CARTWRIGHT
Jeffrey Daniel Cartwright, 17, Camdenton, died May 21, 2002, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born April 19, 1985, in Oklahoma City, a son of George A. and Shirley Ann McGuire Cartwright, who survive in Camdenton.
He moved to Camdenton in 1990.
He attended Camdenton High School and completed his junior year.
He was a member of Buffalo Prairie Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two brothers, Dustin Cartwright and Nathan Cartwright, both of Camdenton; two sisters, Sara Cartwright and Francine Cartwright, both of Camdenton; and his grandmother, Sara Walker, Camdenton.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Camdenton High School. The Rev. Arthur Gormely will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton.
CUNNINGHAM
Jonathan Austin Cunningham, infant son of Dennis L. and Leigh Ann Kaiser Cunningham, Columbia, died May 22, 2002, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born Nov. 1, 2000, in Columbia.
Other survivors include: one sister, Christina Cunningham, Columbia; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Judy Cunningham, Hallsville; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Mary Ann Kaiser, Lake of the Ozarks; and great-grandmothers, Regina Bisges and Rose Kaiser.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Newman Center in Columbia. The Rev. Mark Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia.

LAUBERTH
Anton "Tony" Lauberth, 89, Lomita, Calif., formerly of Freeburg, died May 16, 2002, at his home.
He was born Jan. 13, 1913, in Freeburg, a son of Frank and Elizabeth Falter Lauberth. He was married May 12, 1937, in Freeburg, to Odelia "Tillie" Hartman, who survives at the home.
He worked as a foreman supervisor for E.K. Wood Lumber Company, retiring in 1977 after 30 years.
He was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Lomita, where he served as eucharistic minister to shut-ins for 12 years.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Douglas Rod and Gun Club, and Hi-Neighbor Senior Club.
Other survivors include one brother, Clement Lauberth, Napa Valley, Calif.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg. The Rev. Mike Murphy will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Vienna, with a vigil service at 5:30 p.m. and rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation also will be from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Masses and the Holy Family Church and School in Freeburg.
OVERBY
John M. Overby, 83, Crocker, died May 22, 2002, at his home.
He was born Dec. 22, 1918, in Crocker, a son of Doran and Emma Brown Overby. He was married May 30, 1940, in Waynesville, to Lena Maxine Routh, who survives at the home.
He farmed and worked as a carpenter in commercial construction. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of VFW Post 4956 in Crocker and Carpenters Union 2298 in Rolla.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jack Overby and John Overby Jr., both of Crocker; two daughters, Ollie Moore, Stoutland, and Judy Boulware, Crocker; 10 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
One great-granddaughter preceded him in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Long Funeral Home, Crocker. The Rev. Craig Rippy will officiate. Burial will be in Crocker Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today and from noon-1 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to Lake Ozark Hospice.
PARSONS
Schubert D. Parsons, 80, Imperial, died May 22, 2002, at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis.
He was born April 17, 1922, in Bond County, Ill., a son of William and Carrie Kotter Parsons. He was married Nov. 17, 1950, in Acron County, Miss., to Josephine Sapp, who survives.
He lived in Auxvasse and Bachelor for more than 20 years. He was a truck driver for Chief Freight, retiring in 1971. He was a member of Geyer Road Baptist Church. He was a Mason in the Shamrock Lodge and in Hillsboro. He was a past member of the Lions Club and Oddfellows in Auxvasse. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include one daughter, Pam Karhoff, Auxvasse, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Raymond "Bubby" Parsons and Lawrence Eugene Parsons, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. David Sapp will officiate. Burial will be in Auxvasse Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:30-8 p.m. today.
VAUGHAN
Artie Gladys Vaughan, 88, formerly of Eldon, died May 21, 2002, in Sedalia.
Arrangements are at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon.
FARLEY
Hazel Dell Farley, 79, Jefferson City, died May 21, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Jan. 19, 1923, in Eugene, a daughter of David R. and Julia S. Williams Gray. She was married April 17, 1939, to Clyde Edward Farley, who died Feb. 22, 1987.
She was a homemaker and worked at the Kress Store. She was a founding member of Capital City Christian Church and was a member of TOPS.
Survivors include: three sons, James Leroy Farley, and David R. Farley, both of Jefferson City, and Harold Edward Farley, Travelers Rest, S.C.; one daughter, Hazel Naomi Trippensee Kuchar, Longmont, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. The Rev. Gary Baker and the Rev. Doug Crader will officiate. Burial will be in Eugene Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7:30 p.m. Friday.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
BERNSKOETTER
Samuel William Bernskoetter, infant son of Rob and Tracy Porter Bernskoetter, Columbia died May 21, 2002, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
Survivors include; his parents; three brothers, Ryan Bernskoetter, Collin Bernskoetter, and David Bernskoetter, all of Columbia; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Bernskoetter, Jefferson City; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Porter, Columbia; and four great-grandmothers.
Private graveside services will be Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Msgr. Michael Flanagan will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia.
GALBREATH
Jack H. Galbreath, 55, Evanston, Ill., died May 21, 2002, in Fulton.
He was born Aug. 24, 1946, in Fulton, a son of James Sr., and Henrietta Holmes Galbreath. His mother survives in Fulton.
He graduated from Fulton High School and attended Hannibal LaGrange College in Hannibal. He worked for W.W. Grainger Company in Evanston for 35 years.
Survivors include: one son, Jackey Galbreath, Chicago, Ill.; three daughters, Angela Franklin Pearland, state of Texas , Felicia Walker, Halls, Tenn., and Loretha Galbreath, Kansas City; four brothers, James Galbreath, Jr., and Tony Galbreath, both of Fulton, Fred Galbreath, Little Rock, Ark., and Don Galbreath, Jefferson City; five sisters, Sharron A. Kelly, Columbia, Barbara J. Logan, Peggy S. Pemberton, Sanora K. Griffin and Bettye L. Drivers, all of Jefferson City; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. James United Methodist Church, Fulton. The Rev. Henry Brewer will officiate. Burial will be in Southside Cemetery, Fulton.
Arrangements are under the direction of Warren Funeral Chapel, Fulton.
LEPS
Lester Erwin Leps, 91, New Bloomfield, died May 22, 2002, at Fulton Manor Care Center.
He was born Nov. 16, 1910, in St. Louis, a son of Erwin and Katie Garaveglia Leps. He was married to Emily G. Leps, who preceded him in death.
He attended Washington University and worked for Anheuser-Busch as an electrician. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include: one son, David Leps, New Bloomfield; one daughter, Annette Leps-Hansen, Baltimore, Md.; and seven grandchildren.
Private burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery in St. Louis at a later date.
