbiere, 69, Linn, died Dec. 13, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born July 21, 1931, in Pitcher, Okla., a daughter of Robert and Dorothy Crossland Hadley. She was married Oct. 21, 1951, in Joplin, to Warren Cotton, who died Feb. 22, 1975. She was married in 1980 in Grand Haven, Mich., to William Corbiere, who died in 1991.

She graduated from high school in Pitcher.

She worked at Busch's Florist for several years before retiring in 1995.

Survivors include: two sons, Robert L. Cotton and Mike W. Cotton, both of Linn; three daughters, Kristi L. Rapier, Fulton, Georganna M. Cotton,  Oklahoma City, and Terri E. Scherer, Grand Haven; one sister, Jerry Cantrell, Webb City; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

One daughter, Penny L. Dunham, died in 1985.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Freeman Mortuary. The Rev. Alvin Lange will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday.

Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army.

HJELLUM

Services were today for V. Jean Richardson Hjellum, 65, Osage Beach, died Dec. 13, 2000, in Osage Beach.

She was born Aug. 13, 1935, in Yucaipa, Calif., a daughter of Leonard B. and Helen Patrick McGraw. She was married May 7, 1950, in Las Vegas, to Stewart K. Richardson, who died Jan. 8, 1981. She was married Feb. 25, 1986, in Las Vegas, to Ossie Hjellum, who died April 15, 1998.

She was a member of the Lake Ozarks General Hospital Auxiliary.

She worked as an LPN at Windsor Estates and Osage Beach Health Care Center.

Survivors include: one daughter, Jeanna Denton, Lake Ozark; one son, Vincent Richardson, Bartow, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

Services were at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. Pastor John Pulley officiated. Burial was in Greenmore Memorial Gardens, Barnett.

Memorials are suggested to Windsor Estates, Osage Beach Health Care Center or Lake Ozark General Hospital Auxiliary.

PEMBER

Senah M. Shroyer Pember, 63, Russellville, died Dec. 13, 2000, in  Jefferson City.

She was born Feb. 14, 1937, in Eldon, a daughter of William O. and Estelle M. McClain Shroyer. She was married May 14, 1955, in Tuscumbia, to Stuart Rex Pember, who survives at the home.

She was a homemaker and owner and operator of Pember Dairy Supply and Cleaners. She was active in 4-H and Cub Scouts. She served on the High Point School Board.

Other survivors include: one son, Ron Pember, Tuscumbia; one daughter, Norah Tarvid, Eldon; two sisters, Jacquelyn Wright, Port Hueneme, Calif., and Patti Smith, Eldon; one brother, McClain Shroyer, Port Hueneme; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ninth Street Christian Church, Eldon. The Rev. Tom Farrington will officiate. Burial will be in Olean Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the Diabetes Foundation.

TEEPLE/TEEPLE

Glen Teeple, 94, Doolittle, died Dec. 14, 2000, at Christian Northeast Hospital, St. Louis.

He was born Dec. 10, 1906, in Crocker, a son of James and Sulvan Teeple. He was married May 11, 1929, in Detroit, to Gladys Teeple, who died Dec. 12, 2000.

They are survived by one son, Ron Teeple, Lady Lake, Fla., five grandchildren, two great-grandsons and two great-great-grandchildren.

One son, Norman Teeple, died Feb. 17, 1992.

Graveside services for Mr. and Mrs. Teeple will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Dixon Cemetery. Jacky L. Smart will officiate.

Visitation for Mr. and Mrs. Teeple will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.

WRIGHT

Lucile I. "Cile" Wright, 78,  Jefferson City, died Dec. 14, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 19, 1922, in  Jefferson City, a daughter of Samuel P. and Grace Bohanan Loethen. She was married April 29, 1950, in Linn, to Duane N. Wright, who survives at the home.

A 1940 graduate of  Jefferson City High School, she worked for Western Union from 1942 to 1949. She was a member of St. Joseph Cathedral and St. Mary's Health Center Auxiliary.

Other survivors include: one son, Duane "Duke" Wright Jr., Sunrise Beach; one daughter, Debra Sourini, Belleair Beach, Fla.; one sister, Renee Riddle, St. Louis; two brothers, Sam Loethen, Columbia, and Larry B. Loethen, Lake Ozark; and one granddaughter.

Private family services will be held Sunday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Entombment will be in the mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice of  Jefferson City and Mid-Missouri.
