SNAPP
Mavis Udell Gale Snapp, 78, Fulton, died Feb. 19, 2002, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
She was born Jan. 20, 1924, in Driggs, Idaho, a daughter of Arthur and Florence Ricks Gale. She was married July 23, 1944, in Reno, Nev., to Sidney Snapp, who died May 31, 1982.
A homemaker, she and her husband lived throughout the U.S. and Dominican Republic.
Survivors include: three sons, Frank Arthur Snapp, John Edward Snapp and Dean Wayne Snapp; one daughter, Carol Ann Snapp; three brothers, Jesse Gale, George Gale and Ricks Gale; two sisters, Florence Kiholm and June Harrison; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Fulton. Elder Perry Lovett will officiate. Burial will be in Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens, Boise, Idaho.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. Visitation will also be from 9-10 a.m. Friday at the church.

TYLER
Mary Jo Tyler, 80, Jefferson City, died Feb. 19, 2002, at her home.
She was born Dec. 6, 1921, in Vichy, a daughter of Garrett A. and Vesta Clarice Livingston Berry. She was married June 24, 1943, in Pampa, Texas , to Ace W. Tyler, who died May 29, 1944.
She graduated from Tuscumbia High School in 1939 and from Iberia Junior College in 1941. She worked a variety of jobs in Tuscumbia, Springfield and Kansas City. She worked for the Department of Education until her retirement. She was a member of the Capital City Christian Church.
Survivors include: two brothers, Garrett C. Berry, Kirkwood, and Harry J. Berry, Jefferson City;
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home, Jefferson City. The Rev. Gary Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Iberia Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Friday.
Memorials are suggested to Capital City Christian Church or Iberia Cemetery.
VICTOR
Chester E. Victor, 85, Lake Ozark, died Feb. 18, 2002, at Ozark Care Center.
He was born Jan. 27, 1917, in St. Louis, a son of William and Pearl Murphy. He was married Nov. 22, 1938, in St. Louis, to Constance Hoffmeister, who survives at the home.
He was a traffic manager for Coin Acceptors.
Survivors include: two sons, William Victor, Rocky Mount, and Richard Victor, Millington, Tenn; one daughter, Connie Vancil, Rocky Mount; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Hedges Funeral Home, Osage Beach. The Rev. William M. Victor will officiate.
TAYLOR
Earnest A. Taylor, 101, Eldon, died Feb. 19, 2002, in Eldon.
He was born Nov. 23, 1900, in Eldon, a son of William R. and Naomi J. Houston Taylor. He was married Sept. 12, 1937, in West Virginia, to Martha Post Taylor, who died Dec. 15, 1989.
He was a pipe fitter and engineer. He was a member of Ainad Shrine Temple in East St. Louis for over 50 years. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers for 55 years.
He is survived by nephews and nieces.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon. The Rev. Walter Simpson will officiate. Burial will in Eldon City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m. today.

SIEBENECK
Rosalie Josephine Siebeneck, 75, Osage Bend, died Feb. 19, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Aug. 4, 1926, in Folk, a daughter of John J. and Mary Feltrop Kempker. She was married Sept. 21, 1948, in Folk, to Harold John "Pete" Siebeneck, who died May 22, 1993.
She attended St. Anthony Catholic School in Folk. She was a homemaker and also worked at Schulte's IGA for a number of years. She was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church in Osage Bend and the St. Margaret's Quilting Circle.
Survivors include: four sons, David Siebeneck and Charles Siebeneck, both of Osage Bend, John Siebeneck, Ballard, and Michael Siebeneck, Wardsville; three daughters, Linda Lehmen, Osage Bend, Jeanne Lutz, Springfield, and Sandy Lutz, Powersville; three brothers, Bernard Kempker, Wardsville, Harold Kempker, Folk, and Donald Kempker, Taos; one sister, Mary Ann Christensen, Phoenix, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
One son, Harold J. Siebeneck, died in 1969 and one daughter, Mary Rose Davis, died Feb. 17, 2000.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Margaret Catholic Church. The Rev. Lou Dorn will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at Buescher Memorial Home.
Memorials are suggested to St. Margaret's Quilting Circle, St. Margaret Catholic Church, or to the Diabetes Association.
ROBINETT
Olen Roosevelt Robinett, 88, Eldon, died Feb. 19, 2002, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born Sept. 28, 1913, in Brumley, a son of Samuel and Margaret White Robinett. He was married in 1961, in Waynesville, to Ina D. Hickey, who died Dec. 12, 1987.
He was a construction worker and a member of Local 622. He was a member of the Henley Spring Valley Baptist Church.
He is survived by nephews and nieces.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home in Eldon. Bro. Cellis Crum will officiate. Private entombment will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday.

JOHNSON
Minnie Viola Johnson, 91, Jefferson City, died Feb. 20, 2002, at Jefferson City Manor Care Center.
She was born Sept. 27, 1910, in Marshfield, a daughter of Jacob A. and Nancy E. Martin Justis. She was married in 1946, in Little Rock, Ark., to Arthur Johnson, who died May 1, 1976.
She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include: two sons, Jack Casteel, Jefferson City, and Don Casteel, Russellville; one stepson, Don Johnson, Santa Ana, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Jefferson City. The Rev. John Hobratschk will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church.
HERNDON
Mark Allan Herndon, 39, Jamestown, died Feb. 19, 2002, at his home.
He was born March 24, 1962, in Jefferson City, a son of Norris D. and Peggy Reimler Herndon. His parents survive in Jamestown.
He worked for Central Dairy in Jefferson City from 1981-1984; the State of Missouri Archives from 1990-1991; and was self-employed. He taught history and coached girls softball and basketball at Madison High School from 1985-1987.
He was a 1980 graduate of Jamestown High School and received his bachelor's degree in education and his master's degree from Lincoln University. He served in the Army.
Other survivors include one brother, Rick Herndon, Macon.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Jamestown Baptist Church. The Rev. Myron Couch and the Rev. Chester Marshall will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in Union Cemetery, near Jamestown.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services.

CARTER
Lloyd O. Carter, 90, Tipton, died Feb. 20, 2002, at Tipton Manor.
He was born Oct. 18, 1911, in Fortuna, a son of Virgil O. and Rose Mae Hunter Carter. He was married March 3, 1934, to Lucile Hays, who survives at the home.
He owned Carter's Store in Tipton for over 47 years. He was a member of Tipton United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post in Tipton. He was a former member of the Tipton Chamber of Commerce and the Tipton Lions Club. He was general manager of the Ban Johnson Baseball League in Tipton for 25 years and was an Army veteran.
Survivors include: two sons, James O. Carter, Independence, and Donald Carter, Lake Ozark; three sisters, Rosa Mae Ball, Erma Lee Johnson and Mary Lou Lawson, all of Fortuna; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Tipton United Methodist Church. The Rev. David Howlett will officiate. Burial will be in Versailles Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to Tipton United Methodist Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
