TRACY
Lucy E. Tracy, 92, Jefferson City, died Nov. 20, 2001, at Oak Tree Villa Nursing Center.
She was born Jan. 10, 1909, in Mt. Vernon, a daughter of Efmer B. and Emma F. Moore Ragain. She was married June 7, 1942, in Mt. Vernon, to Lloyd W. Tracy, who died Feb. 11, 1994.
She graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and was a resident of the Jefferson City area since 1929. She was employed as a receptionist in a medical office, with the Civil Service National Youth Administration, the Office of Defense Transportation, the Income Tax Division of the Department of Revenue, and the state treasurer's office. She retired from the Missouri auditor's office in 1994.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Freeman Mortuary. The Rev. Lawrence Veatch will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from l0-11 a.m.
Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
WALL
Eva Irene Wall, 84, Roach, died Nov. 21, 2001, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.
She was born June 13, 1917, in DeSoto. She was married to James E. Wall, who preceded her in death.
She worked for General Motors Company until her retirement.
Survivors include one grandson, Joe Wheeler, Osage Beach.
Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
JACQUIN
Glenn Jacquin, 80, Linn, died Nov. 20, 2001, at his home.
He was born Sept. 3, 1921, in Bonnots Mill, a son of Joseph J. and Elsie Smith Jacquin. He was married May l, 1946, in Linn, to Julietta B. Boes, who survives at the home.
A lifelong area resident, he graduated from Bonnots Mill High School. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri and a master's degree from Central Missouri State University. He was employed with the Missouri Department of Education in rehabilitation and guidance counseling from 1967 until his retirement in 1979.
He previously taught at Fatima and Eugene high schools. He also was an independant insurance agent with the Catholic Knights of America.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. George Church, Linn, St. George Mens Group, Catholic Knights of America, Western Catholic Union, Knights of Columbus Council 4838, Linn VFW Post 4756 and the American Legion.
Survivors include: three daughters, Sherry Jacquin, Springfield, Charlotte Schnieders, Manassas, Va., and Carolyn Hurley, Paragould, Ark.; one brother, Robert Jacquin, St. Louis; seven grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren
Two grandchildren preceded him in death.
Services will be l0 a.m. Saturday at St. George Church. The Rev. Daniel I.J. Lueckenotte will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Morton Funeral Home, Linn, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. George Church, the Linn Senior Center, or the Alzheimers Association.
KAYS
Services were today for Dollena M. Kays, 77, Stover, who died Nov. 20, 2001, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born June 10, 1924, in Stover, a daughter of Henry D. and Martha E. Lemler Kaiser. She was married April 21, 1944, to Truman O. Kays, who died May 28, 1989.
She was a homemaker and worked at Golden Age Nursing Home, Stover. She also was the Stover city clerk for eight years before retiring.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Kays, Camdenton, and Kevin Kays, Deepwater, and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were in Stover Cemetery. The Rev. Diane Cutler officiated.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements were under the direction of Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home, Stover.
MARSHALL
Douglas M. Marshall, 46, Jefferson City, died Nov. 22, 2001, at Oak View Skilled Nursing Facility.
He was born Dec. 21, 1954, in Jefferson City, a son of David K. and Dorothy Mae McNeill Marshall. He was married July 29, 1989, in Jefferson City, to Linda Riks, who survives at the home.
He attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield.
Survivors include one daughter, Lindsey Marshall of the home, one son, Harry Marshall of the home and one brother, David Bruce Marshall, Kettle River, Minn.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. The Rev. Russ Bowder will officiate. Burial will be in the Cameron-Evergreen Cemetery, Camdenton.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday.
Memorials are suggested to the Lindsey and Harry Marshall Educational Fund, in care of Exchange Bank.
MILES
Jewell F. Miles, 80, Russellville, died Nov. 21, 2001, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 11, 1921, near Eugene, a son of Dewey and Maude Ethel Reinhardt Miles. He was married Aug. 20, 1955, in Boone County, to Lorene Bohannon Branson, who died March 18, 2001.
He attended Centennial School in Cole County. He lived in Jefferson City before moving to Russellville in 1961.
He worked as a route salesman for Fechtel Beverage for 15 years. He was a member of Russellville Baptist Church, where he attended the older men's Sunday school and was a greeter. He also had a nursing home ministry.
Survivors include: one son, Dale Branson, Jefferson City; two daughters, Carolyn Bolten and Judy Harrison, both of Russellville, one sister, Darlene Poff, Jefferson City; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Russellville Baptist Church. The Rev. Paul Young and the Rev. Hewitt Strobel will officiate. Burial will be in Enloe Cemetery, Russellville.
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to the Russellville Baptist Church Building Fund.

STONEKING
Leo Stoneking, 69, Dixon, died Nov. 20, 2001, at his home.
He was born Sept. 29, 1932, in Trenton, a son of Leo and Katherine Jones Stoneking. He was married Aug. 21, 1976, in Albuquerque, N.M., to Cheryl Nance, who survives at the home.
He served in the Navy for 20 years, retiring in 1971. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the Naval Fleet Reserve Association and the Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include: four sons, Leonard Davies, Goose Creek, S.C., Philip Davies, Lee's Summit, Seth Stoneking and Sean Stoneking, both of Dixon; one daughter, Rebecca Kaufman, Pensacola, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at l0 a.m. Tuesday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the New Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday and from 9-l0 a.m. Tuesday.
Memorials are suggested to Dixon Community Scholarship Fund.
FRANCIS
Neil Lawrence Francis, 74, California, died Nov. 20, 2001, at his home.
