BETHELL
Michael W. Bethell, 50, Fulton, died Dec. 5, 2002, at Boone Hospital Center.
He was born June 4, 1952, in Ottawa, Kan., a son of Richard W. and Shirley Jean Heidner Bethell. His mother, Shirley Jean Bethell-Reynolds survives in Pomona, Kan. He was married Aug. 25, 1972, to Carolyn Robbins, who survives at the home.
He graduated from Pomona High School in 1970 and received a bachelor's degree in fisheries and wildlife from the University of Missouri in 1977. He was a conservation agent in Callaway County since 1979 and was promoted to district supervisor in 1997. He was a member of Millersburg Christian Church, National Wild Turkey Federation and Ducks Unlimited. He received many conservation awards. He coached softball for Parks and Recreation, Babe Ruth and American Legion Post 210. He helped bring fast pitch softball to Fulton.
Other survivors include: one son, Lance Bethell, Fulton; one daughter, Ashley Bethell, Culver Stockton College; one sister, Shawna Bethell, Silverton, Colo.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Fred Erickson and the Rev. Larry Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Millersburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.

BAILEY
Thelma Elizabeth Bailey, 86, Jefferson City, died Dec. 6, 2002, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.

CHAMBERS
LaVerne D. Chambers, 90, Jefferson City, died Dec. 6, 2002, at Jefferson City Manor.

CRICK
Raymond J. Crick, 89, Osage Beach, died Dec. 6, 2002, at Lake Regional Health System.
He was born Sept. 4, 1913, in Tullahoma, Tenn., a son of Felix G. and Della Pogue Crick. He was married Aug. 30, 1940, in Harvey, Ill., to Norma Snuckel, who survives at the home.
He owned and operated a grocery store for several years and was a truck driver for Arbet Truck Lines, Chicago, retiring in 1979 to the Lake area. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Lake Ozark, and Knights of Columbus and the Elks Lodge.
Other survivors include: two sons, Ronald N. Crick, Osage Beach, and Douglas J. Crick, Chicago; one daughter, Colleen R. Parise, Osage Beach; one sister, Virgil Carlton, Tullahoma; three grandchildren, three step grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. Msgr. Mike Wilbers will officiate. Entombment will be in Praying Hands Mausoleum of the Lake Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Osage Beach.
Visitation will be from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Monday at Hedges Funeral Home, Osage Beach, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
GRAVATT
Dallas E. Gravatt, 66, Toledo, Ore., died Dec. 1, 2002, at his home.
He was born Jan. 27, 1936, in St. Louis, a son of Arthur A. and Lucy Pearl Godbey Gravatt. He was married Dec. 21, 2001, to Hazel M. Gravatt, who survives.
Other survivors include: one son, David S. Gravatt, Ozark; one daughter, Amy G. Enloe, Jefferson City; and three grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at a later date in St. Louis.

HAGENHOFF
Georgia Marie Hagenhoff, infant daughter of Timothy J. Sr. and Georgia Ann Schrimpf Hagenhoff, died shortly after birth at Boone Hospital Center.
Other survivors include: two brothers, Timothy J. Hagenhoff Jr. and Kendal E. Hagenhoff, both of the home; paternal grandmother, Agnes Hagenhoff, Freeburg; maternal grandparents, James Dale and Helen Schrimpf, Jefferson City; maternal great-grandmother, Cecilia Schwartze, Jefferson City.
Private services will be Monday in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum.

LINDSEY
Helen F. Lindsey, 89, Jefferson City, died Dec. 6, 2002, at Jefferson City Manor.

MUSE
Goldie Evelyn Muse, 49, Glenpool, Okla., died Dec. 6, 2002, in Tulsa.
She was born Oct. 8, 1953, in Moberly, a daughter of Edward and Joan White Kempker. Her father survives in Rush Hill, Okla. Her mother survives in Glenpool.
She worked for Sun Oil as an accountant for 22 years.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Priscilla Dahlem, Glenpool, and Cassie Sustaita, Stigler, Okla.; one brother, Eddie Kempker, Moberly; one sister, Bettie Wingate, Jefferson City; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Clements Church, Bixby, Okla. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Cemetery, Moberly.
Visitation will be from noon-7 p.m. Sunday at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, Tulsa, with a rosary following. Additional visitation will be from 10 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Cater Funeral Home, Moberly.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.
RAMELOT
Margaret Ramelot, 86, Eldon, died Dec. 6, 2002, in Osage Beach.
She was born Sept. 19, 1916, in East St. Louis, a daughter of James and Clyde Atchinson Wilson. She was married in 1934 in East St. Louis, to William L. Ramelot, who survives at the home.
She was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: two sons, Donald Ramelot, Carlsbad, Calif., and Dale Ramelot, Eldon; one daughter, Barbara Lehr, St. Louis; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. The Rev. Walter Simpson will officiate. Inurnment will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Cahokia, Ill., at a later date.
SCHLUP
Herman F. Schlup, 91, California, died Dec. 6, 2002, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Versailles.
He was born Oct. 12, 1911, near Clarksburg, a son of Samuel C. and Docia Ann Stewart Schlup. He was married Dec. 18, 1943, in California, to Mary A. Koegler, who died Dec. 10, 1992.
He attended Keener School, Clarksburg. He operated a threshing machine, was a blacksmith and operated a road grader for the Cooper County Road District. He was an independent trucker for many years. He worked for California Woolen Mill and Ralston Purina. He worked in a Versailles orchard and drove a truck for Korte Ready Mix before retiring in 1979. He was a farmer and a member of First Baptist Church, California. He was a Republican committeeman.
Survivors include: one daughter, Janet Meyer, California; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
One granddaughter preceded him in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services. The Rev. Rusty Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in New Zion Cemetery, north of Clarksburg.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday.
