FELKERSON
Wade Felkerson, 87, Dixon, died Oct. 27, 2002, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla.
He was born March 23, 1915, in Hayden, a son of James T. and Martha Ellen Roberson Felkerson. He was married May 23, 1940, in Dixon, to Mildred Irene Carter, who survives in Dixon.
He worked for Modern Food Store in Dixon as clerk and meat cutter, retiring in 1987. He was a member of Dixon United Methodist Church and the Modern Woodmen of America.
Other survivors include: one son, Terry Felkerson, Salem; one daughter, Carolyn Rollins, Dixon; five grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon. The Rev. Wilbur Warman will officiate. Burial will be in Dixon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday.

FERGUSON
Bobby F. Ferguson, 72, California, died Oct. 28, 2002, at Columbia Regional Hospital.
He was born July 14, 1930, in Tipton, a son of Cyrus D. and Alpha Ann Turpin Ferguson. He was married Sept. 4, 1965, in Lebanon, to Donna R. Tuttle-Wallenmeyer, who survives at the home.
He retired from United Telephone after 26 years as a lineman/cable splicer. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and attended Donley School.
Other survivors include: one son, Wayne Ferguson, California; one stepson, William "Bill" Wallenmeyer, Shermans Dale, Pa.; two stepdaughters, Debra Rucas, Weatherford, Texas , and Roberta Miller, California; one brother, Cyrus Delmar Ferguson Jr., Scottsdale, Ariz.; three sisters, Dora E. Fassler, Tipton, Marie Wehmier, Tulsa, Okla., and Violet Pearl McNulty, Sedalia; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
One grandson preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. Rusty Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in Moniteau Advent UCC Cemetery, north of California.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

MILLER
Kathy Miller, 51, Versailles, died Oct. 25, 2002, at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia.
She was born Aug. 1, 1951, in St. Louis, a daughter of Philip and Pauline Baker Dube.
Survivors include: one son, Terry Michael Miller II, Bridgeton; one daughter, Jacqueline Miller, Moscow Mills; one half brother, Mark Gardner, Iberia; three half sisters, Linda Gardner, Billye Gardner and Rima Gardner, all of Eldon; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Alexander & Sons Funeral Home, Bridgeton. Inurnment will be at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Bridgeton.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.
NORFLEET
Marvin Glover "Bud" Norfleet, 72, Jefferson City, died Oct. 28, 2002, at his home.
He was born July 21, 1930, in Eugene, a son of Charles P. and Opal Irene Glover Norfleet. He was married Dec. 26, 1975, in Union, to Brenda Basham, who survives at the home.
A graduate of Eugene High School, he worked for Rock Island and Southern Pacific Railroads for 47 years. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and the Masonic Lodge.
Other survivors include: one son, Randall M. Norfleet, Columbia; two daughters, Sandra Geisert, New York City, and Christy Kleindienst, Jefferson City; one brother, Curtis N. Norfleet, Jefferson City; one sister, Marilewann Berry, Jefferson City; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. The Rev. David Phelps will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Garden Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorials are suggested to Spring Garden Baptist Church.
TAMASI
Edith Heimbach "Edie" Tamasi, 88, Sunrise Beach, died Oct. 28, 2002, at Camdenton Windsor Estates Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 30, 1913, in Kansas City, a daughter of Luther and Winifred Moore. She was married Oct. 29, 1959, to Pros Tamasi, who died in 1987.
She was assistant city clerk in Kansas City for 28 years and owner of Edith's Gift and Party Shop. She was past president of KC Business and Professional Womens Club, past president of Zonta International, secretary of the Kansas City Day Club and president of KC Womens Chamber of Commerce.
She retired to the Lake in 1972 and was active in area clubs and organizations.
She helped establish the Sunrise Beach, Laurie, Hurricane Deck Chamber of Commerce and later expand its operation.
She was chairman of many community events and helped in the growth of the Hillbilly Fair. She helped publish the 50th Anniversary Lake Ozark History book.
She was president of the Hurricane Deck Lady Lions Club. In 1988, she was grand marshal of the Hillbilly Days Parade.
Survivors include: two sons, David Heimbach, Sunrise Beach, and Donald Heimbach, Buena Vista, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
The remains will be cremated.
Memorials are suggested to the Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church, Laurie.

BALCER
Henry Conrad Balcer, 75, Jefferson City, died Oct. 28, 2002, at his home.
He was born Feb. 21, 1927, in Rogozno, Poland, a son of Stanislaw and Maria Sygnecka Balcer.
He was imprisoned in a German labor camp during World War II. He served in the Army during the Korean War.
He worked for Charles E. Still Hospital and Don Cure Construction, and was vice president of Rajac Construction.
He was a founding member and past president of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
He was a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Survivors include: two sons, Dr. Conrad Balcer and Mark Balcer, both of Jefferson City; one daughter, Charlotte Balcer, Jefferson City; one brother, Alijozy Balcer, Jenin, Poland; two sisters, Krystyna Burzewska, Pila, Poland, and Jadwidga Urban, Rogozno, Poland; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. The Rev. Donald Lammers will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-noon Thursday.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Peter Catholic Church Building Fund or the Experimental Aircraft Association Young Eagles Fund.
HARMS
Doris Pauline Harms, 87, Jefferson City, died Oct. 29, 2002, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born March 8, 1915, in Cabool, a daughter of Luther P. and Nellie Catherine Degler Dove. She was married June 26, 1940, in Willow Springs, to Paul John Harms, who died Sept. 27, 2001.
She was a graduate of Cabool High School and Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in St. Louis. She was a homemaker and a registered nurse, working at St. Louis Children's Hospital. She also worked as a private duty nurse. She was co-owner and co-operator of several laundromats and Kwik Car Wash facilities. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Schubert and a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Willow Springs. She was a member of St. Paul Quilting Circle and the Lutheran Ladies Aid.
Survivors include: one son, Ronald Paul Harms, Willow Springs; one daughter, Janice Kay Morris, Jefferson City; one sister, Frieda Tabor, Topeka, Kan.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Schubert. The Rev. Gerald Scheperle and the Rev. John Helmers will officiate. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Willow Springs Cemetery, Willow Springs.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church.
Memorials are suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church Building Fund.
