RICHTER

Ruth Loraine Richter, 75,  Jefferson City, died July 27, 2002, at St. Joseph's Home for the Aged.

She was born July 22, 1927, in Bonnots Mill, a daughter of Frank and Nora Groves Jacquin. She was married June 30, 1951, in Washington , to E.A. "Wally" Richter, who survives at the home.

She attended St. Francis Borgia School in Washington . She worked in the office for Oberman Manufacturing for a number of years and was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Survivors include: Mark Willenbrink, Gregory Willenbrink and Paula Willenbrink; three brothers, Durverd Jacquin and Harvey Jacquin, both of Washington , and Carl Jacquin, Marthasville; one sister, Iona Maune, Washington .

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Washington . Fr. Robert Heimos will officiate. A additional Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Home for the Aged in  Jefferson City. Msgr. Charles H. Patterson will officiate. Private burial will be in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. today at Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home in Washington .

Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph's Home for the Aged, 1306 West Main Street,  Jefferson City, MO 65109.

Arrangements are under the direction of Houser-Millard Funeral Directors in  Jefferson City.

BOGART

Joseph Roscoe Bogart, 72, Brumley, died July 27, 2002, at his home.

He was born March 15, 1930, in Waterloo, Iowa, a son of Thomas R. and Lucy May Sell Bogart. He was married Oct. 9, 1958, in Crocker, to Anna Jean Duncan, who survives at the home.

He worked for Osage Products for 40 years, retiring in 1991. He worked for Miller County Highway Department for a short time and mowed for the Brumley Lions Club. He was a member of Mt. Union Church of Christ.

Survivors include: one daughter, Minnie Pearce, Iberia; and one sister, Martha Robinett, Lake Ozark.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. The Rev. David Westbrook will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.

Memorials are suggested to Mt. Union Church of Christ or Mt. Union Cemetery.

CLUBB

Services were Sunday for Margarette Louise Clubb, 75,  Jefferson City, who died July 25, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born July 8, 1927, in St. Joseph. She was married Oct. 26, 1946, to Lester A. Clubb, who died April 23, 1991.

She was a former resident of Piedmont. She owned and operated restaurants and was personal cook for Gov. Joseph Teasdale. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in  Jefferson City. She was a member of Eastern Star Chapter 274 in Gray Summit. She was past director of Sheltered Workshop in Piedmont and past president of Thursday Eve Study Club at First Baptist Church in Piedmont.

Survivors include: two sons, Stanley A. Clubb, Piedmont, and Michael E. Clubb, Ocala, Fla.; three daughters, Darlene Clubb and Sandra L. Hill, both of  Jefferson City, and Sharon Elder, Calif.; two brothers, John Duckett,  Jefferson City, and Frank Duckett, Rosebud; two sisters, Melba Steward, Bonne Terre, and Claudine Jensen, Lakeside, Calif.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. The Rev. Ron Clark officiated. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery.

COLLETT

Robert Newton "Bob" Collett, 60, Camdenton, died July 26, 2002, at his home.

He was born Dec. 18, 1941, in Denver, Colo., a son of Frank N. and Helen Reha Collett. He was married Nov. 15, 1980, to Bonnie Kay DeCastro, who survives at the home.

He graduated from high school in Denver. He worked as an interior designer in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for several years. He owned a design and furniture store in Denver. In 1989 he moved to the Lake of the Ozarks where he owned and operated ABC Moving Company for five years. He then worked as a financial consultant for 17 years and was affiliated with Firstar Bank for the last three years. He was a member of Opened Door Christian Fellowship Church in Laurie where he was active in the food give away program. He was a Navy veteran.

Survivors include: three sons, Matthew Collett, Los Angeles, Calif., Andrew Collett, Parker, Ariz., and Brian Collett, Camdenton; one daughter, Tracey Sylvester, Canyon County, Calif.; and 12 grandchildren.

One son, Bradley Collett, preceded him in death.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Opened Door Christian Fellowship Church in Laurie. The Rev. Jerry Piker will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton.

KLEBBA

Pauline Frances Klebba, 84, Taos, died July 28, 2002, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born March 10, 1918, in Freeburg, a daughter of Henry Sr. and Caroline Wieberg Schulte. She was married Sept. 22, 1937, in Freeburg, to Anthony "Tony" Klebba, who died July 15, 1977.

She was a graduate of Freeburg High School. She worked at Westphalia Inn for 20 years and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos.

Survivors include: two sons, Roger Klebba, Taos, and Marvin Klebba, Osage City; one daughter, LaVerne Twehous, Taos; one brother, Martin Schulte, Freeburg; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

One son, LeRoy Klebba, died May 23, 2000. One granddaughter died March l, 1986.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos. Fr. David Maher will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Westphalia.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at Hilke-Millard Funeral Home in Westphalia. Additional visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Building Fund.

MEHMERT

Joseph Clay Mehmert, 26, Chamois, died July 28, 2002, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Osage County near Chamois.

He was born Sept. 26, 1975, in Hermann, a son of Louis J. and Norma Hutsler Mehmert. His mother survives at the home.

He was a 1994 graduate of Chamois High School and worked with Central Electric Power Cooperative in Chamois. He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Church in Chamois and Knights of Columbus Council 1983 in Morrison.

Survivors include: four brothers, Louis Mehmert Jr., Michael Mehmert, and Matthew Mehmert, all of Chamois, and Mark Mehmert,  Jefferson City; four sisters, Theresa Roth, Kansas City, Mary Reynolds, Linn, Janette Mehmert and Michelle Mehmert, both of Chamois.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Patrick Dowling will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a prayer service at 8 p.m., at the church.

Memorials are suggested to Joe Mehmert Memorial Fund, in care of United Bank of Chamois, P.O. Box 248, Chamois, MO 65024.

Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer-Hilke-Millard Funeral Home in Chamois.

PENDLETON

Gladys Pendleton, 95, Dixon, died July 28, 2002, at Osage Beach Healthcare Center.

She was born Oct. 15, 1906, in Grubville, a daughter of Elmer J. and Josephine Woodcock Wideman. She was married April 30, 1927, in Brentwood, to Dillard Thomas Pendleton, who died Oct. 11, 1977.

She was a cook for the public school system. She was a member of Fairview Methodist Church.

Survivors include: one son, Wilferd O. Pendleton, Iberia; one daughter, Jackie Hicks, Iberia; one sister, Melba Pursley, Grubville; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and nine step grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. The Rev. Oscar Barrickman will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery near Iberia.

Visitation will be from 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Memorials are suggested to Union Cemetery or Mt. Gilead Church.

GRAHAM

John David Graham, 91, Eldon, died July 29, 2002, in Eldon.

He was born Jan. 26, 1911, in Eldon, a son of Martin B. and Ida Dorl Graham. He was married March 10, 1935, in Eldon, to Beulah E. Breazile.

He was a farmer until his retirement. He was a member of Etterville Christian Church.

Survivors include: two daughters, Barbara Matthews, Springfield, and Doris Comeau, Savannah; two sisters, Nellie White , Versailles, and Dean Peck, Barnett; two brothers, H.N. "Jack" Graham, Eldon, and Woodrow Graham, La Mesa, Calif.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. Bro. Borys Boyuk and Bro. Bob Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Eldon.

Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Thursday.

Memorials are suggested to Etterville Christian Church.

HAINES

Services were Monday for Donald Wayne "Don" Haines, 74, Camdenton, who died July 25, 2002, at his home.

Services were at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton. Graveside services were this morning in Mount Auborn Cemetery, Colchester.

He was born Aug. 29, 1927, in Van Buren County, Ill., a son of Walter and Irene Thrapp Haines. He was married July 19, 1947, to Marian Janice Sanford, who survives at the home.

A Navy veteran, he owned and operated Chimney Rock and Pikey's Beach. He was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Church of Christ and attended Camdenton Church of Christ. He was a volunteer fireman with Greenview Fire Department.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Marlene Parson, Camdenton; two sons, Ed Haines, Camdenton, and Randy Haines, Lakewood Colo.; three brothers, Leonard Haines and Wendall Haines, both of Colchester, Ill., and Eldon Haines, East Moline, Ill.; three sisters, Evelyn Rockwell, Elgin, Ill., Madolyn Williams, Moline, Ill., and Naomi Creasy, Hot Springs, Ark.; five grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
