MOORE
Sharon Rose Moore, 35, Auxvasse, died Dec. 6, 2002, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born May 22, 1967, in Columbia. Her parents, Sharon Taylor Moore and Bill and Gayle Moore, survive.
She was a cook at Rock Bridge High School and was a member of the Food Service Workers. She volunteered as a teacher's aide in the Columbia and Williamsburg school districts.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jeremy Wayne Smith and Michael Wade Smith, both of Auxvasse; one brother, Richard Moore, Auxvasse; one sister, Lisa Long, Auxvasse; three stepbrothers, Dennis Robbins, Fulton, Robert Scott, St. Peter's, and John Scott, Pensacola, Fla.; four stepsisters, Trish Debrodie, Tracy Daro and Donna Muskgrove, all of Fulton, and Sheri Marsh, Winfield.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Maupin Funeral Home, Auxvasse. Burial will be in Auxvasse Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.

PHILLIPS
Edna Louise Phillips, 89, Jefferson City, died Dec. 7, 2002, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Arrangements are at Buescher Memorial Home.
SULLIVAN
Lucy Sullivan, 89, Capps, died Dec. 8, 2002, at her home.
She was born July 29, 1913, in Mawmee, Ark., a daughter of William M. and Laura Bell Varner Fancher. She was married Oct. 22, 1932, in Granite City, Ill., to Earl Earnest Sullivan, who died Dec. 11, 1988.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one son, James Sullivan, Granite City, Ill. ; three daughters, Georgiadean Simpson, Scotia, N.Y., Donna Hadley, Iberia, and Gloria Holtmeyer, Hollister; one sister, Lorene Flaugher, Eldon; one brother, Charles Fancher, Eldon; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
One son, Charles "Pete" Sullivan, died in 1984.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Ed Teal will officiate. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery, near Crocker.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
STEINMAN
Louis B. Steinman, 87, Argyle, died Dec. 7, 2002, at Maries Manor Health Care Center, Vienna.
He was born April 30, 1915, a son of John H. and Johanna Schwartze Steinman.
He was a lifelong farmer and angus cattle trader in Maries County. He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle.
Survivors include nephews and nieces.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. The Rev. John Schmitz will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., and from 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna.
Memorials are suggested to Masses.
STIEFERMAN
Norbert Joseph Stieferman, 89, Chamois, died Dec. 8, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Jan. 26, 1913, in Chamois, a son of John H. and Amelia M. Ferguson Stieferman. He was married Nov. 10, 1937, in Arkansas, to Marie Carter, who survives at the home.
He was a 1931 graduate of Chamois High School. He worked as a bridge foreman for the Missouri Pacific Railroad for more than 40 years until his retirement in 1972. He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Chamois, and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Lois Dattilo, Madison, Ind., Mary Lou Kishmar, Chamois, and Dema Schnauss, Jefferson City; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. Pat Dowling will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Meyer-Hilke-Millard Funeral Home, Chamois, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
WILSON
Chloe Ailor Wilson, 91, Dalton, Ga., died Dec. 7, 2002, at her home.
She was born Aug. 18, 1911, in Kansas City, a daughter of the Rev. Edgar I. and Lura Belle Johnson Ailor.
She graduated from Northeast High School in Kansas City. She received a bachelor's of arts degree from Drury College, Springfield in 1934, a bachelor's of science degree from Southwest Missouri State College and a master's degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She taught home economics, English and science in Sparta, Chadwick, Clever and Perryville high schools for more than 25 years. She retired to Jefferson City in 1975.
She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, St. Mary's Guild, Altar Guild as diocesan delegate and the Re-Sell-It Shop. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star 326, Fidelis Beta Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, Cole County Chapter of Retired Teachers, the Jefferson City Art Club and the Jefferson City Council on the Arts. She had been active on a district and state level in the Auxiliary to the Ozark Chapter of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons and the Sixth District Missouri Federation of Women's Clubs.
Survivors include: two sons, Bill Simpson, Tunnel Hill, Ga., and Jeremiah Simpson, Sevierville, Tenn.; one daughter, Jennifer Wilson MacAdam, River Heights, Utah; one sister; one brother; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at Grace Episcopal Church, Jefferson City, at a later date. The Rev. Harvel R. Sanders will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mt. Vernon.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ponders Funeral Home, Dalton, Ga.
SCHLUETER
Elmer J. Schlueter, 82, Jefferson City, died Dec. 8, 2002, at St. Joseph's Home for the Aged.
Arrangements are at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
VAIL
Ronald H. "Ronn" Vail Jr., 39, Honolulu, formerly of Jefferson City, died Dec. 8, 2002, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu.
He was born May 5, 1963, in Augusta, Ga., a son of Ronald H. Sr. and Myvera "Vera" Baynham Vail. His father and stepmother, the Rev. Ronald H. Sr. and Darlene Vail, survive in St. Louis. His mother and stepfather, Myvera and Wardell "Sonny" Westbrooks, survive in Jefferson City. He was married Dec. 10, 2000, to Cheryl Printz, who survives.
He attended public schools in St. Louis and Jefferson City and graduated from Jefferson City High School. He received a bachelor's of science degree in psychology from Lincoln University. He was a Baptist and an Air Force veteran. He had worked at Lincoln University and the Jefferson City School District.
Other survivors include: two sons, Abe Printz, Jefferson City, and Robert Printz, Honolulu; one daughter, Cari Printz, Jefferson City; three brothers, the Rev. Jason McIntosh, Jaron Vail and Wardell "Little Sonny" Chambly; three sisters, Somonia Westbrooks, Sheila Owens and Ernestine Davis; and grandparents, Bernice Hunley, Willie Mae Davis, Mildred Baynham, Vernie Mae Hoehne and the Rev. Edward and Doris McIntosh.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, Holts Summit. The Rev. Ronald H. Vail Sr. and the Rev. George Coleman will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Jefferson City.

BLANSETT
Howard Lee Blansett, 66, Bucyrus, formerly of Fulton, died Dec. 9, 2002, at Texas County Memorial Hospital, Houston.
He was born Aug. 2, 1936, in Fulton, a son of Finis B. and Ethel Hull Blansett. He was married Feb. 27, 1955, to Shirley Ann Wright, who survives at the home.
He owned and operated several businesses in Fulton and the Lake of the Ozarks. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, Fulton. He coached Little League Baseball and was a sponsor for girl's softball.
Other survivors include: one son, Howard Michael Blansett, Rolla; one daughter, Debbie Hiatte, New Bloomfield; two brothers, William "Bill" Blansett and Earl Blansett, both of Fulton; four grandchildren; and two step grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today.
