ROGERS
Services were today for Randall Keith "Randy" Rogers, 37, Jackson, Tenn., formerly of Jefferson City, who died Dec. 9, 2002, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born Oct. 1, 1965, in Columbia, a son of Larry D. and Beverly Sue Rogers. His mother survives in Jefferson City. He was married Oct. 6, 2000, to Lisa Lynn Vandiver, who survives in Jackson, Tenn.
Other survivors include: twins, Brian and Brianna Rogers, both of the home; two stepdaughters, Jessica Graham and Amy Page, both of Jackson, Tenn.; two brothers, Jimmy Rogers, Jefferson City, and Jerry Rogers, St. Thomas; one sister, Lisa Russell, Jefferson City; maternal grandmother, Irene Jenkins, Jefferson City; and two step granddaughters.
Graveside services were in Highland Memorial Gardens, Jackson.
Arrangements were under the direction of George A. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Jackson, Tenn.
DELLI
Virginia L. Delli, 60, Montreal, died Dec. 12, 2002, at Lake Regional Health System.
She was born Nov. 23, 1942, in Chicago, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Zolmer. She was married in 1962, to David G. Delli, who survives at the home.
She and her husband owned and operated Delli's Clearwater Resort for 15 years. She was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: one son, Tim Delli, Elmwood Park, Ill.; two daughters, Victoria Pipia, Elmwood Park, Ill., and Tracy Rzewnicki, Norridge, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. The Rev. Keith Blansett will officiate.
GAUMER
Betty Lucille Gaumer, 73, Calwood, died Dec. 12, 2002, at her home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1929, in Callaway County, a daughter of William C. and Velma Mabel Estes O'Neal. She was married to William Melton Gaumer, who died in 1970.
She worked as a cook for the Missouri School for the Deaf, Fulton.
Survivors include: three brothers, Dale O'Neal and Keith O'Neal, both of Fulton, and Clifford O'Neal, Steedman; and one sister, Velma Carrier, Kansas City.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Michael Crowson will officiate. Private burial will be Tuesday in Swan Lake Cemetery, Peoria, Ill.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
ROHRBACH
Vestal Rohrbach, 77, California, died Dec. 12, 2002, at Lenoir Manor, Columbia.
She was born April 17, 1925, in Clarksburg, a daughter of Logan H. and Audrey Blanche Dunham Vaughan. She was married May 5, 1944, in California, to Don Rohrbach, who died April 28, 1993.
She graduated from Clarksburg High School and attended Warrensburg State Teacher's College, receiving a teaching certificate. She taught at Harmony Rural School in Moniteau County.
She retired from the Missouri Division of Employment Security in Jefferson City and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she was a member of the TEL Dorcas Sunday school class.
She was a volunteer at California Elementary School in the reading program. She was a member of the Extensionettes Club, California Nutrition Center, Senior bowling league and aerobics.
Survivors include: one son, Steven Don Rohrbach, Jefferson City; one daughter, Colleen Joi Bartok, Columbia; one brother, Carol Dwight Vaughan, Olathe, Kan.; four sisters, Adele Higgins, Denver, Colo., June Winebrenner, Clarksburg, Jeannie Loganbill, Versailles, and Charlene Emmerich, Boonville; and two granddaughters.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Greg Morrow will officiate. Burial will be in California City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, 208 South Oak Street, California, Mo., 65018.

WILSON
Floyd Ray Wilson, 78, Kansas City, formerly of California, died Dec. 12, 2002, at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.
He was born May 29, 1924, in Moniteau County, near High Point, a son of Pete and Jennie Pennington Wilson.
He worked for Butler Manufacturing Company, Kansas City, for 30 years, retiring in 1978. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include: three daughters, Teresa Chenault, Allen, Texas , Sarah Willard, Warrensburg, and Donna Walker, Ft. Worth, Texas ; two sisters, Elsie Williams and Emma Hodges, both of Independence; and four grandchildren.
Services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. The Rev. Dennis Martin will officiate.Burial will be in the California City Cemetery.
Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Sunday.

MANN
John R. Mann, 85, Waynesville, died Dec. 14, 2002, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla.
He was married to Billie Aileen Miller, who died March 14, 1997.
He was associated with the Waynesville and Crocker communities for 25 years after his retirement from the Army.
Survivors include: two stepsons, Richard Guerard, North Aurora, Ill., and William Guerard, Columbus, Ohio; one stepdaughter, Gael Guerard, Seattle; 12 step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Long Funeral Home Chapel, Crocker. Burial will be in Madden Ford Cemetery, Iberia.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, and from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
FISCHER
Edmund William Fischer, 92, Jefferson City, died Dec. 14, 2002, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
He was born Dec. 11, 1910, in Jefferson City, a son of Louis and Theresa Koestner Fischer. He was married June 4, 1939, in Stringtown, to Celesta Fischer, who survives at the home.
He attended Zion School and Corinth School. He attended Capital Business College. He was a lifelong farmer and was owner of the White House Restaurant from 1938-1946. He worked for Ed Linhardt Construction from 1947-1950; for Jefferson City Baking Company from 1951-1972 and for Leland Fischer Construction from 1973 until his retirement in 1988. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He raised prize bird dogs and was a charter member of the Central Missouri Beagle Club. He was president of the Western Missouri Beagle Association.
Other survivors include: two sons, Lowell Fischer and Leland Fischer, both of Jefferson City; one daughter, Loriel Kelsey, Jefferson City; one sister, Josephine Seidel, Jefferson City; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jerome Brownlee and the Rev. John Hobratschk will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Additional visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
WOLLENBERG
James A. Wollenberg, 81, Jefferson City, died Dec. 13, 2002, at Capital Region Medical Center.
