STEINMETZ
Roxanne Steinmetz, 49, Jefferson City, died Nov. 9, 2002, at her home.
She was born Aug. 1, 1953, in Ponca City, Okla., a daughter of Gene and Betty Weber Faken. Her mother survives in Jefferson City. She was married April 5, 1975, in Jefferson City, to Michael W. Steinmetz, who died June 28, 1981.
She was a lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area and graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1972. She worked as an auditor for the Division of Personnel in the Missouri Office of Administration. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: one son, Rocky W. Steinmetz, of the home; one brother, Brad Faken, Jefferson City; one sister, Cathy Burks, Jefferson City;
One son, Gabriel Steinmetz, died June 30, 1976.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Freeman Mortuary. The Rev. Michael Quinn will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday.

BICKNELL
Mildred B. Bicknell, 94, Holts Summit, died Nov. 7, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born July 18, 1908, in Vineland, N.J., a daughter of J. Elmer and Carrie Rapp Anderson. She was married Oct. 7, 1931, in Haddonfield, N.J., to Walther L. Molineaux, who died Oct. 17, 1945. She was married Feb. 8, 1958, in Haddonfield, to Orville Bicknell, who died Feb. 10, 1976.
She was a member of Haddonfield Baptist Church and Haddonfield Chapter 140 Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include one son, Walter Molineaux, Holts Summit, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnamonson, N.J.
Memorials are suggested to Haddonfield Baptist Church, 124 E. Kings Highway, Haddonfield, N.J. 08033, or a charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Holts Summit.
CLARK
Beverly Ann Clark, 72, Eldon, died Nov. 5, 2002, in Eldon.
She was born Sept. 11, 1930, in Oklahoma City, a daughter of Howard W. and Bertha Mae Jones Belew. She was married May 18, 1946, in Yuma, Ariz., to Raymond A. Clark, who died May 6, 1988.
She was a bookkeeper in the grocery industry and a member of Dolls "In" Things club in Versailles.
Survivors include: one daughter, Sharon Potter, of the home.
One daughter, Judith Mora, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Nov. 18 at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. James Hedrick and the Rev. Davey Foley will officiate.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 18.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
CRAIG
Archie Benton Craig, 90, Eldon, died Nov. 10, 2002, at his home.
He was born June 23, 1912, in Ashland, Okla., a son of Floyd M. and Mary Emmaline Casey Craig. He was married Sept. 12, 1933, in Crowder, Okla., to Willie Esther Adams Craig, who survives at the home.
He was an evangelist and pastor at several Churches of God-Seventh Day for 71 years. He was a past member of the executive board of directors for the Church of God-Seventh Day and served as secretary and treasurer of the executive office of the Church of God-Seventh Day in Stanberry and Denver, Colo. He was a church elder.
Other survivors include: two sons, William Floyd Craig, Tulsa, Okla., and Richard L. Craig, Santee, Calif.; one daughter Charleen Gitthens, Eldon; one sister, Jewel Glover, McAlester, Okla., four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Four grandsons preceded him in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rekus Funeral Home, Eldon. Lynn Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Eldon City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Wednesday.
FORAKER
Betty Foraker, 78, Raymore, died Nov. 10, 2002, at her home.
She was born Jan. 15, 1924, in Naylor, a daughter of Charles and Zilpha Sapp Robb Reeder. She was married to Charles "Jack" W. Foraker, who died April 15, 1999.
She retired from J.C. Penney and was a member of Woodcrest Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Judy Zettlemoyer, Raymore; one brother, Charles A. Robb, Hot Springs, Ark.; one sister, Opal Grisham, Troy; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Woodcrest Primitive Baptist Church, Ashland. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Moriah and Freeman Funeral Home, Kansas City.
Memorials are suggested to Woodcrest Church Fund.
PHILLIPS
Mildred Marie Phillips, 81, Jefferson City, died Nov. 10, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Feb. 7, 1921, in Odin, Kan., a daughter of Francis J. and Clara C. Demel Finger. She was married April 14, 1941, in Larned, Kan., to Roy A. Phillips, who died in 1995.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned, where she was a member of the Altar Society and a lay member of the Dominican Order.
Survivors include: one son, Robert L. Phillips, Jefferson City; three brothers, Leonard Finger, Larned, Marvin Finger, Rozel, Kan., and Francis Finger Jr., Fayetteville, Ark.; four sisters, Dorothy Cavenah and Carolyn Urban, both of Salina, Kan., Catherine Kuhlman, Trumbull, Neb., and Mary Lou Wheeler, Great Bend, Kan.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned. The Rev. Dennis Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Larned Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
Visitation will be from 8-9 p.m. Tuesday at Morell Funeral Home, Larned, with a parish vigil at 7 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart School Endowment Fund, Larned, Kan., or to Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility, Jefferson City.

RIEGEL
Minnie J. Riegel, 91, Jefferson City, died Nov. 11, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Nov. 18, 1910, in Linn, a daughter of William J. and Mary Boes Voss. She was married Aug. 26, 1930, in Linn, to Matthew J. Riegel, who died June 17, 1973.
She was a lifelong resident of the area and attended St. George School in Linn. She was a homemaker and worked as a housekeeper. She was a member of St. George Church, St. Ann's Sodality and the Catholic Knights of America. A former Loose Creek resident, she also attended Immaculate Conception Church, Loose Creek.
Survivors include: four sons, Marvin W. Riegel and Martin V. Riegel, both of Loose Creek, and Michael W. Riegel and Albert B. Riegel, both of Jefferson City; three daughters, Margaret A. Thoenen, Mildred A. Frye, and Theresa M. Backes, all of Jefferson City; one brother, Leonard Voss, Linn; 22 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
One son, Joseph J. Riegel, one daughter, Mary J. Riegel, two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. George Church, Linn. The Rev. Daniel I.J. Lueckenotte will officiate. Burial will be in St. George Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
