MURRAY
Patricia Ann Murray, 52, Jefferson City, died Dec. 26, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born July 15, 1948, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Ber-num T. and Ruby Neal Strange. Her mother survives in Jefferson City.
She was a graduate of Jefferson City High School and a member of the First Church of God.
Other survivors include: her fiancé, Dayle Olson, Jefferson City; one son, Danny Murray, Holts Summit; two daughters, Cheryl Murray and Leigh Ann Murray, both of Jefferson City; two brothers, Paul Strange, Jefferson City, and Jimmy Strange, state of Texas ; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the Pat Murray Fund at First Assembly of God.
Arrangements are under the direction of Midwest Crematory Services, Columbia.
PHILLIPS
Jasper S. Phillips Jr., 34, Jefferson City, died Dec. 25, 2000, at his home.
He was born Dec. 6, 1966, in Jefferson City, a son of Jasper S. Sr. and Dee Phillips.
He attended Jefferson City High School.
He worked for Industrial Enterprises Inc. as a metal fabricator. He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include: his children's mother, Sara Draffen, of the home; two daughters, Christina Marie Phillips and Amanda Lee Phillips, both of the home; one son, Jasper S. Phillips III, of the home; and two half brothers.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home. The Rev. Joe Skiles will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Friday.
Memorials are suggested to Jasper S. Phillips Jr. Children's Educational Fund.
ALBIN
The Rev. Charlie Albin, 81, California, died Dec. 27, 2000, at Oak View Living Center.
He was born Jan. 31, 1919, in California, a son of Steve and Laura Baughman Albin. He was married Dec. 16, 1938, in California, to Geneva New-kirk, who survives at the home.
He was a minister of the Church of God of Prophecy and was ordained and licensed as a bishop of the church. He served as district overseer and on the finance and appropriations board of the church.
Other survivors include: one son, Jerry Albin, Boonville; three daughters, Judy Lord, Trudy Taylor and Sharon Albin, all of California; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home, California. The Rev. J.W. Wilkerson, the Rev. Gerald Taylor and the Rev. John Pace will officiate. Burial will be in California City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today.

McKEE
Dustin Carles McKee, 18, Jefferson City, died Dec. 26, 2000, near Iberia, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born June 29, 1982, in Jefferson City, a son of Terrell S. and Denise Jane Pendleton Mc-Kee. His parents survive in Jefferson City.
He was a senior at Jefferson City High School and attended Capital City Christian Church.
He participated in football and track and field events. He was named All-district lineman for the 2000 football season. He was a three-year letterman, honor student and a member of the United Sportsman Club.
Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Fern Pendleton, Iberia.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Thomas Jefferson Middle School. The Rev. Gary Baker and the Rev. David Phelps will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m.-noon Saturday at the middle school.
Memorials are suggested to the United Sportsman Club for the Youth or the Jefferson City Jays Football Booster Club.

McKEE
B.J. McKee, 14, Jefferson City, died Dec. 26, 2000, near Iberia, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Sept. 23, 1986, in Jefferson City, a son of Terrell S. and Denise Jane Pendleton McKee. His parents survive in Jefferson City.
He was an eighth-grader at Thomas Jefferson Middle School and attended Capital City Christian Church.
He was a member of the Jefferson City Babe Ruth League and the TJMS football squad. He was a member of the United Sportsman Club and participated in the YHEC yearly statewide tournament.
Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Fern Pendleton, Iberia.

BADDERS
Loren A. Badders, 70, Ashland, died Dec. 28, 2000, at Ashland Healthcare.
He was born May 1, 1930, in Chaffee, a son of Samuel E. and Bertha Louise Wiesner Badders.
He was a watchman for a garment factory in Chaffee.
Survivors include: one brother, Earl Badders, Chaffee; and one sister, Ruby Parker, Ashland.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Hartsburg. The Rev. Mike Quinn will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, Ashland.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at Robinson Funeral Home, Ashland.
CHAPPELLE
Erna Chappelle, 78, Dixon, died Dec. 28, 2000, at Christian Health Care Center, Dixon.
She was born Jan. 31, 1922, in Madgeburg, Germany, a daughter of Walter and Berta Hermanns Kohler. She was married April 10, 1960, in Groskrotzenburg, Germany, to Don Chappelle, who survives in Dixon.
She was a member of the L.D.S. Church, St. Robert. She was a Red Cross volunteer for 15 years and a Girl Scout leader. She had worked for Wal-Mart and was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Evelyn Chappelle, Dixon; two brothers, Walter Kohler and Helmut Kohler, both of Germany; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the L.D.S. Church. Bishop Randolph Sneed will officiate. Burial will be in Sheppard Cemetery, Dixon.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon, and from noon-1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
JACKS
Thelma "Sammie" Jacks, 76, Vienna, died Dec. 27, 2000, at Maries Manor Health Care Center, Vienna.
She was born Nov. 21, 1924, in Maries County, a daughter of Benjamin and Millie Shockley Eads. She was married Oct. 8, 1949, in Detroit, to M.J. Jacks, who survives in Vienna.
She was a member of the Rader United Methodist Church, Vienna, and the Vienna Senior Citizens Center. She was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: one stepson, Jerry William Jacks, Dalton, Ga.; one sister, Ardith Cahill, Fenton; two step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna. The Rev. Karen Alden will officiate. Burial will be in Rader Cemetery, Vienna.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today and from 9-11 a.m. Saturday.
