JAEGERS
Regina Margaret Jaegers, 90, Jefferson City, died June 27, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Aug. 11, 1911, near Henley, a daughter of Phillip and Mary Ann Hake Holzer. She was married June 16, 1948, in Jefferson City, to Peter R. Jaegers, who died Aug. 31, 1980.
She was a waitress for 35 years at Kauffman Cafe, McKinny Cafe and Manhattan Cafe in Jefferson City, retiring in 1960. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Ladies Sodality, Ava Marie Prayer Group and the Senior Citizens group
Survivors include: one daughter, Deloris Holzer, Jefferson City; two stepsons, Raymond Jaegers and Edward Jaegers, both of Linn; three stepdaughters, Nelda Mae Schmidt and Viola Backes, both of Loose Creek, and Delma Parrott, Bonnots Mill; one brother, Jerome Holzer, Jefferson City; 17 step grandchildren and 33 step great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel at St. Peter Catholic Church. The Rev. Donald W. Lammers will officiate. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. Peter Building Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
OVERTON
Lydia Frances Overton, 94, Camdenton, died June 27, 2002, at Windsor Estate Convalescent Center, Camdenton.
She was born June 5, 1908, in Zainesville, Ohio, a daughter of Logan and Elizabeth Summers Fiscus. She was married July 31, 1936, to Lyle Overton, who died June 26, 1990.
She attended Saint Anthony Catholic Church, Camdenton.
She was a public school teacher and started schools for migrant workers' children in Michigan.
She was a member and past president of Decatur Study Club, Decatur, Mich. She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary VFW 6248 and a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star Dowagiac Chapter, Dowagiac, Mich.
Survivors include: three daughters, Sally Whitman, Marathon, Fla., Lyla Fox, Kalamazoo, Mich., and Debra Davis, Denver; three sons, Fredrick "Fred" Overton, Paw Paw, Mich., William "Bill" Overton, Camdenton, and Richard "Rick" Overton, Decatur, Mich.; and 11 grandchildren.
One daughter, Frances Overton, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint Anthony Catholic Church, Camdenton.
Memorials are suggested to the Van Buren County Library, Decatur, Mich.
Arrangements are under the directions of Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
FULLERTON
Jeanne Fullerton, 60, Fort Smith, Ark., formerly of Jefferson City, died June 28, 2002, at Sparks Memorial Hospital, Fort Smith.
She was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Wilburton, Okla., a daughter of Thomas E. and Eloise Mankin Fullerton.
She attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and re-ceived a bachelor's degree in art education and biology from Memphis State University. She taught in the Jefferson City Public Schools and in Illinois and Nevada.
She was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
She was an award-winning artist and craftsman.
Survivors include two sisters, Cynthia F. Bushmann, Jefferson City, and Carolyn F. Smith, Fort Smith, Ark.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.
Memorials are suggested to the Sebastian County Humane Society, Fort Smith.
STROUHAL
John Steve Strouhal, 94, Versailles, died June 26, 2002, at Good Shepherd Care Center, Versailles.
He was born Sept. 2, 1907, in West Burlington, Iowa, a son of Ignatz J. and Josephine Vicik Strouhal. He was married March 28, 1928, in Atchison, Kan., to Magdalena Kadera, who died Dec. 5, 1998.
He worked in a mitten factory for a year and at Burlington Northern Railroad as a welder for 44 years until his retirement in 1972.
He moved to Versailles in 1972. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Versailles, where he was a deacon and drove the church van.
He was a member of O.A.T.S. and the Senior Citizens.
Survivors include: two daughters, Beverly Hanway, St. Joseph, and Shirley Zelsman, Versailles; two brothers, Joseph Strouhal, state of Wisconsin, and Richard Strouhal, state of Oklahoma; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles. The Rev. Todd Forman will officiate. Burial will be in Versailles Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, Versailles.
BECHER
Raymond David Becher, 43, Holts Summit, died June 25, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born July 28, 1958, in St. Louis, a son of Raymond A. and Diana J. Lewis Becher. His parents survive in St. Louis.
He served in the Marines from 1976 to 1980. He was a self-employed construction worker.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Christina Diane Becher, Bloomington, Ill.; and two brothers, Ron Becher, St. Louis, and John Becher, Orlando, Fla.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Debo Funeral Home, Holts Summit. E.G. Garrett will officiate.
JORDAN
Linda Joyce Buford Jordan, 62, Columbia, died June 28, 2002, in Columbia.
She was born Nov. 22, 1939, in Bunceton, a daughter of Claude E. and Edith Ruth Krauss Buford. Her mother survives in Jefferson City. She was married Nov. 1, 1959, in Boonville, to Ed Jordan, who survives.
She worked at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Boonville.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Susan Jordan, Columbia, Sheryl Neel, Ashland, and Stephanie Guffey, Unionville; two brothers, Jim Buford, Rhode Island, and Gary Buford, Jefferson City; three sisters, Jean Melloway, Jefferson City, Ann Brown, Unionville, and Juanita Knuth, Florida; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Clark's Chapel, Franklin. The Rev. Bill Holbrook will officiate.

WHITTLE
Josh D. Whittle, 16, Eldon, died June 27, 2002, in Eldon.
He was born April 23, 1986, in Lake Ozark, a son of Joe Dean Whittle and Rosa Lee Baker. His father survives in Strawberry Plains, Tenn. His mother survives at the home.
He attended Eldon Public Schools.
Other survivors include: one sister, Mary Margaret Ekstam, Eugene; and grandfather, Bill Whittle, Eldon.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. James Hedrick will officiate. Burial will be in Gott Cemetery, Brumley.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today.

NOLES
Billie J. Noles, 61, Versailles, died June 28, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Dec. 23, 1940, in New Madrid, a son of Charles M. and Maudie Johnson Noles. He was married July 16, 1992, to Laurel John, who survives at the home.
He retired as a master sergeant from the Air Force. He was a civil engineer. He leased and managed West-Vue Sinclair, Versailles, and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Gravois Mills.
Other survivors include: two sons, Christian Noles, Franklington, N.C., and James Noles, Versailles; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles. The Rev. Rod Campbell will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to the V.F.W. Post, Gravois Mills.

Florence Elizabeth Jackson Locus, 78, formerly of California, died June 21, 2002, at her home.
