WRIGHT
Thomas E. Wright, 51, Bonnots Mill, died June 2, 2002, at Forest Park Hospital, St. Louis.
He was born Sept. 12, 1950, a son of Elmer and Lillian Wright. His mother survives in Springfield. He was married Sept. 25, 1999, to Georgiann Haslag, who survives.
He graduated from Central High School in Springfield and attended Southwest Missouri State University and Columbia College. He worked for the Department of Mental Health and later at Spherion Corporation in St. Louis as a computer programmer. He was in the Army from 1968 to 1980 and was a staff sergeant.
Survivors include: two sons, Eric Wright, Olathe, Kan., and Matthew Wright, Camdenton; two daughters, Katie White , Springfield, and Catherine Haslag, Bonnots Mill; two brothers, Michael Wright, North Hollywood, Calif., and Robert Wright, Springfield; one sister, Susan Wright, San Ramon, Calif.; four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn. Burial will be in St. Louis Parish Cemetery, Bonnots Mill.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials are suggested to the Kidney Transplant Foundation, your local women's shelter, or a charity of the donor's choice.
JANSEN
Rose Jane Jansen, 86, Jefferson City, died June 5, 2002, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born April 5, 1916, in St. Thomas, a daughter of Henry and Antoinette Matheisen Saneke. She was married Feb. 14, 1938, in St. Thomas, to Cletus Jansen, who died Dec. 25, 1967.
She worked for the Jefferson City Baking Company and for Schulte's IGA Store. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the church auxiliary, the Living Rosary and the Legion of Mary.
Survivors include: two daughters, Jonett Rehagen, Jefferson City, and Jerry Voss, Linn; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Brendan Doyle will officiate. Burial will be in St. Margaret Catholic Church Cemetery, Osage Bend.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m., at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Jefferson City.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Margaret Catholic Church Cemetery Fund.
WARD
Jacqueline Yvonne Graf Ward, 72, Gravois Mills, died June 3, 2002, at Golden Years Nursing Home, Harrisonville.
She was born Dec. 3, 1929, in Wamego, Kan., a daughter of Jack M. and Hallie Grace Simon Graf. She was married June 5, 1949, in Wamego, to Paul Henry Ward, who died Sept. 1, 2000.
She was a homemaker and a member of West Lake Christian Church in Laurie.
She was a former member of Argentine United Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: four sons, Kenneth Ward, Milford, Kan., Larry Ward, Gardner, Kan., Michael Ward, Kansas City, Kan., and Steven Ward, Clinton; one daughter, Candace Ward Paetzhold, Atlanta; two brothers, Henry Graf, Topeka, Kan., and Guy Graf, Spirit Lake, Idaho; two sisters, Iona Baumchen, St. Marys, Kan., and Lucille Fleming, St. George, Kan.; and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Laurie. The Rev. Frank Loehn and Jeff Paetzhold will officiate. Burial will be in Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery, Laurie.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Sunday.
WORDELMAN
Jack W. Wordelman, 77, Jamestown, died June 4, 2002, at his home.
He was born Jan. 26, 1925, in St. Louis, a son of Fred A. and Flora C. Chambers Wordelman. He was married Sept. 11, 1948, in California, to Gladys Harbour, who survives at the home.
He attended Jamestown School and NYA Machine Shop School in Fulton. He was a lifelong farmer. He worked as a tool and die man for Danuser Machine Company, Fulton, and worked in the model shop at Fischer Pool Table Manufacturing, Tipton.
He received the Ten Year Award for Balanced Farming from the ASCS in California and the Outstanding Achievement Award for Balanced Farming from the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and the University of Missouri.
He was a member of Jamestown Baptist Church where he was a deacon for 36 years and sang in the church choir. He served on the school board in Jamestown as treasurer. He was a member of DAV Chapter 17 in Jefferson City and was a former member of American Legion in California. He was an Army veteran of World War II, receiving two Silver Star medals.
Other survivors include: one son, Jack L. Wordelman, Jamestown; one daughter, Jo Coffelt, Boonville; one sister, Lois Mattas, Jamestown; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
One grandson and one great-grandson preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Jamestown Baptist Church. The Rev. Myron Couch and the Rev. John Glover will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in Union Cemetery near Jamestown.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the church.

BOES
Irene C. Boes, 89, Linn, died June 5, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Feb. 10, 1913, in Linn, a daughter of William and Johanna Hasenbeck Niekamp. She was married Feb. 6, 1935, in Linn, to Louis J. Boes, who died Jan. 29, 1979.
A lifelong resident of Linn, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. George Church.
She was a member of the ladies quilting group, the Linn Senior Center, Meals on Wheels, and Central Missouri Area for the Aging Association.
Survivors include: one son, Ray M. Boes, Jefferson City; one daughter, Mary Alice Schmitz, Millstadt, Ill.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Her stepmother, Elizabeth Schaefer, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. George Church in Linn. The Rev. Daniel I. J. Lueckenotte will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, with a prayer service at 8 p.m., at Morton Funeral Home, Linn.
Memorials are suggested to Linn Senior Center, or to St. George Church in Linn.
ELLIS
Esther May Ellis, 84, Jefferson City, died June 5, 2002, at Jefferson City Manor Care Center.
She was born Jan. 10, 1918, in Gilman, Iowa, a daughter of John W. and Elsie May Ferneau Allen. She was married Nov. 24, 1939, in Mexico, to Ethan Levi Ellis, who died Oct. 17, 1952.
She graduated from Gilman High School. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was active in various church activities.
She was a member of numerous conservation and environmental organizations.
She was a lifelong member of the Republican Party and a member of the Cole County Republican Party.
Survivors include: one son, Henry Levi Ellis, Loveland, Colo.; one daughter, Ruby A. Cannon, Jefferson City; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Buescher Memorial Home. The Rev. Janet Hoyland will officiate. Burial will be in El Paso Cemetery, Derby, Kan.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, the First United Methodist Church TV Ministry, or a charity of the donor's choice.
HEGWOOD
Margaret A. Hegwood, 70, Jefferson City, died June 6, 2002, at Oak View Skilled Care Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1932, in Granite City, Ill., a daughter of Roy and Opal Gaddy Drishell. She was married, in Jefferson City, to Joseph Hegwood, who preceded her in death.
She attended schools in Granite City.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Jefferson City.
Survivors include: one son, Donald Bono, Jefferson City; one daughter, Lucinda Harvey, Jefferson City; three sisters, Bonnie Boner and Wanda Riggs, both of Granite City, Ill., and Dorothy Johnson, San Antonio, Texas ; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church. The Rev. David Phelps will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Edwardsville, Ill.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church in Jefferson City.

REYNOLDS
Dixie Opal Ebersole Reynolds, 96, Fulton, died June 4, 2002, at Fulton Manor Care Center.
She was born March 18, 1906, in Fulton, a daughter of John R. and Ada Betsy Wright Ebersole. She was married July 3, 1962, to Raphael Irwin Reynolds, who died June 28, 1980.
She attended Fulton public schools and Synodical Junior College. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a master's degree in education in 1954.
She taught 31 years in public schools in Tebbetts, Grant, Hams Prairie, Perry, Hermann, Montgomery, North Callaway and Louisiana.
She was an extension agent in Missouri, South Dakota and Louisiana for eight years.
She also taught as a federal government employee and worked with welfare on an Indian reservation in South Dakota in the 1930s.
She was employed in the Army Specialized Training program from 1943-1944.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Fulton.
Survivors include: four nephews, John L. Lee, Lake Ozark, John R. "Ranny" Ebersole, Fulton, Richard D. Lee, Jefferson City, and Connie M. Lee, Fulton; and three nieces, Ann Dunavant McCallister, Lake Ozark, Barbara Dunavant Huddleston, Fulton, and Lynn Ebersole Rose, Lebanon, Ill.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday.
