HOLLIS
Lucille Hollis, 74, Vienna, died May 18, 2002, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born July 17, 1927, in Maries County, a daughter of Rainey and Dulcy Burnham Woody. She was married Aug. 2, 1947, in Vienna, to Eugene Hollis, who survives at the home.
She attended Central Missouri State College in Warrensburg and Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar. She taught school at Thompson High School in Meta, Flat Top School in Vienna, and Prosperity School in Dixon. She worked in the Maries County Treasurer's office in Vienna for 20 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Little Flock Baptist Church near Vienna. She was a member of the Coffey Brothers Memorial American Legion Post 12 Ladies Auxiliary, where she served as treasurer. She was a member of the Maries County Democrat Committee, the Missouri State Democrat Committee, and was a Maries County Committee Woman for Jackson Township and Boone Township.
Survivors include: two sons, Randy Hollis and Rex Hollis, both of Vienna; one daughter, Judy Logan, Vienna; two sisters, Norma Jean Osborn, Smith Center, Kan., and Pauline Stricklan, Dixon; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna. Burial will be in Stokes Cemetery, Meta.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today.
Memorials are suggested to Stokes Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
HUSMANN
Bill Husmann, 79, Lake Ozark, died May 20, 2002, at his home.
He was born Aug. 2, 1922, in Keosauqua, Iowa, a son of Fred J. and Neva V. Ball Husmann. He was married Feb. 18, 1973, in Edwardsville, Ill., to Violet R. Brown, who died May 17, 2001.
He was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church. He was a member of the Osage Beach VFW 6514, the Linn Creek and Osage Beach Lions Club and was a former member of Osage Beach Elks. He was a an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include: two stepsons, Larry Goddard, Godfrey, Ill., and Randy Goddard, Edwardsville, Ill.; one stepdaughter, Jackie Tolbert, Houston, Texas ; one brother, Dr. Fred E. Husmann, Knoxville, Tenn.; one sister, Virginia Rippley, Arcola, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rekus Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. Steve Riorden will officiate. Burial will be in Eldon City Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association or Missouri River Hospice.
PADDEN
Geraldine F. Wall Padden, 80, Iberia, died May 19, 2002, at Miller County Care Center, Tuscumbia.
She was born March 25, 1922, in Hickory Point, a daughter of Rolla and Elsie Bond Wall. She was married Sept. 13, 1962, in St. Louis, to Robert J. Padden, who died in 1984.
She attended Brumley High School and graduated from Iberia High School. She moved to St. Louis and lived there until 2002. She worked as a pottery cooker for a ceramics manufacturer. She was a member of bowling leagues. She was a member of Hickory Point Baptist Church near Iberia.
Survivors include one brother, Gerald Wall, Iberia and one sister, Loeta Herroll, Iberia.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Gene Edwards and the Rev. Ken Gray will officiate. Burial will be in Hickory Point Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorials are suggested to Hickory Point Cemetery.
TYREE
Ruby O. Tyree, 85, Linn, died May 19, 2002, at Green Meadows Skilled Care Center, Linn.
She was born April 16, 1917, in Osage County, a daughter of Louis E. and Rebecca Elizabeth Branson Monroe. She was married April 16, 1935, in Linn, to Robert "Earl" Tyree, who preceded her in death.
A lifelong resident of Osage County, she attended Pointers Creek School. She was a homemaker and a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, Judge.
Survivors include: three sons, Elmer G. Tyree, Herbert E. Tyree, and Ronnie L. Tyree, all of Linn; one daughter, Betty Jean Tyree Miller, Linn; 12 grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
One great-grandson preceded her in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Solid Rock Baptist Church. The Rev. Perry Wolfe will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn.
Memorials are suggested to Solid Rock Baptist Church, Judge.
DAVIDSON
James Franklin Davidson IV, 36, Fulton, died May 20, 2002, at his home.
He was born Oct. 6, 1965, in Hannibal, a son of James F. III and Alma Fishback Davidson. His mother and stepfather, Alma and Sam Bise, survive in Holts Summit. His father, James Franklin Davidson III, survives in Osage Beach.
He was a welder for Central Electric, Fulton, and worked for Hubert Fiberboard, Boonville.
Other survivors include: one son, James Franklin Davidson V, of the home; one daughter Francis Corrine Mae Davidson, of the home; two brothers, Glenn Davidson, Southlake, Texas , and David Davidson, West Des Moines, Iowa; one sister, Leah D. Black, Jefferson City; one half brother, Ryan Davidson, Lake Ozark; one half sister, Angie Davidson, Hannibal; two stepbrothers, Frank L. Bise and Raymond B. Bise, both of Jefferson City.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cedar Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. John Dowdy will officiate. Private family burial will be at a later date in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hannibal.
Memorials are suggested to the children of James Franklin Davidson IV, in care of Glenn K. Davidson, 303 Sterling Ct., Southlake, Texas , 76092.

LEONARD
Finis Wilson Leonard, 89, Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Fulton, died May 18, 2002, at his home.
He was born May 1, 1913, in Callaway County, a son of Finis A. and Delozier Pricilla Sanders Leonard. He was married Dec. 25, 1933, to Gladys Opal Mueller, who survives at the home.
He graduated from Mokane High School in 1931 and attended Central Missouri State University and the University of Missouri. He was a rural school teacher, worked for the Social Security Administration and worked for the Fulton Post Office until his retirement in 1976.
He was a member of the National Checker Association, the National Philatelic Society, the Fulton Stamp Club and the Retired Rural Mail Carriers Association. He was a member of the Court Street Methodist Church for 50 years, serving as the building committee chairman.
Survivors include one daughter, Donna Sue Pasley, Jefferson City, two granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
Private services and burial will be held. A memorial service will be at a later date at Court Street Methodist Church.
Memorials are suggested to the Court Street Methodist Church, hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Debo Funeral Home, Fulton.
JONES
Vernon "Red" Jones, 66, Rocky Mount, died May 18, 2002, in Rocky Mount.
He was born Jan. 24, 1936, in Chick, Tenn., a son of Homer C. and Virginia Carroll Jones-Summit. He was married Nov. 23, 1971, in Knob Noster, to Roberta L. Knoten Jones, who survives at the home.
He retired from the Air Force in 1974 and from McDonnell-Douglas in St. Louis in 1993. He then captained charter boats in Chesapeake Bay, Md., and Lake Ozark.
One daughter, Rhonda Jones, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. Chaplain Bart Larson will officiate. Graveside services will be at noon Friday in Sacred Heart Cemetery, St. Louis.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials are suggested to the Paul Dungen Scholarship Fund or the American Lung Association.
DUNHAM
Steven Ray Dunham, 86, Tipton, died May 19, 2002, at Tipton Manor Rest Home, Tipton.
He was born Feb. 5, 1916, in Clarksburg, a son of Clyde and Mabel Stephens Dunham. He was married Feb. 5, 1991, in Tipton, to Nancy Ellyn Petty, who survives at the home.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Tipton, and was a farmer. He raised cattle and fox terriers for more than 40 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was awarded three Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart.
Other survivors include: one stepson, James Norman Wolf, San Jose, Calif.; three stepdaughters, Kathy Simmons and Bobbi Jo Meyer, both of Tipton, and Debra Sue Broughton, Phoenix; two stepbrothers, Gerald M. Scholl, Morton, Ill., and Elmer Scholl, Sedalia.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Meisenheimer-Griswold Funeral Home, Tipton. The Rev. Dusty Klein will officiate. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Tipton.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
MEYER
Charles Lloyd Meyer, 67, Jefferson City, died May 17, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
Arrangements are at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors in Jefferson City.
MARKS
Nadine Allee Marks, 88, California, died May 20, 2002, at California Care Center.
She was born June 18, 1913, in Moniteau County, a daughter of Albert and Leona Barry Allee. She was married Dec. 4, 1942, in San Jose, Calif., to John George Marks, who died in July 1965.
She was a waitress in St. Louis from 1937 to 1975. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, California; the California Chapter 521 Order of Eastern Star; D.A.R.-Niangua Branch; and 8/40 American Legion Auxiliary. She was the manager of senior housing.
Survivors include: four brothers, Marvin Allee, Cleve Allee, Othor Allee and Cecil Allee, all of California; and one sister, Genevieve Vogel, California.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Florrisant.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday.
