KNIGHT
Alice O. Knight, 98, Camdenton, died Feb. 9, 2003, at Windsor Estate Convalescent Center, Camdenton.
She was born May 27, 1904, in Shiloh, Tenn., a daughter of Lafayette and Martha Gray Barnes. She was married to John Knight, who preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include: one daughter, Jo Erickson, Camdenton; two sisters, Ruby Witt, Winn, Ark., and Gladys Strause, Akron, Ohio; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
One son, Persia Holladay, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall, Camdenton. Ed Wyrwicki will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.
LUEBBERT
Frances Ann Luebbert, 75, Taos, died Feb. 10, 2003, at her home.
She was born Aug. 17, 1927, in Taos, a daughter of John and Antonia Veltrop Sandt. She was married Oct. 30, 1946, in Taos, to George Luebbert, who died Sept. 29, 1997.
She attended St. Francis Xavier School. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Survivors include: three sons, Jerome Luebbert, Taos, Donald Luebbert, Wardsville, and Roger Luebbert, St. Martins; two daughters, Kathy Haaf and Jane Haslag, both of Taos; one brother, Herbert Sandt, Taos; two sisters, Matilda Scheppers and Geraldine Prenger, both of Taos; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. The Rev. David Maher will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, Taos, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. Francis Xavier Parish or to Option Home Health Care Hospice.
LUEBBERT
Levoy Henry Luebbert, 59, Westphalia, died Feb. 11, 2003, at his home.
He was born Oct. 26, 1943, in Jefferson City, a son of Wilfred F. and Esther Ann Kliethermes Luebbert. His mother survives in Westphalia. He was married Aug. 24, 1973, in Westphalia, to Margie Veltrop, who survives at the home.
He attended St. Joseph Catholic School and graduated from Fatima High School. He had worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections at the Algoa Correctional Center since 1979. He was a self-employed farmer and former owner of Wilber's Texaco. He served as mayor of Westphalia from 1974-1978. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and was a former Grand Knight. He was a former member of Westphalia Lions Club, where he had served as treasurer.
Other survivors include: four daughters, Sandy Dent, Marilyn Hogan, Trudy Luebbert and Henrietta Woehr, all of Westphalia; two brothers, Ron Luebbert and Stan Luebbert, both of Westphalia; three sisters, Rita Bax, Westphalia, Phyllis Brandt, Rich Fountain and Kathy Krough, Albuquerque, N.M.; and five grandchildren.
One granddaughter preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia. The Rev. Robert A. Kurwicki will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Hilke-Millard Funeral Home, Westphalia, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic School or Fatima High School.
ANDERSON
Services were today for Stella Lorene Anderson, 95, Lafayette, Ind., who died Feb. 11, 2003, in Rosewalk Village.
She was born Nov. 1, 1907, in Carterville, a daughter of Thomas and Edith Hosp. She was married Sept. 6, 1926, in Joplin, to Vinton H. Anderson, who died April 30, 2001.
She graduated from Joplin High School. She lived in Jefferson City from 1935-1970, when she moved to Raytown. In 1976, she moved to Joplin, where she lived for 25 years. In 2001, she moved to Lafayette. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Webb City.
Survivors include: two sons, Harold E. Anderson, Louisville, Ky., and Donald R. Anderson, Dallas, Ga.; one brother, Howard Hosp, St. Louis; one sister, Leola Mock, Joplin; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were in Lafayette. A service will be in Joplin at a later date.

BARKER
Hallie M. Barker, 93, Eldon, died Feb. 11, 2003, in Jefferson City.
She was born June 26, 1909, in Lawrenceville, Ill., a daughter of Haldon and Nellie Gray Gooch. She was married to Marshall S. Martin Sr., who died May 5, 1939. She was married to Ralph E. Barker, who died May 8, 1965.
She was a secretary and taught dance at the Trianon Ballroom in Chicago. She was a member of Seaside Presbyterian Church, Encinitas, Calif.
Survivors include: one son, Marshall S. Martin Jr., Republic; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date at Encinitas Chapel, Encinitas, Calif. Burial will be at a later date in El Camino Memorial Park, San Diego.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon.
Memorials are suggested to the Nazarene Church of Eldon.
CRANE
Chris Crane, 26, Vienna, died Feb. 11, 2003, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born Aug. 6, 1976, in Jefferson City, a son of James and Wanda Welschmeyer Crane. His mother and stepfather, Wanda and Otto Williams, survive in Vienna. His father survives in Dixon.
He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for Al Scheppers Motor Company, Inc., since 2002. He was a member of the ATV Club known as Paydown Poise. He was a Marine Corps veteran and was serving in the reserve.
Other survivors include: two brothers, Craig "Swantje" Crane, Freeburg, and Clayton Williams, Vienna; three sisters, Angie Williams, Emily Williams and Anna Williams, all of Vienna; paternal grandparents, Jack and Wilma Crane, Dixon; and maternal grandparents, Martin and Angela Welschmeyer, Freeburg.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna. Rainey Fann will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Freeburg.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday and from 9-11 a.m. Saturday.
Memorials are suggested to the Chris Crane Brothers and Sisters Fund.
DIAMOND
Samuel Diamond, 81, Jefferson City, died Feb. 12, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Jersey City, N.J., a son of Louis and Bertha Sourifman Diamond. He was married Oct. 6, 1945, in Waynesville, to Ruby Tunstall Nelson, who died Jan. 9, 1997.
He was a 1939 graduate of Emerson High School, Union City, N.J. He graduated from Bordentown Military Institute, Bordentown, N.J., in 1941. He attended Jones County Junior College, Ellisville, Miss.
He was a shipping supervisor for Armel Ice Cream Company in Newark, N.J., from 1945-1974 and was a physical therapy assistant at Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, from 1974 until his retirement in 1988. He was an Army veteran of World War II, receiving a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star.
Survivors include: one daughter, Edna J. Zehnder, Jefferson City; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Private services will be Sunday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Entombment will be in Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum.
