ADMIRE

Lawrence M. Admire, 90, of Eldon, died May 30, 2003, in Eldon.

He was born on October, 19, 1912, in Tuscumbia, to Lewis and Rosa (Roberts) Admire.

He was married December 17, 1937, in St. Joesph, Missouri, to Anna Ruth (Bottoms) Admire, who preceded him in death on June 10, 1990.

He was a charter member of the Ninth Street Christian Church of Eldon, Missouri, serving as an Elder. He served on the county court of Miller County as First District Judge for ten years. He was co-owner and operator of Admire and Small Dozing Company. He served on several volunteer committees in Miller County.

Survivors include: his daughter, Joyce E. Webery of Eldon; four grandchildren, Michael C. Webery of Eldon, Michele E. Wendt of Olean, Melynda D. Wieberg of Holts Summit, and Matthew L. Webery of Eldon; four great-grandchildren, Justin Brooks, Heather Webery, Lisa Webery, and Kristen Webery; three brothers, Orville Admire of Dallas, Texas , Coral Admire of Kerrville, Texas , and Kenneth Admire of Columbia, South Carolina; and two sisters: Eula Wright of Baldwin City, Kansas, and Rosa Marie Sawyer of Lawrence, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sisters, Clara Campbell and Dortha Small, and his son-in-law, Junior Webery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 1, 2003, at Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon.

Funeral services are at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 2, 2003, at the Ninth Street Christian Church. Ministers Don E. Renken and Tom Farrington will officiate. Burial will be in the Eldon City Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Ninth Street Christian Church Building Fund.

CARVER

Cecilia Ann Carver, 77, of Eldon, died Friday, May 30, 2003, at her home.

She was born on October 20, 1925, in Koelztown, the daughter of George Hoffman, Sr. and Elizabeth Barnett Hoffman.

She was married in 1946 in  Jefferson City to Joseph Baumhoer, who preceded her in death; to John F. Helmich, in  Jefferson City, who also preceded her in death; and to Harry J. Carver, in  Jefferson City, who died in 1975.

She was a devoted mother and homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Raymond Baumhoer, St. Thomas; and John A. Baumhoer, Holts Summit; four daughters, Loretta M. Croney, Elkins, WV; Lorraine A. LaRue, Eldon; Jean A. Baumhoer and Cindy K. Wells, both of  Jefferson City; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother, George Hoffman, Jr., Elk Run Heights, IA; and two sisters Angela Deppe, Holts Summit; and Nancy Schroeder, Waterloo, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and one son, Billy L. Helmich.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.

KEMPKER

Dennis A. "Red" Kempker, age 60, died Friday, May 30, 2003 as the result of Melanoma.

Fortified with the Sacrament of Holy Mother Church. Beloved Husband of Jan Kempker (nee Adrian). Dear Father and Father-In-Law of Denise (Mike) Reape, Chris (Brian) Bauer and Matt (Cindy) Kempker. Dear Papa of Kevin, David, Michael, Megan, Anna, Grace, and Jeremy Denals. Dear Brother of Don and Dave Kempker. Dear Brother-In-Law, Uncle, Cousin, Nephew & Friend to many.

Dennis worked at General Motors for 31 years retiring when he was 49. He was a parishioner of St. Martin de Porres for 37 years and was actively involved in the "Men's Club". He loved to fish, cook, boat and spend time with his family. It will be his kindness and fun spirit that we will remember. His dedication to his family, friends and faith is a standard we shall all strive for. The best Dad, the most wonderful PaPa and a truly caring husband, he will be missed forever in our lives but celebrated forever in our hearts.

Funeral from the Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Rd., Florissant at 9:30 a.m., Monday, June 2 to St. Martin de Porres Church for 10 a.m. Mass (Services concluded at the Church). Visitation 3-9 p.m., Sunday, June 1 at the Hutchens Mortuary. Dennis will also have visitation at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Mary's Home, MO from 4-9 p.m. on Monday, June 2 with rosary at 7 p.m. Graveside service at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 3 at Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery, Mary's Home, MO.

MORRIS

Gail S. Morris, 78,  Jefferson City, died May 31, 2003.

He was born Aug. 14, 1924, in Spring Garden, a son of William Otis and Dorothy Dean (Hader) Morris. He was married on Oct. 12, 1946, in Mary's Home, to Irene (Kempker) Morris, who survives at the home.

He was self-employed in lawn care. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eldon. He was a member of the Third and Fourth Degrees of the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2442, Eldon. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles,  Jefferson City. He served in the Navy during World War II.

Other survivors include: three sons, Larry Morris, Olean, and Curt and David Morris, both of Eldon; one sister, Rose Marie Schillp, Independence; four brothers, Audley Morris, Eldon, James Morris, Clinton, Danny Morris, Eugene, and John E. Morris, Henley.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Smith, and by two brothers, Melvin and George Morris.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eldon. The Rev. James J. O'Sullivan will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmore Memorial Gardens, Barnett.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or to the donor's choice.

RENNIRT

Juanita Rennirt, 72, California, MO passed away Friday, May 30, 2003.

She was born November 10, 1930 in Irvine, KY the daughter of Ovey and Margaret Buttery Wilson who preceded her in death. She was married November 6, 1948 in Louisville, KY to Eugene "Gene" Rennirt who survives of California, MO.

She retired from MO- Wood Products in California, MO.

Other survivors include 2 daughters, Susan Hirschvogel of California, MO and Donna Truman of  Jefferson City, MO; 3 sisters, Jean Cheatham, Sadie Wilson and Jo Ann Jones all of Louisville, KY; 1 granddaughter, Amanda Henley of California, MO; 2 great grandchildren, Dane and Dylann Henley both of California, MO and 3 step grandsons, E. H., Jeff and Robert Hirschvogel all of California, MO. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, William D. Wilson in 1993.

Services will be held at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, Monday, June 2, 2003 at 11:00 A. M. Officiating will be Calvin Cheatham. Burial will be in Centertown Cemetery, Centertown, MO.

Visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2003, 10:00 A. M.-11:00 A. M. at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, c/o Judy Allee, P. O. Box 333, Latham, MO 65050. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, MO.

BARLOON

Gregory S. Barloon, age 39, of Eldon, MO, died June 1, 2003.

He was born in Mason City, IA to Charles Barloon & Marjorie (Corey) Wright.

Survivors include: 1 daughter, Brittnae Barloon, of the home; 1 son, Brandon Barloon, of the home; fiancee Sylvia Cotton, of the home; mother, Marge Wright, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; father, Charles Barloon, of Forest City, Iowa; 1 sister, Brenda Smith, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; 2 brothers, David Barloon, of Mason City, Iowa and Jeff Barloon, of Forest City, Iowa; and loving friends, Pamela T. Watson & Christopher Watson of Holts Summit, MO.

His body has been cremated and services will be held at a later date.

DONEHUE

Dorothy T. "Dart", 82, Enid, OK died Friday, May 23, 2003 in Integris Bass Baptist Health Center after a battle with cancer.

She was born November 4, 1920 in Meta, Mo., the daughter of Stephen and Christine Schanzmeyer Luebbert. She married Lincoln "Linc" Donehue on May 7, 1949 and they celebrated their 54th Anniversary.

They lived in Missouri, Kansas, and moved to Enid in 1962. She was a homemaker and her hobbies were golf, traveling, and playing cards. Dart was a member of the St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Meadowlake Women's Golf Assn., Sandpiper Women's Golf Assn., and the Saints Women Assn., in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

She is survived by her husband Linc of the home; two sons, Pat and his wife Nancy Donehue, Alan and his wife Mary Donehue; two daughters, Jeanne and her husband Bill Wagner all of Enid; Nancy and her husband John Jaeger of Port St. Lucie, Florida; one brother, Fritz Luebbert of Meta, Mo.; one sister, Marie Bacon of  Jefferson City, Mo.; her grandchildren, Steve, Andy, Jason, and Jennifer Donehue, Katie, Christina, Beth, and Missy Wagner. Her parents, two brothers, and two sisters preceded her in death.

A mass of Christian burial was be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 27 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Recitation of the Rosary will be held 7 p.m., Monday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Larry Kowalski officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic School with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, P.O. Box 3501, Enid, OK, 73702 serving as custodians of the fund.

HAYES

Generose Helen Hayes, 79, of  Jefferson City, died Monday, June 2, 2003, at her home.

She was born February 1, 1924, in Frankenstein, the daughter of Casper P. and Mary Nilges Brandt. She was married March 15, 1941, in Linn, to Wilbur Jack Hayes, who survives of the home.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Generose and her husband enjoyed 62 rewarding years together. They worked side by side farming, managing the Hayes Country Store near Linn, and working at Chesebrough Ponds until retirement. She loved gardening, reading, traveling and completing her family tree. We will miss her beautiful smile.

Other survivors include one son, Richard J. Hayes, St. Charles; four daughters, Carol J. Orscheln, Donna J. Clark and Betty J. Dudenhoeffer, all of Linn, and Debra J. Snodgrass of Overland Park, Kansas; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Ann Masters of Linn. She was preceded in death by five brothers and seven sisters, including her dear twin sister, Roseline Staley, and three grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Buescher Memorial Home, Tuesday, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association. Arrangements are under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home.
