TAYLOR
Bobby Lynn Taylor, 70, Jefferson City, died Oct. 21, 2002, in Jefferson City.
He was born Nov. 1, 1931, in Shawnee, Okla., a son of G.S. and Lynn Taylor. He was married to LaJuan Chamblee Taylor, who survives in Jefferson City.
He was a retired employee of the state of Missouri. He was a Baptist and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Other survivors include: one son, Robert Jeffery Taylor, Hot Springs, Ark.; two daughters, Shari Hallisey and Robyn Fletcher, both of Wake Village, Texas ; one sister, Jean Taylor, Snyder, Texas ; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Hanner Funeral Chapel, Atlanta, Texas . The Rev. Mark Lindsey will officiate. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery, Cass County, Texas .
BOLDEN
Dorothy Lee Bolden, 77, Jefferson City, died Oct. 24, 2002, at her home.
She was born Feb. 15, 1925, in Mississippi County, a daughter of Lee R. and Clarabelle Scofield Bagley. She was married Dec. 28, 1944, in Charleston, to Byron B. Bolden, who died March 17, 1993.
She was a graduate of Charleston High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she participated in the Saints Alive Sunday School class, the Daughter's of the American Revolution and the Missouri State Democratic Party. She was co-owner of the Dixie Creme Donut Shop and worked for the state Department of Revenue.
Survivors include: two sons, Terry Lee Bolden, Rolla, and David M. Bolden, Jefferson City; one daughter Pamela A. McEarchen, Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. Doyle Sager will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the Community Hospices of America.
Arrangements are under the direction of Buescher Memorial Home.
DICKENSON
Robert W. Dickenson, 73, Jefferson City, died Oct. 25, 2002, at his home.
He was born Sept. 9, 1929, in Springfield, a son of Harold C. and Louise M. Schotte Dickenson. He was married Aug. 14, 1978, in Jefferson City, to Lois J. Pavitt, who survives at the home.
He attended school in Springfield, and at Kemper Military Academy in Boonville. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict.
He was employed as the service manager at Capital City Ford from 1968 until retiring in 1991. A resident of the Jefferson City area since 1968, he was a member of the American Legion, Roscoe Enloe Post 5, Jefferson City Host Lions Club, and three camping clubs.
Other survivors include: a stepson, Doug Pavitt, Jefferson City, three stepdaughters, Jennifer Plochberger, Lohman, Robin Sauls, Ozark, and Vickie Carter, Springfield; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A son, Aaron Dickenson, died in 1992.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Freeman Chapel. Rev. Carl Gauck will officiate. Burial will be at the Enloe Cemetery near Russellville.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Freeman Mortuary.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
VanVLECK
Robert L. VanVleck, 62, Versailles, died Oct. 24, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Jan. 27, 1940, in Kansas City, a son of Mahlon and Veda Test VanVleck. He was married to Marlyne VanVleck, who survives in Independence.
He moved from Stover to Versailles in 1988. He was a foreman with Qwest Communications and worked at Wal-Mart, Versailles. He attended the Stover United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include: one son, Robert VanVleck Jr., Stover; one daughter, Rebecca Holman, Kansas City; two brothers, Mahlon Eugene. VanVleck, Topeka, Kan., and Larry VanVleck, Kansas City; two sisters, Alveda Holiman, Independence, and Laura Beth Knight, Walnut Grove; and five grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday at Scrivner-Morrow Chapel, Versailles. Burial will be in the West Lawn Addition of the Versailles Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Monday.

KRUEGER
Clarence F. Krueger, 93, Morrison, died Oct. 25, 2002, at his home.
He was born April 29, 1909, in Gasconade County, a son of Richard A. and Minnie Moeller Krueger. He was married June 10, 1950, in Hope, to Norma C. Wulff, who survives at the home.
A lifelong area resident, he attended the Mud Creek School in Gasconade County. He attended Grace Bible Church, Owensville. He owned and operated a farm.
Other survivors include: five sons, James R. Krueger, Morrison, Daniel C. Krueger, Sylmar, Calif., John E. Krueger, Morrison, David B. Krueger, Haileyville, Okla., and Paul A. Krueger, Bay; two daughters, Marilyn N. Paisley, Paxton, Ill., and Norlene K. Goemaat, Milton, Iowa, and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Morton Funeral Chapel, Linn. Revs. Scott Paisley and Paul Wulff will officiate. Burial will be in Owensville City Cemetery, Owensville.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Morton Funeral Home, Linn.

OBERMILLER
Jerry Lee Obermiller, 78, Jefferson City, died October, 25, 2002, at his home.
He was born July 5, 1924, in Jackson, Missouri, a son of Theodore and Ethel Davis Obermiller.
He was married June 15, 1956, in Tripler Army Hospital Chapel in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Leona M. Fisher, who survives at the home.
He graduated from Jackson High School in 1942, and later from Northwest Missouri State University-Maryville.
He also graduated from Officers' Candidate School, and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps/Air Force from 1943 until 1966, earning the rank of major. During World War II, from 1943 until 1945, he served in England with a B24 squadron.
He worked for Western Union from 1966 until 1969, then for Jefferson City High School as a Social Studies/Psychology Teacher until retiring in 1989.
He was the Jefferson City Jays football home game public address announcer for more than 10 years.
He was a lifetime member of the Retired Officers Association and its local chapter in Columbia. He also was a lifetime member of the Reserve Officers Association. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, where he served as a deacon and was a member of the choir.
Other survivors include: two sons, Kirk Obermiller, Jefferson City, and Kevin Obermiller, St. Louis; one daughter, Karen Kertis, Rochester, Minn; two brothers, James Obermiller, Grand Rapids, Mich., and Jack Obermiller, Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Madge Abernathy, Centerville, Ohio, and Martha Egley, Webster Groves; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Rudolph W. Beard officiating. Entombment, with full military honors, will follow in Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 10-11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church or the American Heart Association.

JOHNSEN
Mella Mae Johnsen, 88, Jefferson City, died Oct. 25, 2002, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born Oct. 28, 1913, in Centertown, a daughter of Richard A. and Annie Gouge McKee. She was married June 5, 1949, in Vancouver, Wash., to Natvik L. Johnsen, who died March 25, 1985.
She was a graduate of Centertown High School. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the choir, the Ladies Quilting Circle at Immanual Baptist Church and the W.M.U. Missionary Society.
She was a homemaker and worked at Oberman's Pants Factory and Newberry's Dime Store, both in Jefferson City, and the defense plant in Vancouver.
Survivors include one son, James R. Johnsen, Jefferson City; one sister, Mildred McKee, Centertown; and four grandchildren.
One son, Harvey D. Johnsen, died Nov. 7, 1966.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Calvary Baptist Church. The Rev. Greg White will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Monday at Buescher Memorial Home.
