MASSON
Rosemary Evelyn Masson, 64, Springfield, formerly of Camdenton, died Feb. 26, 2003, at Cox Medical Center South.
She was born Sept. 26, 1938, in Joplin, a daughter of Sidney M. and Esther I. Kenney Trulove.
Survivors include: three sons, one daughter, three brothers, one sister, and 15 grandchildren.
One granddaughter preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Dale Blair Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Aubuchon will officiate.
Visitation will be until 3 p.m. today at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton.
McCLAIN
Anita McClain, 93, Lake Ozark, died Feb. 26, 2003, at Ozark Care Center, Osage Beach.
Arrangements are at Hedges Funeral Home, Osage Beach.
SCRUGGS
Gertrude Cecilia Marie Scruggs, 89, Orangedale, Fla., formerly of Jefferson City, died Feb. 23, 2003, at her home.
She was born Nov. 1, 1913, in St. Louis, a daughter of Andrew L. and Elizabeth Tomsick Hilgert. She was married June 28, 1941, in St. Clair, to Herbert Arthur Scruggs, who died June 23, 1972.
She attended business college in St. Louis. She worked as a civilian with the Army during World War II and later with the Social Security Administration for 20 years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was past president of the local chapter of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and was active in the Democratic Party.
Survivors include: one son, Robert Arthur Scruggs, Chula Vista, Calif.; one daughter, Carol Elizabeth Pack-Meyer, Orangedale, Fla.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
One infant daughter, Melody Ann Scruggs, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 4 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
SICKMEIER
Anna P. Sickmeier, 84, Desoto, formerly of California, died Feb. 27, 2003, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Crystal City.
Arrangements are at Weber and Sons Funeral Home, California.
SPOONER
Norma Jean Spooner, 48, Holts Summit, died Feb. 28, 2003, at her home.
Arrangements are at Freeman Mortuary.
STEGEMAN
Sophia H. Stegeman, 85, Taos, died Feb. 27, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 25, 1917, in Osage County, a daughter of George and Elizabeth Barnett Hoffman. She was married Oct. 19, 1938, in Koeltztown, to Roman H. Stegeman, who died Dec. 24, 1996.
She attended school in Koeltztown. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was co-owner of Rocky Valley Museum and Stegeman Charcoal Company.
Survivors include: five sons, Richard Stegeman, Centertown, Louis Stegeman, Iberia, Charlie Stegeman, Henley, Jim Stegeman, Wardsville, and Jerry Stegeman, Loose Creek; five daughters, Anna Marie Carel, Springfield, Ill., Betty Gilmore, Stover, Rosaline Thomas, Holts Summit, Frances Gruelle, Columbia, and Joan Heislen, Chamois; one brother, George Hoffman Jr., Evansville, Iowa; three sisters, Angeline Deppe, Holts Summit, Nancy Schroeder, Waterloo, Iowa, and Cecilia Carver, Eldon; 47 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. The Rev. David Maher will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Houser-Millard Funeral Home, Taos, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to St. Francis Xavier School.
THOMAS
Elton Bernell Thomas, 49, Jefferson City, died Feb. 27, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.

WHITE
Alfred Lee White , 72, Columbia, died Feb. 27, 2003, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
He was born Oct. 6, 1930, in Jefferson City, a son of James W. and Margaret Lucille Griffin White . He was married in 1978 to Effie Beatrice Estes Northup, who survives.
He attended school in Jefferson City.
He worked for the State of Missouri, retiring after 28 years.
He was an Air Force veteran.
Other survivors include: one son, Alfred L. White Jr., Bayou Vista, Texas ; two daughters, Effie Northup Fowler, Centralia, and Delores Ann McAdoo, Tomball, Texas ; one brother, James W. White Jr., Jefferson City; two sisters, Mary L. Boyce, New Bloomfield, and Betty J. Benke, Jefferson City; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday in Ollie Cemetery, Ollie, Iowa. The Rev. Chuck Comfort will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney, Iowa.
WIEBURG
Euing "Red" Wieburg, 73, Camdenton, died Feb. 26, 2003, at Lake Regional Health System.
