DEINES
Raymond Deines, 75, Camdenton, died March 6, 2001, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.
He was born Aug. 22, 1925, in Wellington, Colo., a son of John Henry Deines Jr. and Kathrine Elizabeth Mai Deines. He was married March 25, 1971, to Patty Calvert, who survives at the home.
He had lived in Garden City, Kan., and WaKeeney, Kan. He lived in the state of California from 1963 to 1970, in Littleton, Colo., from 1970 to 1987 and in Nebraska from 1987 to 1995, when he moved to Camdenton.
His worked as a block and tile company foreman, as a local and a long-distance truck driver, as a farmer and as a heavy equipment operator, retiring in 1987. He was a Navy veteran.
Other survivors include: two sons, Raymond Deines Jr., San Leandro, Calif., and Steven Von Deines, Mishicot, Wis..; one daughter, Wesann Moran, Tulare, Calif.; one brother, Walter Amil Deines, Bogue, Kan.; four sisters, Ruth Goodson, Elma, Wash., Becky Ross, Lakewood, Colo., Louise Jones, Garden City, Kan., and Doris Silvan, Henderson, Nev.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton.
HURLEY
Zella M. Hurley, 92, Jefferson City, died March 7, 2001, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born April 21, 1908, in Miller County, a daughter of Oscar J. and Sadie Gertrude Blankenship Jarrett. She was married May 1, 1924, in Jefferson City, to Charles E. Hurley, who died Jan. 14, 1969.
She attended school in Iberia. A lifelong resident of Central Missouri, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star, New Bloomfield.
Survivors include: one son, Leo Hurley, Holts Summit; three daughters, Bettie Roberts, Memphis, Tenn., Virginia Autenrieth, Fulton, and Patsy Powell, Jefferson City; 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Charles Wayne Hurley, one grandson and one great-grandson.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Baptist Church. The Rev. George Scantlan will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Freeman Mortuary.
Memorials are suggested to Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund.
RENNER
Frances Renner, 87, Fulton died March 6, 2001, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
She was born Aug. 4, 1913, a daughter of William and Cassie Craighead Mirts. She was married Sept. 16, 1934, to Earl Renner, who died on Feb. 6, 2001.
She attended William Woods College and the University of Missouri-Columbia. She taught at St. Eunice, Garden Prairie and Hardin schools.
She taught kindergarten at McIntire School, Fulton, retiring in 1976.
She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma sorority, the Missouri State Teachers Association and the Fulton First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: three sons, Larry Renner, Kerry Renner and David Renner, all of Fulton; three daughters, Helen Renner, Venita Renner and Kathy Renner, all of Fulton; and eleven grandchildren.
One granddaughter preceded her in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Jack Barden will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Fulton.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and the Fulton First Presbyterian Church.
ROSE
Clarence Rose, 76, Crocker, died March 6, 2001, at Maranatha Village Care Center, Springfield.
He was born Oct. 24, 1924, at Crocker, a son of Clarence and Grace Wills Rose. He was married May 5, 1945, at Richland, to Betty Jane Gammons, who survives.
He was a member of the Crocker Christian Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He worked for the Hedges Funeral Home for 10 years. He retired in 1972 from a truck driver's post at the Fort Leonard Wood Road and Grounds department.
Other survivors include: two sons, Clarence Rose, Topeka, Kan., and David Rose, Chesterfield; three daughters, Carolynn Barnes, Clark, Jerry Bowling, St. Louis, and Mary Smith, Crocker; two sisters, Madeline Lindsay, Springfield, and Colleen Cornelison, Bruner; and 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Crocker Christian Church. Rick Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Crocker Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Long Funeral Home, Crocker, and from 1-2 p.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to the Crocker Christian Church Building Fund.
BUNK
Florence Charlotte Bunk, 104, Osage Beach, died March 7, 2001, at Osage Beach Health Care Center.
She was born Feb. 6, 1897, at St. Louis, a daughter of Frank and Emma Niemann Krenning. She was married to Joseph Bunk, who died March 25, 1960.
She had lived in St. Louis , Jennings and St. Charles. She moved to Osage Beach in 1998.
Survivors include: five grandchildren, including Vicki Blake, Lake Ozark; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
One son, Raymond Bunk, and one daughter, Eileen Bunk, preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Zion Cemetery, St. Louis.
Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton.
FREEMAN
Dorothy A. Freeman, 91, Jefferson City, died March 7, 2001, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 13, 1910, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Christopher C. and Anna Fowler Coffelt. She was married June 11, 1928, in Kansas City, Kan., to Ray W. Freeman, who died Feb. 14, 1982.
She attended Jefferson City High School.
She was a homemaker and worked for 10 years at the Missouri Department of Insurance until retirement on June 1, 1974.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, Jefferson Chapter 496.
Survivors include: two sons, Ray Freeman, Newark, Calif., and Mark Freeman, Jefferson City; one brother, Alvin Coffelt, Chicago; three sisters, Anna Wallau, Arlington, Va., Helen Hitz, Holts Summit, and Virginia Wekenborg, New Bloomfield; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Freeman Mortuary. The Rev. Dorothy Lairmore will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today.
Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Cripples Childrens Hospital, St. Louis.
FRANCIS
David Barton Francis, 55, Osage Beach, died March 7, 2001, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City.
He was born April 11, 1945, in California, a son of Harold C. and Hester M. Baker Francis. His mother survives in California. He was married Sept. 17, 1966, in New Bloomfield to Marilyn Kay Brooks, who survives at the home.
A former California resident, he worked as a service engineer for York International, Kansas City, for 25 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, California, and a 25-year member of Pipefitters Local 533.
He graduated from California High School in 1963.
Other survivors include: two sons, Brad Francis and Shawn Francis, both of Osage Beach; and one sister, Rosemary Williams, California.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home, California. The Rev. Herb Baker will officiate. Burial will be in California City Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday.

USSERY
Donald G. "Butch" Ussery Jr., 38, Gravois Mills, died March 5, 2001.
He was born Oct. 29, 1962, at Kansas City, a son of Donald G. Sr. and Rose Marie Darling Ussery. His father and stepmother, Donald Sr. and Pam Ussery, survive in Gravois Mills. His stepfather, Frank Pippin, survives in Kansas City, Kan. He was married to Candice Ussery, who survives at the home.
He was a master electrician.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Amber Ussery and Morgan Ussery, both of Otoka, Fla.; one brother, William Ussery, Iberia; four sisters, Jeanne Bramwell, Centerview, Donna Reed, Leavenworth, Kan., Tacy Keller, Bellbrook, Ohio, and Edna Delcoure, Sand Springs, Okla.; one half brother Donald Evans, Sedalia; two half sisters, Denise Richardson, Coalinga, Calif., and Debra Russell, Bakersfield, Calif.; and two stepbrothers, Lloyd Trumble, Liberty, and Ricky Trumble, Kansas City.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
WILLIAMS
Rosabel Lukens Williams, 84, Fulton, died March 8, 2001, at Callaway Community Hospital, Fulton.
She was born April 3, 1916, in Fulton, a daughter of Charles A. and Margaret Elizabeth "Maggie" Means Lukens. She was married Jan. 20, 1940, in California, to Ralph Harold Williams, who died April 10, 1991.
She graduated from William Woods College in 1937. She managed the College Store at William Woods for more than 42 years. She was then employed at Betty's Hallmark Shop until 1993.
She was a member of Court Street United Methodist Church for 60 years. She taught in the church nursery and kindergarten department for 25 years. She was a member of the Queens Council Rebekah Lodge for 45 years.
Survivors include: two daughters, Patricia Copeland, Springfield, Va., and Ann Sue Hickman, Tuscon, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
